Jesus lads, 1 hour 43 mins!? 😂

John Smith

This is totally off topic but Craig Levein said Rangers were very close to signing him. I think without his injury problems he’d have been brilliant for us. He said it would have been tough to leave Hearts but he wouldn’t have turned down the famous. Hates Scott Brown and Michael Stewart. Big Craig’s staunch in my book 🇬🇧

Latimer

Dessers header deflected in off the RC defender, that's what took it wide of keeper.

Doug Maclean

What a lovely personal insight into the Wee Prime Minister. RIP Ian

Greg Cameron

Good stuff lads Tremendous tribute Stevie 👏 Absolutely spot on with the working class Glasgow / West of Scotland mentality

Ryan McMillan

Just to expand on my point that “every side concedes goals”. When we concede, the inquest always leads to our defenders being classed as “not good enough” & part of the reason is that defenders of the past (Weir, Papac, Amo, etc.) are put on a pedestal & because we associate them as strong defenders winning titles, we forget they had shockers, they conceded soft goals but we had the quality in attack to dig them out. That is a luxury our defence has rarely had in recent years.

Ronnie Gallacher

Really good pod. I like him and I agree with Iain’s assessment of Tom Lawrence. For one of the guys to say Diamonde is the better player is just a wee bit premature as he’s not up to speed and we’ve yet to see how he performs when he has a decent run of games. For me, Lawrence first pick till another player, possibly Diamonde, displaces him.

Gordon Mac

Fantastic Steven from the heart very emotional mate a wonderful insight

Gregg

Good point mate - it’ll never catch on. We have very rose tinted views of the past - myself included. The advocaat show was an eye opener for me

David Innes

Just watched highlights of their game. Rodgers is going through the motions- I’ll be amazed if he’s still there next season. Time to put our foot on their throats

Steven Nicol

Timplosion pod if we win tomor please lads x

Tom Smith

Lovely tribute Steven. Football on the pitch aside. What a nice way to finish the pod.

Scott Watson

Worth remembering that Goldson played every second of our most defensively successful league season in modern times with Tav not far behind We've also got the best defensive record in the league this season. Context and perspective are rarely fashionable but usually useful

Michael

I always listen to the preview. Your knowledge and analysis is excellent. I think being critical is very important. It's equally important for it not to become a rant nor repetitive. Ie saying over and over the same point. Thank you very much for your contributions and knowledge it's brilliant.

Graeme Duncan

Lovely words about the wee prime minister Steven. Thank you.

Liam Johnson

Saying you saw the confidence drain right out of Dessers after he hit the post is either imagining things or making it up. A bit of confirmation bias there imo. I thought the other podders were being a bit OTT with the depressing quotes recently about the Previews but I see it now. Fs thank God we don’t need to rely on Kevin in the trenches.

Douglas Innes

Rocky II ...... it's time to strangle the chicken

Sandy Sproul

Beautiful Steven, rest easy Mr McMillan 🙏

Scott Watson

That was a heartfelt and poignant tribute Steven, thank you very much for sharing that insight from a perspective not many others will be able to cover

Robbie McCarroll

Bit harsh on Lawrence he offers something different if fit i would start him 40 + games a season we don’t need 2 CDM most games. If fit I would be extending contact no hesitation.how often do we use that phrase “if fit” lol

Gregg

Brilliant Steven - what an amazing experience to have as a youngster - very touching tribute to your friend RIP Ian
