Can somebody PLEASE tell us what the f*@$ we just experienced!?

Today's video is a continuation of a reaction video that we posted on our YouTube channel, where we listen to “DDAENG” for the first time and watch the rap line perform it live! If you haven't already seen that video, go check it out now and then come back. We'll be waiting for you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBoWV5aiuTw

A few takeaways from our extended reaction:

1. The vocal line absolutely OBLITERATED their performance of DDAENG.

2. Danny and David Kim from DKDKTV are masterminds.

3. We have never heard something like “DDAENG” before.

Also, you may have already read the WARNING disclaimer that we included in our YouTube video description, but out of extreme caution, we have included another one below!!!!

WARNING: Today’s reaction video was a complete DDAENGER!! Watching may heighten your risk of experiencing laughter, euphoria and extended-simile-cheek-face-pain. It may even compel you to convince your other ARMY (and non-ARMY) friends to join our Patreon so that they too can feel what you feel 😉😂💜

To be completely honest…we did not think BTS had this in them. Whatever “this” is. DDAENG. MIGOS. TRAP RAP. AD-LIBS. POOFY BASS THAT CHILLS THE NAPE OF YOUR NECK. MUSIC THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO GRAB THE NEAREST WATTER BOTTLE AND PRETEND TO SPRAY IT EVERYWHERE.

Have we officially entered new territory?

ARMY, as always, we truly appreciate your love and support (WE’LL CONTINUE SAYING THIS UNTIL THE END OF TIME). Your subscription allows us to produce higher-quality reaction videos, and moves us closer to our goal of doing this full-time! Let us know if you have any questions, feedback, thoughts, etc. at any time! BORAHAE!! 💜💜

Another fantasmic reaction. I appreciate howbdeep into the lyrucs you guys get! I have just started a notebook but at first its single sheets of paper cuz I didnt know where to start when I became ARMY. Love and appreciate you guys!

Sherry A

It's honestly just nice to know I'm not the only one who could literally talk about BTS all day. Loved this reaction!

korgi

IM HERE IM HERE

dulseokbangtan

V is the raplines biggest fan, theres no debating it

Yay

NO WAY!!! 🤩

Amy Delgado

i came running to this after the yt premier bc maaan ddaeng is the song. needs to be on all streaming platforms. we've been begging for years. so glad to see you guys dig it as much as the rest of the fandom. this is where us rapline enthusiast rise..bc you've got the cyphers, outro: tear, ugh...just wait.

Yara

💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Alishea

Omg the caption is giving me life 😂😂 I can't wait to get home from work to watch both reactions!

Jenna B.

YEEAAAAAA 💜💜💜💜

Steph

I just love that you guys haven't even scratched the surface yet. I feel like I'm constantly evil laughing when I see how surprised you are at every listen. I can't stress this enough, tear and UGH will probably blow your minds. I'll be waiting patiently for you guys to get to those :)

Liz Torres

Just finished the youtube video and I was so excited like if it were my first time listening. Saw Jared's stank face foe the first time, Jordan with RM fingers. Oh, it was great. I can't wait to watch this one now. Love you both 💜💜

Carmen Feaster

I know you already mentioned this in the video on YouTube, but I'd like to say it here.... If "Ddaeng" blew your mind, "Ugh" will END you. It doesn't really tie into a story line per say, but it is a song from their 2020 album "Map of the Soul: 7." I highly suggest listening to it as it is one of the songs we ARMY like to recommend to Hip-Hip Head reactors. But be forewarned: you will need to stand, you will need to blast it as loud as you can, and you might destroy the speakers of your car! Enjoy!

Miss Heju

I will say it there! There is a documentary of the song. Very cool

HershMarie✨?

Just finished the YT video. And all I have to say is you guys... are just getting started with the Rap Line. 😏💜

dulseokbangtan

Armys joke (we deadass) about needing a Cypher ft V, he absolutely loves them and goes crazy for the rapline songs, he gets so into them.

Eli Min

DDAAAAAENG! What a treat!

