Scout Report - Nikos Overheul (Patreon)

Adam is joined by Nikos Overheul on this show. Nikos is a former analyst at Brentford, Statsbomb and most recently was employed as Director of Recruitment at Vancover Whitecaps in the MLS.

Nikos gives an insight into the football structure of those clubs and the importance of being thorough and seeking marginal gains when scouting players.

We also chat about different restrictions or challenges clubs can face and whether there is an optimum organisational structure to set clubs up for the best chance of success.
