Been waiting so long for this, good to be back

John Davidson

This feels both very recent and, yet, a long, long time ago! I have forgotten about so many of these games.

David Tod

And the world turns.

Stewart Thomson

Last time the sheep beat us at Pittodrie I'm sure.

Stewart Thomson

My grandad ironed my admiral shellsuit, I was only 5 and even I knew that was a ridiculously stupid thing to do

Excellent analysis guys. We were never challenging that season with the level of player, but Warburton didn't half compound the situation with his woeful tactics. Agree on the comment regarding our midfield, we actually somehow managed to downgrade it from the previous season in the championship which is some doing.

Rob Shorthouse

I know that it was a fire risk - and one single wash would alter it's colour forever.... But, boy, it was beautiful.

Question about the kits chat, are kits copyright protected in any way other than the actual brand? For example, what's to stop castore making next year's kit an exact copy of the 94 kit except with a castore badge instead of adidas?

Heart and Hand

No, designs are fair game you just can’t use the other brands logo. In the case of Adidas though, the three stripes is copyrighted so the 92-94 kit would be problematic. The 94-96 kit though, all good.

Steven Elder

We've a few fans who've based their opinion on Tav after this season and won't back down.

First, I can talk to some people about the leasing of Florida, but you get it ALL. Not just Magic Kingdom and Universal. You get the crazy too.

Stephen

Second, it scares the hell out of me that David said, it'll be better when Gerrard gets here. That just reminds me we have Pedro and Murty still to go.

Robert Reid

As always great guys, although you know it was hard times when the most enjoyable part of the pod is talking about the kit 😂

Thanks for this Dave, Stuart, Rob & David - such endurance in the face of fortitude is a virtue Mr Struth would be proud of! And the face of our fortitude was the size of Big Ben's. Ah Nico! Dreamy Maldini end of the scale looking guy. Classy player and just as lovely & classy as a person as told by those I know who met him. Just can't imagine anyone who went through this totally losing their shit last Sept, (and the Sept before). And on the flip side the Sept meltdowners would evaporate if they'd to go through this period. Kit. Adidas 96/97 red & white quarters (spoiled by black shield badge IMO - why not just a blue crest?), this 'homage' by Puma was one of their nicest releases. Totally agree too many tops now to be memorable as classics, maybe time will be kind to them. Maybe we're just auld and the wee yins of today will love this season's one-off outing navy & orange stripey as a retro holy grail. Home top is one thing, a must asap. The multi alternates (& proposed multi-multi alternates!) can wait a couple of months until slashed in price and bought for posterity. Follow Rangers, so should wear the blue whenever it's possible anyway😆

Would this have been our first match v Ross County?
