Got to agree with you David. 1968 we went undefeated until the last game of the season but They won the league and it wasn’t good enough, it was failure. Never forgotten that feeling. Winning is the only measure of success at Rangers.

Interesting comment about rewatching the europa league run. I’ve done similar, rewatched the whole run in except the final. Just can’t bring myself to do it.

That extra money will go the the players and agents, because they control the markets. The Arab owned clubs inflate the market beyond the money that is out there, and that’s the real problem. They have allowed those clubs to get away with disrupting FFP, and maybe it’s time they accepted their failure. Morelos will be somebody else’s problem next season. He’s hardly turned up in recent times, and has wanted a move for a while. We need to stop addressing what Celtic think they are, because then we will start to believe it. They are a consistent side, but they were handed this advantage over the last two seasons. Nobody in their right minds stop investing after winning the league. We did, and it cost us. If we want to get ahead again, then we need to recruit better, and keep making sure we invest when success comes, not take a pause and bathe in glory.

As a group, players and management, they do far too much talking and far too little delivering on that chat.However, good to know Goldson recognises the team don't win enough. Recognising it and correcting it are different things though. Let's hope this week bucks a trend and walk is walked for a change. Like Mr Clifford I cant face another apology come Saturday night. Worthless unless something actually changes.

Sorry if this sounds uber-staunch but I never want to hear about 'mutual respect between the sides' ahead of an Old Firm game from anyone at Rangers. Damian Mathew has not been here long but should have it drummed into him that we give - and ask for - zero respect to that lot. No chance anyone associated with them would ever use such language.
