ARMY, what in the world did we do to deserve your unconditional love, support, and PRECIOUS GIFTS!?

Today, we open all of the letters and packages that we have received in our P.O. box as of 9/2/22. We were truly taken aback by all the heartfelt letters and goodies that ARMYs sent us! While the cursive writing in some of the letters was difficult for us youngin's to read at certain points, we made sure to spend as much time as we needed to decode each word, in order to capture the full meaning of each letter.

One ARMY even sent us a picture of her and her daughter! Another ARMY sent us a collection of BTS albums! And several ARMYs sent us books that have inspired various BTS songs. This was a magical experience for us.

If you are interested in sending us a letter or package at any point, here are the details to our P.O. Box:

Jared & Jordan

P.O. Box A

5735 Cavanaugh Rd.

Marcy, NY 13403

ARMY, as always, we truly appreciate your love and support (WE’LL CONTINUE SAYING THIS UNTIL THE END OF TIME). Your subscription allows us to produce higher-quality reaction videos, and moves us closer to our goal of doing this full-time! Let us know if you have any questions, feedback, thoughts, etc. at any time! BORAHAE!! 💜💜

Hiii guyss now i'm heree!! HEHE glad to be backk🥲💜 By the way, its 04.04 am in the morning and u know what? I am currently watching one of your video :)))) its the one that you guys react to bangtan bombs. And now, when i want (&have) to sleep, you are uploading a new videoo. Woaaa what a coincidence. I guess its serendipity(?) 😂😂 I have to sleep because later, at 9 am i have to wake up to go to europe embassy to make some visa but in another side i don't want to sleep :") i just want to watch your video. Its that addicting. 😂🙏🏻 Anyway, have a nice day you guys!!♡

fox

So much fun! I've been having a really rough day and this is definitely a ray of sunshine for me. Thank you for spending your time with army, you deserve all the love you get 💜 I would love it if you bring Isaiah in for a reaction, spread the Love and welcome him into army 🥰 Lol y'all make me feel bad but oh well. I love giving gifts. I know y'all know but I did get you an army bomb 👀 I already have one and I got one for my husband too... So lol Ego is one of my favorites 🥰 I say that for every single song but I digress... The music video is really fun! I think you thought there was another break down in there since you rewound it so many times during Hobipalooza 😋

Liz Torres

Oh my, it’s so weird to hear my name being called, and the first one aaahhh 😅. I’m not used to it 😬. I’m definitely guilty of the cursive letter. It’s faster for me. But I will take that into consideration for the next one for sure 💜. Can’t wait to watch the rest of this. Love you guys. 💜💜

dyxqdthyfv

TY so much! Got a question Are you going to react to the full BTS album from Dark and Wild ? Please do cuz it its a masterpiece !!!!!

shanna yusingco
>>91263387

Still currently watching the video but just popped in to say. For some reason your letter made me tear up ahah. Borahae Liz. I hope you and your family have a great day 💜

lelie

I love ARMYs💜😭

Kathy⁷

Sometimes I forget how new you are to the kpop and BTS world and then suddenly you're out here not knowing about finger hearts and I remember how new you really are! This was so cute. Armys really are the best

SingingSeaDragon 01

I usually don’t watch every video a channel produces because sometimes I just don’t think I’ll enjoy the content. But I jumped on the notification for a video here. And I was not disappointed. It’s so wonderful to see this interaction with fans. I was originally gonna send a letter back when you first revealed the PO Box, even grabbed a pen and paper mid video to start writing as I listened. But then I found out I had COVID so I put it on the back burner. Especially since I didn’t know if I could transfer that to y’all. But just know I still plan on sending one! I love how heartfelt you guys are and how you show such great respect and care for each and every time and letter. I look forward to future PO Box openings and other videos. Also, I’m sure you haven’t heard much about it, but one of the albums, BE, was released in 2021, and it was a short but gorgeous album bts made revealing their feelings and worries during the pandemic as well as offering motivation and care and excitement for the future to come. When you do get around to BE, please show it lots of love as it was forgotten a bit since it was released between Dynamite and Butter which blew up. Thank you again guys 💜💜💜

mettemirella

All the letters and stories behind them were so beautiful I just kept my eyes closed and listen to them. I'm also guilty of smiling all the time while watching your videos but Army made this one little more special. I hope you keep doing these opening videos in the future.💜