_america_

AAAA YOU GUYS REACTED TO DDAENG I love this song so much tbh I love the rapline's songs so much ,can't wait for you guys to react to UGH and Tear. Also doesn't matter how much we say we love their songs ,Taehyung will always beat us lol

Ha Knuffke

Absolutely cant wait till you guys watch the explaination of UGH.!! Thank you so much for this 🙏💜💜💜

Freek Stap

11:02 Jared: I don't know if we will see that ever again (talking about Jin rapping). Intro: Never Mind :)

Princesse Avoce

Ddaeng is a masterpiece! https://youtu.be/SEiT2mO97fA I think you would love this video! It shows the (Ddaeng) song making process and how they rehearsed for the performance. You can react to It or just watch it on your own💜 Borahae

JPz⁷

I definitely have a special place in my heart for Ddaeng. I play it at least once a day. It's always so fun to see the vocal line rap too - you'll definitely have fun watching the Sowoozoo OT7 versions of Agust D's Daechwita and J-hope's Chicken Noodle Soup. I absolutely cannot wait for you guys to also get to UGH!, and Outro: Tear. In my opinion, it just gets better from here.

Mabelmoon

someday you will see Rapper JIN again..... I don't want to spoil the surprise but JIN does a cover of a very fast rapping song. I can't wait to see your reaction. YOU WILL BE SO PROUD!!

Red

If you wanna see Jimin the rapper— he features on Suga’s Tony Montana for his agust D album. It was on their 3rd CD for Proof, bc it was an unreleased track— on Agust D’s album he featured a different rapper. It was awesome, and Suga and Jimin performed it live too!

Zoro’s Enma!

I think one thing that is crazy about this song is how joon literally stutters in this song on purpose as a response to another rapper who made fun of bts in a disstrack

Zo

I’ve been waiting for this one… TURN IT UP

Selina T

V is a performer! he loves the camera, versatile, pulls anything off (except for maybe roller blading lol), and he particularly loves rapping the rap lines songs. I think there is a bang tan bomb of him rapping one of the cyphers and the other members are just cracking up the entire time. Also you’ll find BTS and their team spend a LOT of time on every aspect of their songs, their staging, their performance and that includes lighting, dancers, smoke, water, etc. truly high level and passionate artists.

Juliann Terrell

Danny and David are amazing and they do a fantastic job of explaining these songs! I love this so much! You guys are amazing!! BTS= Genius!

Ana Yunuen Lau

Oh guys, I'm so excited for your rap line journey! (I'm sure all of us are). Before BTS I wasn't THAT interested in Hip Hop... I mean, I liked it but I didn't give the respect that it deserves, and this 3 guys (especially RM, since he has wrote some of my FAVORITE lyrics) opened my eyes to this world. It's art, social criticism, poetry, self reflection... I think that is one of BTS's biggest gifts to me, broadening my sight and art appreciation. I actually LOVE all the cyphers (aka International Anthems), hope you guys give them a try sooner than later, I don't think it spoils the "BTS path" if you listen to them one after the other. And, oh god, Outro: Tear i'ts just bittersweet (knowing the context in why Yoongi wrote it), once you get to the Love Yourself trilogy you'll understand it better. I also think, that you guys will give the desserved appreciation to Suga's (Agust D) solo music. It is honest, raw, great production, lyrics, technique and PURE quality. Just how Yoongi is like. I personally love "So far away" ft Suran (they actually uploaded a version with JK and Jin in the vocals), "The last", "Tony Montana" ft Yankie (He has performed this one with Jimin) and my two new obessions are "28" ft NiiHWA and "People". Just Honest lyrics, no holding back and TALENT. And RM's solo work is BEAUTIFUL, "seoul" = GORGEOUS (you can hear his vocals here) "Everythingoes"=a masterpiece. Actually... ALL Mono album is ART. I've never been, and will never be, tired of it. For me, it's a perfect album, just like Jack in the Box and D-2. Lost of love, everyone!

Sabrina K

You think this was anarchy LMAOOO UGH will demolish you, make you wanna go out and fight everyone, make you wanna bang your head on something repeatedly with the beat, have you drive your car at 200mph and then fly off a bridge. hahahaha (at least for me:) I recommend listening to it ON FULL BLAST

Lakisha Johnson

"Never hear something like this again..." "hold my beer" says the rap line. You haven't even gotten to Agust D (Suga) yet.

