Just a thought, with regards to Ryan Kent's contract Liverpool have what I believe is quite a large salon close on Kent If Rangers allow his contract to expire , Liverpool lose out on that potential clause If his contract expires , and we re-sign him the very next day... is that sell on clause now gone? As we all know, our current board are Penny pinchers 1 what should this scenario play out the way I describe it would it be considered smart business or is it a bit sneaky?

I would imagine that Beale must have sounded out the 5 players before he passed the dealings over to Lord Farquhar. Doesn’t matter who your director of football is if they don’t want to come.

You have to sift through those identified under Wilson, by Wilson, to understand his hit rate and it’s not good when you do so. Many of those who’ve done well or okay have been identified from other people, some going back as far as the previous director of football. Many’s were identified by the previous management and scouts who have left the club under Wilson. He needs to be ready to listen, because Beale wont put up with him otherwise. The European Super League could be created under UEFA by expanding the current set-up, which is something that might well happen, so this new organisation has to be offering more than UEFA for clubs to be ready to jump ship, which I simply don’t see happening. The risk is huge for any club in our position. I’m not sure it’s the way to go to make friends by calling them clubs from less relevant leagues. It sends the wrong message about what you really think of these clubs.

That was my thought too. No point listing players who wouldn’t want to come here. Probably best not to say if they’ve been approached unless they are available on Bosmans though.