Anleey Garcia

hopefully, once you get to the map of the soul album reactions you'll watch the music video for EGO since there's always a lot to take from them😁

Christina

"Where there's a will, there's a way...Borahae..." I really do enjoy your reactions/videos 😂

shelby🖤

I knew this was gonna happen as soon as you said you opened a p.o. box! I always joke that army's love language is gift-giving. We did it for the tannies too at fan signs until they told us we had to stop bc they had more than enough. I can't wait to see how you decorate with the new stuff. I always love to see how people use their merch. I'm a collector and my albums are all over my room. I'm having to get more shelves in prep for the new photobooks and vinyls they're releasing. (I'm assuming all the solos with have vinyls like JITB) Maybe you could do a studio tour when you're done! Anyways, I can't wait for more reactions! Your videos have become my relaxing time when I'm at college bc you somehow always post when I'm on my break for the day. I specifically can't wait for yall to get to the BU and the LY series. The LY series literally changed my life. It is the reason I am who I am today.

leat

Happy birthday Jared and Jordan♥ as always what a wholesome video you showed us. that is so sweet I only have a proof album but i was lucky to get my bias Jimin photocard. i will wait and by the rest over time i am a 1 year old army but a broke one hehe.

J-Lee

Hello my FAVE brothers!! 💜 Lol! 🤭 Yep, that's me! How endearing it is to hear my name from you and that you actually recognized that it was me from how I always greet you. Thank you, that meant a lot to me to be remembered by you 🤧💜 I hope you enjoy the book, and to be specific, it inspired the whole WINGS era. In the album, you'll see it was Blood, Sweat and Tears music video that has shown its symbolism and meanings. But the Wings era had the songs about the story on facing temptation for the first time and must ponder and agonize in the face of it, just like the book character. It's really beautiful, also I hope you get to watch the Wings short films from #1 to #7 by the members after Blood Sweat and Tears. Diving into it might seem a lot, but it'll be a beautiful journey. And we'll be right here all the way 💜 And Book Club? That sounds nice!! I haven't been to one but that's not a bad idea. Just not sure if I'm as good as you guys in finding words to interpret things 😩😅 Thank you again my fave brothers for sharing this with us and for the special Ego reaction in the end 🥰 And thank you ARMY, y'all are the best!! Borahaeee everyone 💜💜💜

Baylis

BTS Permission to Dance on stage concert just dropped on Disney+ y’all should totally check it out, it has subs for lyrics and everything, including Black Swan! You might find some new favorites🤭 plus it’s super high quality and recent, only from last winter. Consider it :) love you guys!

Cherry Valens

I loved this reaction, I think I start every comment with that phrase! OMG I totally teared up when you read Angie’s letter, it was awesome! All the letters and cards and gifts were Amazing… Army is amazing! Can’t wait for the next reaction! Borahae! 💜💜💜

LIBBY WILSON

I got something special I'm sending to you two next week. This is extremely important to me and I think you guys will like it too. Heads up. Borahae! OT7 💜×7

Veronica⁷

Happy Birthday Jared and Jordan! I love all the love you're getting from army. 💜💜

ræ

Waaah wonderful video you guys. Also, the albums and the gifts!!! Dasurv so much!!! 💜💜💜

Ashleyder

Yay! Presents! Next time someone sends you an album (I'm sure it will happen again) you should open it during the reaction and go through some of the things at least briefly and for the new albums (like BE) show us what official photocard you got! Lol. You might not care, but they are VERY collectible, and I'm always curious to see which pcs people got. Give extra attention to the album design for BE ... the guys themselves did everything for the BE album, including the design for the packaging, the concepts for the photo shoot, etc., all of the things included inside, etc.