Les

Would really recommend you check out Doolset anyways! They expand on what is the best part of RM's rap, which is the stuttering.

Kia

I’m always sooo excited to watch you guys! I about screamed when the yt video dropped. This song is one of my fav rap line songs it’s soo good! I’m so glad y’all watched the vocal line performance too. V is such a rapper omg. Literally every member can do it all and they’re not afraid to go for it. I think that’s another reason they’re just so good. They each have something unique to bring but all they can also do everything else. It’s mind blowing honestly. Now all imma say is Tear and Ugh. Tear and Ugh…those are down the line tho so we have to just wait patiently for that

bee

I was wondering what the surprise video could have been but ahhhhh I wasn't expecting thissss!!!! so excited!!

Raevan21

You just experienced the glory of the rapline from BTS. It's something amazing.

bee

I LOVE this song! It's such a bop and is just THAT hype song! Namjoons verse does it for me EVERYTIMEEEE!!

Loredana de Caro

when my mother asked me what my Ddaeng tattoo means, I was STRESSED. I was like "don't even ask me". At least I know it

Kia

Am I the only one dying for them to get to HHP (hip hop phile) and Moving On….I literally think about it so much lol. Those songs have got to be some of my all time favorite songs by BTS to this day. They’re both masterpieces. Hands down, no questions. Those are down the line, I’ve just been thinking about the reaction to them a lot. I have to be patient tho lol. Anyways thank you both for this reaction ! I love you both. Thank you for always giving me some type of boost in my happiness, even if I’m already in the best mood, you guys make it better. Much love and support 💜💜💜

Glaseon_711

Someone tell them that Seokjin is the fastest rapper in the world? There is proof! Someday you'll see it in RAN BTS! Jimin has a rap feat with Yoongi "Tony Montana". There is even a live! Taehyung is the biggest fan of the rap line (and the most successful in my opinion🤣). Jungkook is Jungkook... Explosive song! And it seemed to me that you became more energetic in the frame! I like it. Your impatience is conveyed through the camera. We love you guys!💜💜💜💜

shelby🖤

ahhh i'm so excited for certain songs now. the cyphers, tear, daechwita, ugh sure but i also can't wait for dionysus, rush hour, sexy nunkim, mic drop, dis-ease, on, and so many more. absolutely no one does it like BTS. y'all really haven't seen anything yet.

Ellie

Ahhhh I'm so happy you two got to check out Ddeang (땡)! It's so fun to chant to, very pleaseing to the ear, and jammed packed with wordplay. A few fun things to add: - There is a bangtan bomb/behinds of the guys working on the production of the song & rehearsing for the live performance. - It's tradition that the members release at least one song for each FESTA anniversary. Ddaeng was released in June 2018 for festa. - There is usually some kind of concert/live event to finish out festa. For 2018 Festa this was referred to as 'Prom Party.' - Prom Party had 3 unit performances. --- Ddaeng by rapline --- It's Definitely You by Tae & Jin (this is from the hwarang OST, which Tae acted in from 2016) --- MJ's Black or White dance cover by Jimin & Jungkook If I recall correctly, the hanbok that RM is wearing in the Prom Party performance was a gift from an army. Until more recent years (at the request of the company) army used to send gifts to the members, especially during their earlier years because they couldn't afford a lot of things. This includes a rice cooker, some bowls & cups, and even a pillow for Jin that we've caught glimpses of even in more recent clips from their dorm & bon voyage episodes.

