It is an early Update today as Colin is joined by Andy McGowan to discuss all the news and thoughts on yesterday's Rangers  accounts. 

They also discuss the Managers thoughts on his first 4 weeks and his plans for international break.

As welcome as the investor loans are, you've got to think that's not sustainable if we need that level of investment on a yearly basis?

Thank you so much for that breakdown Andy..I dont bother with the financial statement when it comes our prefer to wait for your pod...its good you make it clear how much we owe to our board financial wise as fans are quick to attack them if the players are not doing so well..they do listen as we saw with us withdrawing from the Aussie tour...I for one are happy if we could see how we are right now with a full team and our 2 or3 other teams doing well...edminston house the museaum back in 2012 we would be over the moon....as a fan My one heartbreak is maybe having to let go of brilliant players like Butland for example for financial gain but another Tav or Laudrop might be just around the corner...so all we can do is to enjoy seeing these great players and hope they enjoy their stay with us...thanks Guys for a great pod.

I think the investor loans are flexible and can be viewed as an available credit facility for investment like the disabled facilities. There will be a limit however

The way I understand it as they are used for periods of low cash flow - like an overdraft if you like. It’s not loans on top of loans every year without them being paid back.

Champions League bonuses, that’s a laugh. I mean, for what? The qualifiers and that’s it. If they’re getting appearance money for those group games then the board need to get a grip. We were embarrassing.

If the CL is the holy grail then we can't not incentivise the entire club to drive towards qualification. In saying that the numbers look pretty huge, and it would be interesting to get some detail (but we won't)
