I hope Kamara has not been taking a full wage after chucking it, we have treated him very well and if he couldn’t be bothered then I hope he got reduced wages for calling it in. A pure waste as a very good player.

Ross Wilson’s legacy. Kamara, Kent and Morelos should have been sold last summer at the latest. £20m plus just walked out the door. Very poor business indeed.

I have the fear for tonight. Defensively we are worse than last year with both Tav and Goldson treading water. However we have big Jack in goals a really strong midfield and attackers used to playing Dutch sides. PSV are stronger this year and don’t they know it. Hopefully we can knock some of that arrogance out them tonight. Let’s get right into them.

Sad how it ended for Kamara. On his day he was an outstanding player and could play in any league. His goal and subsequent Jimmy Bell tribute against Leipzig will stay with me forever. 5.5m considering the circumstances is a great fee.

Good luck to the young mascot tonight. My boy had the privilege of being one of those in the same fixture last year. I was about as proud as he was excited. Hope the youngster has happy memories of it all.