Ellie

HANGUL (korean writing system) LESSON! The song is romanized as 'Ddaeng' because of the breakdown of the individual letters. The hangul for Ddeang is 땡. It a single syllable & contains 3 letters. - ㄷ : sounds like 'd'; you can double up this consonant to give it a stronger sound/emphasis so in 땡 it's a 'dd' - ㅐ: sounds like 'ae' - ㅇ: sounds like 'ng' when placed at the end of a syllable. Once you can recognize the different letters in hangul it's actuall really easy to sound out words (even though you might not know what it means lol). Hangul is super easy to learn. Takes about 15-30 minutes to learn the basic sounds and structure. 🥰

katarmy

since you already heard chicken noodle by j hope they did a performance as ot7 and it was nice seeing rm and jimin rapping in spanish and they are other good song as my fellow armys have said the cyphers, ugh, outro tear oh wait until you hear agust d you are not ready😂💜

BTSisInspiration

You have to check out Suga ft. Jimin Tony Montana You just have to. I cant. Ull see urself. Suga is always rap God that we all know but u have to see Jimin on this one though. He is a 10/10. That man is A M A Z I N G

Sharon Bagchi 7

You guys will flip when you hear cipher 1-4 and watch the live performance.

Pommosaurus

This was such a treat to watch!! I can't wait to hear you both listen to the rest of the rap line's songs, those that you listed in the YT video that ARMY suggested. Cypher series was just pure genius (don't forget to watch the medley live performance!), UGH!, Outro:Tear (live performance at the Wembley Stadium - made me emotional every time and I can speak to the rest of ARMYs when saying that), and don't forget the rest of their solo works. You have so much ahead to continue to surprise you and I can't wait to be there for it all!

Borahekore

Wow, Ddaeng is amazing, liked your reaction so much!! RM put all his genius mind into this, I love it. Oh, just one thing about the cyphers, I hope when you react to them, you also do the meddley they did live. Listening to the cyphers is incredible, but watching them doing that meddley live is really an experience. Waiting for the next one!

Sarah J

UGH I'm so unbelievably happy you to reacted to Ddaeng. Honestly ddaeng is that song for me that if I could go back in time and listen to it for the first time again I would because I want to remember how I felt. It's one of my favourite bts songs which is funny because they never actually released it on streaming platforms which feels insane to me. Tae is also a huge rap line and ddaeng enthusiast which you'll see is a recurring theme. I'm begging for you guys to listen to ugh, also a rapline song. There's so much nuance to them and while I love all the boys, and vocal line as well, rapline will always have a special place in my heart because prior to listening to BTS I mainly listened to rap. I'm also really partial to Anpanman, not sure if you guys get a lot of requests for that but their concert performances of that are my fave.

Tiffany1013

I think they need some buffers in between Ddaeng and Ugh. Can't give them too much too soon!

Alicia

💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

leat

i hope you watch tony montana live. it´s the only recording of the song and jimin raps with Suga, and it´s a legend in the fandom. BTS added tony Montana and born singers to their anthology album because those were fan favorites. tony montana is just like deang, because it does not ruin your journey. they could not ad daeng and UGH witch is distracs and in korea idol bands are not allowed to do something like that. that is why they uploaded it on SoundCloud . BTS keep finding ways to sing about what they think is important. spring day is another genius song witch is many army's favorite song because of the powerful message. it´s still charting in korea after 6 years.

Tiana

This is a hidden gem. BTS rap line is so brilliant and needed. The world needs to know! Also, V reving up to rap was so mafioso. This was a good one.💜🎵😎

Keindra

I´m just waiting for Outro: Tear. Whising for you to catch up till TMBM 2 for a Vocal Line reaction to House of cards.

Noll⁷

Thanks for this one guys. Its an amazing song and your analysis makes it even better. I love to watch, how exited you both are, when listen to their songs. Its so much fun. I recommend Ugh (there is a live performance from their Internet concert MOTS ON:E) and Outro: Tear (here the live from Wembley). You will love it, I'm sure. Cant wait for your next video. Love you guys for your effort and your work. Fighting! Borahae 💜💜💜

Sharebear

There is sooooo much ahead of you! I can't wait for you to get into it all. I love watching your reactions because I get to feel again like I did when I first heard/saw these songs and videos. I was yelling, singing, stunned, all the same emotions you guys are feeling. This is why we love BTS so much! They are some of the most genuinely talented people on the planet. Imagine that they just did this song for an anniversary gift to Army! It is so good and so complex, and it is not even on an album (or even on Spotify)... WTH is that?!?!