Aannnddd congrats on reaching another milestone of 2K patrons!!! 💜💜💜

Just to try to make sure it is very clear (because people sometimes confuse fact and fiction with the Bangtan Universe): Starting with The Most Beautiful Moment in Life Part 1 and the music video I Need U, BTS introduced a fictional storyline that runs through some (but not all) of their music videos. If a music video has content related to the story line, it will have "BU content certified by Big Hit Entertainment" in the description of the music video. The storyline includes characters with the same names as the BTS members, but the back stories are, of course, completely fictional. I feel this is important to note because the storyline tackles some very dark and serious themes. The music videos themselves do not tell the story in a linear chronological fashion. Some music videos include literal parts of the plot (such as I Need U and Run) whereas other music videos do not advance the plot but have thematic elements related to the storyline (such as Fake Love). The story itself was presented as a bit of a mystery ... ARMY had to figure out what was going on over the course of a few years, based on the things happening visually in the music video as well as the Notes which were released in each album. The Notes, as you Googled, are fictional diary entries - they provided us with clues as to what was happening in the storyline and helped us piece together what was occuring in the music videos. Each new album released had a new set of notes packaged with the album. But if there were multiple versions of the album, there would also be different Notes in the different versions. So ARMY had to collaborate and work together to piece all of the Notes together and create hypotheses about what was happening. =) Eventually BigHit created and released a Webtoon (called "Save Me") for the storyline where it was all much more clearly laid out. As someone who majored in creative writing in college and who teaches writing currently, I loved the whole concept of the storyline when I first got into BTS ... it was so fun trying to piece together all of the narrative puzzle pieces to figure out the plot. So I refuse to give spoilers! There are some BIG spoilers that, in my opinion, really ruin the experience if someone lets them slip. If you decide you want to explore the Bangtan Universe, however, plenty of us can provide you with a comprehensive list of what is included and in what order. It *starts* with the I Need U (original 19+ version) music video, then the short film called On Stage: Prologue (which features a clip from one of my favorite BTS songs, Butterfly), and then the music video for Run.

Angie7

Wow thanks for the kind words…I enjoy seeing this unfold for you. I will make sure to print the next time I write☺️.i can’t wait to see what’s next ….you really have no idea what sharing and being a part of this is for someone like me…I feel like I’m getting to enjoy life again which I didn’t think would ever happen again..you two are sincerely respected and loved here …Thankyou again for your reactions and sincerity in everything you do….I’m here too if you need some “mom” talk…you guys are the best Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Katherine Cordero

Aw Angie's "I'm proud of you" makes me feel warm :') + I would recommend the four cyphers. They're songs by the rapline that clap back to their haters and show their different rap styles. The very first one came out in the O!RUL8,2? album (2013) and the last one they did in the WINGS album (2016). They also have the live medley where they rap all four of them, my favorite ones are Cypher Pt.2 and Cypher Pt.4. Can't wait for the next video! https://youtu.be/FT930XF1vzA

FUN FUN FUN aaaaand .... happy your collection of albums has started via @fox.. 🖤🌌💜 1. Namjoon has several books for recommendation 2. Seeing you two vibe on ego NEVER gets old 3. Nice grey sweatpants 4. @Liz Torres wonderful letter 💜💜💜💜 Au voir J&j ✨ Thanks for sharing 💫

Wow hope you are recovering from covid💜💜🙏🙏

Liz Torres

Angie, I loved your letter as well. And the beautiful picture. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one doing the cursive 😆. It was mandatory when I was in school as well, I loved it though. I’m sure you can relate, as a mother sometimes you feel like you are not doing a good enough job. It’s hard to no be overthinking things, especially with my son. Being a good mom is what I constantly pray for. Thank you for saying so. Have a wonderful rest of the week. 💜

Hannah

This was great! I love the idea of a book club -- I actually have all of those books already but haven't read them yet so it'd be cool to read them with a group of other ARMY! Also, the photocards (PCs) you mentioned are very collectible (and the preorder gifts even more so) -- you can look up lists of them online. I personally keep a spreadsheet of cards I've got and am trading with others. Just make sure you don't get the real ones mixed up with the unofficial freebies you'll get from ARMY, if you start collecting, and don't get fooled by fake cards! :)

Emma

Ahhh I’m so glad you guys have some albums now!! They’re so fun to look through and explore and it’s always so exciting when you get a new one! My own momma passed away back in 2015, so I know exactly how it feels to hear words of support and encouragement from other mothers. It feels like I’m getting a nice, warm hug from my mom, through the words of another. I can’t quite express the gratitude I feel in those moments, but I know that she’s there watching over me! It’s still quite a while off in the timeline of BTS’s discography, but the song Spring Day is one which really dives into the feelings of loss and grief, and how it’s seemingly impossible to step away from that cold. But at the end of the day, spring always comes, and the weather gets warmer to push it out. I often have to hold back tears with that song, and I think this will be one which you guys connect deeply with. It’s from the album, You Never Walk Alone, similar to your tattoos, and carry motifs in the MV regarding that phrase. I really believe that’s no coincidence!! Hope to see you guys react to that song in the future! Love your reactions!! Borahae!! 💜💜💜

