A great show, about the greatest of years.

Love Golden Years. Would love another season of this. Maybe 77/78 or 86/87.

Great show lads. Oleg Kuznetzov was a marvellous footballer. It may be a coincidence but I watched the 2 games against Dynamo Kiev recently and Kuznetzov had his knee very heavily strapped. We later sign him and lo and behold he succumbs to an ACL injury in his 2nd game against the “hammer throwers” of St Johnstone and Aggie Moffat.🤨 Having watched his debut against St Mirren I’ve always had it in my head that he could have played on his own that day and won the game. What a player.

I always thought the Dave McPherson signing was essentially cover for rightback once Stevens’ injury was clearly more than a couple of months. Always remember someone in FF comparing McPherson’s running style to that of a giraffe chasing an ice cream van 🤣 Always liked him, even if feeling that we could have done a bit better. Those marauding runs up the field were always entertaining.