J-Lee

UGH lived in my mind rent free for years! So yeah, if you want to lose your minds more, pls feel free to check that out my fave brothers!! 🤭 DKDKTV explained that well too! I think they do explain songs really well bcoz they're Koreans that they're aware of references used in the songs. Couple of things: 1. V is the biggest fan of the rap line. He's crazy for Cyphers too! Therefore, in this performance, he's totally serious about nailing Yoongi's part! I love this side of him 🥹 2. Jin is definitely the most hyped person when it comes to rapping. He gives his full energy to any rap performance. EVEN THOUGH he knows for himself that rapping is not made for him LMAO 🤣 He's always serious about rapping, he doesn't laugh about it, but ARMY just finds him funny all the time! Thank you for this absolutely entertaining reaction vid!! Your stank faces, Jordan feeling threatened by Jared's water spray, and just the hype you two got - it's amazing to watch them all in just one vid! This made my weekend a lot better!! Thanks again and borahae my fave brothers!! 💜💜💜 (My 3J purple hearts for you) 🥰

Ellie

Even Jimin shocked the other members when he entered the stage. You can see it in some behinds content when the guys are under the stage like 🤯 The performace is from 3rd Muster. Jimin's lyrics are different from the original song. He tried to write them himself but had trouble, so yoongi wrote them. (There is some recorded content in which Jimin reveals though that he had RM look over them after though 😆). A recorded version of Agust D's 'Tony Montana' ft. Jimin was included on the 3rd CD of their anthology album, Proof.

Jasperspixiedust

I didn’t EVEN FINISH the YouTube video when I popped over here!! Slapped my headphones on and turned the volume up. This is one of the hidden gems and I LOVE LOVE when the vocal line rap. (Which if you like this you will love 2021 Muster where the vocal line raps one of Suga’s [Daechwita]and J-Hopes [Chicken Noodle Soup] songs) . I really can’t wait for you guys to get to the Cyphers. Make sure you watch the 3rd Cypher live I believe it is a Bangtan Bomb. Thankies for the great content.

Lala woods

Imma let Ddaeng have his moment but Ugh! Is a better song…TEAM UGH!!! All the way!!

Jenna B.

I think you're really REALLY going to enjoy Dark & Wild. bop after bop after BOP on that album. My personal favorites on that album: Look Here, Hip Hop Phile, 2nd Grade and Cypher pt.3. my all time #1 favorite BTS song EVER is on that album too, which is 24/7=Heaven. it's my favorite BTS album.. hands down.. seriously. i can't wait for you to hear it!

Pacific Pacific

I wait for your reactions 💜💜 You make my days a whole lot better 🥰 I just have to say that we become ARMYs being attracted to various aspects of BTS but eventually we fall in love with everything. I feel that BTS ARMYs are smart, intelligent people for the simple fact that their music, lyrics, videos, symbolism etc makes us all work hard and research. They have literally made their entire fandom's IQ rise by a few points atleast 😁😁😁

Harley

From this same Festa Jimin and Jungkook did a dance performance to MJ's Black and White which I think you both will love!

Kathy⁷

I'M SO HAPPY YOU GUYS FINALLY GOT TO DDAENG! I just need to ask- are you both ok??? There are many BTS songs that take time to recover from and this is one of them! I know you think you've reached the peak but as you keep saying, you really "have only scratched the surface." I'd love to see you dive into these lyrics more, there are some elements you weren't able to fully grasp yet (which I understand as your minds had been blown!) There is also a Bangtan Bomb which shows the rap line behind the scenes in creating the song and practicing for the performance. It's super interesting to see them at work in this way, plus you get an insight into V's reaction to Ddaeng playing, which may explain why he invaded the stage during the rap line's performance. I'm sure Army's would be happy to have another Ddaeng video as it is such an iconic song, but even if you don't post a reaction, please watch this as I'm sure you will enjoy it. This is a link to a version with English subs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEiT2mO97fA&t=550s As always, I hope you're both doing well! This was one of my favourite videos so far! Keep being you. Borahae! Kathy x