DanielleM

This was so fun to watch, thank you both for sharing this unboxing with us! All the ARMY's who sent something are so sweet!💜 P.s. Though my younger brother isn't into BTS or Kpop, he listens to me Babel on and on about BTS, he told me he's okay with listening because he can see how happy it makes me(I love him so much!!! 😭🤧🥰). I actually taught him how to make the Korean finger heart and now whenever we video chatted he would give me a little finger heart.💜 Lol Edit: I love the idea of a book club!

alessia

A BOOK CLUB WOULD BE SO FUNNN I REALLY WOULD LOVE THAT! READING, MUSIC AND ART IS MY LIFE SO YESSSS

lou marquez

loved the video guys! now I want to send you something hahah

theGeekOutGirl

Can't wait for you guys to get to the love yourself series since you guys love Outro: Ego that much ^_^

J-Lee
>>91278818

I agree, Spring Day is one of those that can be pushed up and forward 😉💜

J-Lee
>>91275939

LOL and so you can react to Blood, Sweat and Tears ASAP. Ahaha just kidding 🤭

J-Lee
>>91275505

Y'all are great mums, I'm sure - we all are in our own different ways. Sending love to you both Liz and Angie 💜💜💜

J-Lee

I hope you guys could also share when you unbox the albums! (Show the photocards you've pulled, etc.) Their albums are so worth the collecting. I love all of them, but BE is my fave 💜 So since that one is still sealed, it'll be nice to record an unboxing - BTS has a video too of unboxing BE, you might want to watch that at the same time as you unbox 😊 PS: Most of us ARMY's buy more than one album to add to the album sales and support the boys for the chart records and stuff 💜

Lourdes

I loved this 💜

Glaseon_711

CONGRATULATIONS ON 2K PATRONS!🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳💜💐😉 When you opened the albums, I was so happy... I don't have any, so I'm glad that you got such an expensive gift! And books! In my country these books are almost impossible to get... AND I WANT A BOOK CLUB! Just teach me how to speak English...🥲 I really want to send you something, but I can’t even imagine how much the delivery from Ukraine will be (I’m a university student, it’s almost impossible to pay by myself, given the situation in the country). I want to draw you, but it won't be soon... So maybe you will still receive your package in the future!💜

Shana

Excellent!

Marie Lihtarová

Hello, maybe someone already explained this in the comments, but just in case - the hand gesture is a "finger heart" (widely used in S. Korea instead of the traditional heart symbol) and I read somewhere that it is supposed to look like an actual human heart (extending your thumb and index finger and crossing them makes a heart shape, but not the symbol, the literal human heart) your whole hand is the heart and the extended crossed fingers are the aorta. I don't know if it's actually true but honestly, I can see it.

Kate

I have quite a few friends we switch books recommended by RM and then discuss. On Twitter there is @rmbookchallenge that goes through his recommendations and discussions are on Fable app

Be kind

hey guys! i just love how you just couldn't resist and danced off hahahah... Ego is the definition of joy, happiness, smiling and dancing.

Sofie K.

EGO let's goooo. The MV is so good too! DKDKTV has a great explanation video. Always interesting to have a korean explain. And I really like that channel. It's probably the most popular explanation channel for BTS

Sofie K.

Guys, you NEED to see J-Hope reacting to that song himself! The last part with the background vocals - his movement lip syncing to that is legendary. He's so funny. And you guys remind me of him when you were going so crazy with the breakdown. You bring the same hype vibe as he does to his own song. He's just dancing and vibing to his own song. That's so sweet. You can react to it now or maybe just save the link for when you will react to the music video - whenever that might be. No rush. But it's a must simply because it's funny and sweet. No deeper meaning than that. Actually, might be a good idea to wait after you see the music video because he mimics a few things from that. And then it might be even funnier to you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXSJTdwtTf4&ab_channel=BANGBANGTAN7

Tricia Le

The light sticks are available!!

Fernanda

“Disgusting like your feet” BAHAHAHA

Eternity 7

I hope you guys react to Jhope's mixtape 'Hope world' too 💜 I really love Hobi's songs.

