Hoggy is back - and, once again, what a difference a week makes.

There is positivity around Ibrox and a certain Belgian manager is the root cause.  Hoggy runs through the rest of last week's goody bag, but with the lens of Celtic dropping points, Rangers scraping past Hearts and then dismantling Dundee; then he's joined by Simon for the second half.

I'm in England so miss a lot of the news in Scotland. Are they really having a summit on pyros?! I mean it's not like Scotland doesn't have a lot of bigger issues is it?! I'm 59, so no spring chicken, but I personally love the displays the Union Bears put on and thank them for the spectacle and noise they create at every game. And yes, they are NOTHING like the deeply sinister Green Brigade on the other side of the city. Great pod again lads, always a grand start to a Saturday, especially a wet and miserable one like this one 👍

Pyro, looks good when in a different stand and makes a good photo. The odd time I’ve been amongst it, I found it mildly irritating I couldn’t see the pitch. I got over it pretty quickly. As long as no one’s getting hurt, fine. Authorities getting upset about Rangers fans, shocked I tell thee. Great show boys.

Was out listening to this on my walk this morning and I thought you were being harsh on yourself,Hoggy,about the sound on the first half of the pod….then the second part started and I thought my eardrums had caved in 😂…..(and yes,the Roofe goal against Standard was a wee mischievous nod towards you😂)….great show as usual mate 👍

Hi Hoggy, I was the second person in the Rangers support to be happy with a delay. I just landed in Glasgow for the delayed kick off, then the Union bears gave me help to get home just in time for Ryan Jack to score.

Numan averaged something like 20-25 games a season in his time with us. I'm sure the structure of the Bayne offer would have meant something like a 20% pay cut if he'd managed the same again. There's loads to criticise Bain, Murray et al for but with the benefit of hindsight, I think they got this one right.

The only reason they’ve went after the green brigade is because Lawell currently sits as a vice chairman on the ECA board. We had the honour years ago, when John McClelland was at Rangers. So this is personal for him, and his ego will create a huge problem there. His first mistake was returning to the club. His time is past now.

Barasic is so left sided thelat the opposition know what he is about to do most of the time. Yilmaz is more comfortable and looks a more natural fit for that balance. Dessers plays off the crowd, it has been visible since the start of the season. If he gets a few sub appearances and a few goals you'll see more confidence, which in turn will show more of what he is actually capable of. His confidence is currently rock bottom hence the abysmal displays we have seen.