Cherry Valens

OMG I love this song, love this reaction!!! YES, please do a breakdown of the lyrics and listen to the song one more time with us! Can you please use this live performance with the vocal line, it’s a little better than the one you watch with us today. https://youtu.be/tQRrc3PEITc Another amazing reaction, I love your reactions on your face, makes me smile every time… thank you so much for this today! Borahae! 💜💜

Kath Choo⁷

I do think we need another videos for ddaeng. DKDK did well in explaining the different meanings from the wordplay, but they did not cover the lyrics extensively. Maybe include Bangtan bomb for 땡 too :) The boys are so fun to watch 💜

Ann Dominique

Oh my gosh! I’m so happy when I saw this pop in my notifications. You’re now starting to get to BTS’ hidden gems. Love love Ddaeng so much. While I love their title tracks, their B-sides and soundcloud releases are special. I can’t wait for you to get to UGH, Paradise, House of Cards, Louder than Bombs and many more. Those are just a few of my faves. Side Note: Taehyung is definitely the biggest fanboy of the rapline. He’s sort of their hype man lol! His favorites are the Cyphers. There’s a Bangtan Bomb of him trying his darn best to rap to Cypher Pt 3. Anyway, love all your reaction videos, both here and youtube. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait for the next one.

Angel

If you want to see more of Jins rapping in a non meme way then check out the songs 'School of Tears' with Suga, Jin, RM (such a cool predebut trio I miss them) and 'We are Bulletproof Part 1' (jin was so cool live even if it was short) some might argue its kind of rapping/singing but its good nevertheless. In fact I've been listening to 'School of Tears' on repeat in 8d ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqQpoEpVih0&ab_channel=JungHyunRan ) because its so addictive. Edit: Actually the "We are Bulletproof Part 1" song is so good on relisten, I hope you dedicate a video to that song and its performances because the entire group slayed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVzrrNAZ1ZU&ab_channel=JungHyunRan -suga, v, and jin were my faves but jimin and jk were badass and jhope and rm were on fire- Also the Live performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZy_BlM10hY&ab_channel=mar21

Cheryl ⁷ Lambert

Hi guys. This was a blast. You don’t know if you’ll experience anything like this again? You’re going to need to strap in with more than a seatbelt for this ride. There’s a reason it’s called a “rabbit hole” and you’re just starting to peek over the edge! With BTS expect the unexpected. Every song will hit you differently. The rappers sing, the singers rap and they all can dance. RM, Suga and J-Hope looked like proud papas watching their kids during this performance. It’s just so much fun. V, Mr Gucci himself just loves the rap line and jumps in whenever he can and he’s so good! Dimple and Pied Piper from 5th Muster are so good as well. I can’t wait for more. Thanks so much for this 🤗🙏💜💜🇨🇦

Mel

Like what we've been telling you guys, you are a snowflake on the tip of the iceberg. There's a lot to uncover and unpack. Their hip hop stuff like the cyphers, etc, but listen...y'all haven't really listen to the b-sides. 😆😆😆 It's the b sides...it's the b-sides. The guys they have songs they have forgotten about that, we ARMY, KNOW are amazing and life changing. Paradise, anyone?

Tharikha Lakshmi

Since this is your new favourite song by our boys, I think looking into the lyrics would be a great idea. Also…. Since we know how much you love the bts(behind the scenes) of BTS *** insert your pun drum beat***, I think you’d be happy to know that we actually got to see a part of their song mixing process for ddaeng. You’ll get an idea of how involved they are in the music they create. Here is the link: https://youtu.be/SEiT2mO97fA And for some more ddaeng featuring a part of the vocal line: https://youtu.be/WMyhY5qLCG4 You mentioned wanting to throw water while listening to the song. Welllll…. That last link features some very passionate throwing of shoes.

yes and it´s kind of funny when you think of what V´s favorite singers normally is. john legend and jazz singers. but it´s the same for me i normally don't like western rap, it´s just not my style of music, but for some reason i love BTS rap songs.