PiedPiper613

FYI: The beginning of "Ego" is sampled from the intro to 2 Cool For School. I have been an Army since 2019. I have never heard "Too Much" until you guys. Thank you for that. I love finding new things. The rabbit hole is deep. Thank you for sharing your journey with Army. 💜Borahae💜

Abbie

This is beautiful! I am in the process of writing my letter to you both! ARMYS are the best! Can’t wait for more! BORAHAE 💜💜💜

Carla Murphy

Love you guys and your reactions so much. While I was watching I heard you mention the butterfly effect and it reminded me of the song Butterfly by BTS. I know you will love it and please watch the dance practice as well as live version. Can’t wait for more reactions from you both. Thanks again and much love. I purple you both 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Kecia ⁷

When you guys get to Chapter 12 of Rise of Bangtan and start listening to the Wings era songs, you will be glad to have Demian by your side. My copy lives on my coffee table and I reference it a lot. I think a book club is a great idea. RM has made a lot of great recommendations over the years.

Jd ✨

Now that you guys have watched hobipallooza you guys can watch the entire PTD LA show on Disney plus. I know it may still be too early but seeing all seven of them perform together is truly a different experience even if you aren’t familiar with all the songs. I can’t wait to see what else you guys have in store. I’m coming up on my first armyversary soon (oct. 2 to be exact) and there’s still so much even I don’t know. You guys are doing amazing keep up the good work! And you deserve all the gifts and presents 🤍

bee

Euphoria is THE car song for me along with Filter by Jimin!!

Tiffany1013

My daughter asked me to comment that her fave BTS car song is Daechwita (you haven't gotten to this one yet). I love it, but it's hard to drive and fully appreciate this song unless I'm at a stoplight!

Ann W.

the sign means I love you

Madonna Montejo

I hope you could also react to Ego MV. It was awesome 😎 J-hope, just like all the other members is amazing!! 🤩

Members of QHC

I’m watching this (and the second car test) after the Joke videos (for context) 7:40ish Yes!!!! A fellow autie who stims by listening to BTS!!! 14:00ish (small note since y’all prolly arent super aware of the #actuallyautistic community but if someone uses “autistic” don’t say “they have autism” just say autistic as it is likely the way said autie would prefer. its all up to the individuals to choose which way, not “experts” etc.)

Kia

Love you guys! I'm so happy that you enjoyed the things Armys sent you. You know, just like Angie and Rebecca's letter said, it's hard to explain why this amazing experience that BTS and ARMY is, has happened. But as fate and destiny go, there is no explaining, there isn't a need for one. I do believe it's destiny when one finds BTS or when BTS finds someone. One day I wil write to share how they found me and what's it meant to my life and journey. I think in some way, we all needed a community, a connection, a reminder to love ourselves and take care of ourselves, a better understanding of love and humanity, something. That's what BTS and this family and civilization as Jared calls it is. It's a beautiful thing and I always feel sorry for people who can't understand it. From the outside, I'm sure it seems absurd, and it is hard to understand, but if you are open to it, it will accept you. I'm just happy that you guys were open to accept it as well, because it's truly amazing and something that can't be experienced anywhere else. It's quite literally magical. Anyways love you both, much love and support always. Borahae <3

Ellysa Vaj

Once again, I can’t express enough how much I enjoy your BTS content. You’ve always said you wanted to know more about ARMY. I was wondering if you could react to BTS ARMY A Documentary: You never walk alone. It’s made by a film director who attended the BTS Las Vegas PTD concert with his staff. They pulled willing ARMYs for an intimate interview about their own BTS journey. It’s well made and heartfelt. Keep up the great work! Borahae 💜💜💜

tori

one thing armys will do is buy physical albums and gift them to other armys not only does it help bts on charts but it makes both armys feel good the ones who receive and the ones who gift it 💜💜

Sarah_Rxpx

ARMY = INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEINGS

Sarah_Rxpx

Gosh! I'm so glad that some Army sent you Hermann Hesse and Jung's books ! They're amazing ! I didn't read 'Into the Magic shop' yet. I can't find it in French, and I already have a big (too big) list of English books to read (It takes me longer to read ^^') I hope you will talk about your point of view of those books. Take care ! 🌻

Kirssy Mago

Ahh this was so beautiful to see. I am also a monther to a wonderful 6 year old boy with autism, he loved race cars, monster trucks, marble race and anything galaxy and planet related. I also wanted to give some hopeful words. God tells us we will see our loves ones again on his second coming, and how wonderful that is.
