Inspired by the recent MyGers email asking members to "Elevate the 24/25 season MyGers Welcome Pack with your favourite Rangers quote", Caroline and Marina are joined by Martyn to discuss potential contenders.  Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions in the comments

Interesting thought re the brilliant commentary of Rory Hamilton. He was a friend at university and 100% supported the team across the city - and presumably still does - however I’ve never detected any antiRangers feeling in his comms. Just very very good at his job IMO.

Brilliant show! Before I even listened, the first quote that came to mind was Hagi’s. Loved it at the time especially because he had only just arrived on loan and had quite clearly been struck by the fans and that game against Braga was special. Any Walter quote would also go down well on a mygers pack.

It's buried in one of the 'Playing for Rangers' books that used to come out every season across the 70s / 80s. Each would be 7 or 8 chapters, usually each written by a player - or ghost written! Decent idea for now to be honest

Great pod as ever. Thank you ladies and thanks to this week's guest Martyn. Love the Hagi quote. He gets it and got it from the start. Another Beale mistake but one which can be fixed! Purely for the MyGers box 'You will always hear us roaring from the stands of Ibrox Park' sums up perfectly what belonging to MyGers is in its purest form. Mr Struth's "To be a Ranger is to sense the sacred trust of upholding all that such a name means in this shrine of football. They must be true in their conception of what the Ibrox tradition seeks from them. No true Ranger has ever failed in the tradition set him." should be on the rear of every seat in Ibrox, on every season ticket renewal form and every fan should not only be able to quote it but follow it word for word.