Laura B

Oh you’ll hear Jin rapping again, and his rap is probably more iconic than his rapping in this performance… popping popping popping 😂 thank you so so much for this reaction guys!! The rap line do not mess around… that’s the thing with BTS every single member is so talented it’s almost unbelievable. I’m just so happy they all found each other and that us ARMY have found each other and helped make BTS dreams come true as well as them making ours come true 💜 I look forward to every reaction of yours, so happy you’re reacting to rise of bangtan, their music, funny compilations cause it’s how a lot of us were (and still are) on our journey down the rabbit hole 🕳 I’m excited for when you eventually get to the BU! Thanks so much again guys 💜

Jenn - Parole de libraire

This vocal performance is one of the best. If you like them rapping, I can't recommend you enough to see compilations of Jin's rapping. It's some of the best content you could watch ! V loves rapping and encouraging the Rap Line (you will see it with Ugh and the behind the scene of Map of the soul : One, their live concert and with the bangtan episode dedicated to the cypher performance (I think for a festa)). JK is a natural. I hope to see him rap more (maybe in his next album), he's talented ! Jimin is a little shy about it but good as well, you'll see it with Tony Montana !

Maya001

Omg this was so fun! I really enjoyed watching Ddaeng with y’all😂🔥 There’s a bangtan bomb where they r practicing for their Ddaeng performance and Vmin (V & Jimin) were going crazy with rap line in the practice room lmaooo please check it out whenever u can! :) it’s hilarious https://youtu.be/WMyhY5qLCG4 Oh I really love it when y’all say “I don’t think I’ll ever see this again” ahahaha cuz all the songs/ performances that may top these pop into my head 😂 But Ddaeng is really a pot of gold fr im glad u enjoyed it! When Jared said he thinks he may never see Jin rap again I thought to myself who’s gonna tell him🤭hahaha Ngl Jin loves to rap in a comedic sense cuz he’s a walking comedian, But the man can spit! There’s this song called ‘Loner’ and it’s a notoriously fast rap song played in korean karaoke. He raps to that song multiple times in Run episodes. Jin and Suga have also once switched songs and performed them. Jin rapped Nevermind by Suga and Yoongi sang Awake by Jin. It’s not a serious performance but it’s really fun and shows their abilities. Also, the vocal line rap in Sowoozoo concert for Daechwita and Chicken noodle soup. ( even in Spanish!) Jimin performed a song with Suga on his mixtape called Tony Montana. It was straight 🔥 they even remade the song and included Jimin officially in the Proof album! So u noticed that V is a BIG rap fan😄 He’s the biggest Rap enthusiast. He would constantly rap the cyphers ( especially the 3rd) until ddaeng dropped. he still talks about wanting to perform that song again. But when Ugh dropped thats all he sang for sooo long lol. He goes crazy for Rap versus. Just know there’s a lot of great songs coming your way! Thanks for taking us along ur journey 💜 can’t wait for the next one

I love how much you love the word Anarchy. And I can tell you that if there is one BTS song that perfectly captures the essence of the word Anarchy…. It is UGH. Both in terms of the beat, the rapping skills and most importantly… the lyrics. That song made me think differently about the emotion it describes (you’ll know which emotion when you react… you’ll get no spoilers from me 😇). Can’t wait for you to check it out and for the screaming of the word Anarchy. p.s. In case you are wondering about why some absolute masterpieces from BTS are soundcloud drops…. It’s because they use their albums to tell a story. And that means making the difficult decision of leaving a song out of an album if it doesn’t fit the overall message they are trying to convey. But they know Army would love to hear it. And …. what Army wants, BTS gives. So we get the masterpieces…. FOR FREE!Completely blows my mind.

dyxqdthyfv

Yup BTS has a lot of bops And they are often not title tracks That is why I want you guys to check out their whole album From Dark and Wild Their title tracks are of course good but they are title tracks because it has choreography Hundreds of songs are equally gooood!!!!!!💜

Tracey Keyes

Hi guys, Glad you enjoyed this , loved watching your reaction. All their live performances are amazing , it’s my dream to see them live one day , so I pray that happens🙏 I’d love to see you react to the live performance that Suga does with Jimin for Tony Montana!! Jimin is so cool in this!! 👍💜

Katherine Cordero

Great reaction guys! Tae is the biggest rapline fan, we always joke around that he begs to be in Cypher pt.5. Also you're not ready for the cyphers lol

vlera

cant wait for you to react to outro: tear, jhope KILLED it !!! (the others too ofc but jhopes ending was everythingggg)

The cute one

Omg I loved this reaction 💜💜 if you think these lyrics are amazing you should definitely check out UGH another desplome song the lyrics are even betterrr either way thank you so much 😊

Hyland

Taehyung loves all the rap lines songs. He's no joke their #1 fan.

Jd ✨

Okay so now that you’ve seen ddaeng you have to listen to outro tear. And if you wanna hear more of the vocal line rap then you could listen to the live versions of chicken noodle soup by j-hope (this is a better example of jimin rapping in my opinion) and daechwita by August D (which is the best example of vocal line rapping other than ddaeng in my opinion) it’s all so good. I think you guys will truly just enjoy any Rapline song. You guys peg me as Rapline people and honestly me too. Rapline is so talented and I can’t wait for you to hear everything. Chicken noodle soup: https://youtu.be/OHUsPiXfcfM Daechwita: https://youtu.be/h-9dbQ2smjI

SNBangtan

I love watching the vocal line rap but I always like to just remind people that rapping is a craft that takes a lot of effort and talent too. I think in the idol world, anyone who talks over a beat instead of singing over it gets called a rapper (Suga even calls that out in his bars a couple times over he years) but our rappers are real rappers and masters of their craft. So while it's fun to watch the vocal line rap, I get a little defensive when people say "they can all rap!" because the mindset that rapping is easy/easier than singing is so rampant in the kpop world. I feel like it unintentionally undermines the technicality and difficulty of what our rap line does. So I just wanted to put that out there for whatever it's worth. haha

SNBangtan

Oh! Also, I mentioned this on your Youtube but I feel like the odds of you seeing it are better here. RM said that when it came to Ddaeng, he brought the melody, Suga brought the beat, and j-hope brought the word/concept "Ddaeng." They came together so well to make something really unique--a traditional sounding rap song with deep (and creative) cultural wordplay. It's just such a clever idea and they all really showed some of their strengths here.

Sally A

You guys need to watch MMA 2020 and MAMA 2020 these two are my favorites.

Blessing.E
>>92285545

omg I was gonna comment about the bangtan bomb video I wanted to them to check that video out so badd

Veronica⁷

So happy you guys did DDaeng. This song is so so much...like you said words can not explain how it makes you feel. Every time I watch the live performance with either just the rap line or the version with the vocal line. I'm either so in awe at how badass the rap line is or just in awe watching the vocal line rap and seeing how proud the rap line looks upon them as they are rapping. I love it! Anyway, so glad you guys reacted to this song. Thank you. As always...looking forward to the next reaction. 💜💜

T HT

been thinking about becoming a patron for awhile and ended up joining because i NEEDED to see this reaction

DanielleM

Loved this so much, thank you both!

ButterButtersBetter

As always a wonderful, in-depth reaction. It was fun seeing this song blow your minds. You definitely need to check the full lyrics, because the wordplay is only part of how awesome they are. My favourite line ‘haters wash your face and look in the mirror. There’s your hater living and breathing there’ (possible paraphrase from memory). BTS always with the ‘love yourself’ message, even when dissing. Well, after that I’m off to watch Jimin rap in Tony Montana live again😉🔥. I look forward to your next reaction💜

LIBBY WILSON

Please dive deeper into Ddaeng. You two are amazing with your reactions. I am ecstatic to be a member of your Patreon family. Thanks for giving us a clearer and better innerstanding (from deep within self) of this song. I was blown away to hear the vocal line Rap. Like I said before BTS is the most diversified act in the entire universe...period. All that's left to say is "HOT DAMN DDAENG"!!! OT7 x7

Salena G

YEEEEEEEES ❗❗❗❗❗I was waiting for this reaction. Be right back going to watch the YouTube channel first💜

Shalia

i didn’t expect DDaeng to pop up in the middle of nowhere. great recommendation ARMY, as it doesn’t spoil the BTS journey. the cypers will be wild especially the live performance. my fav rap line song is Outro Tear, which really tear me up. the lyrical genius of Suga always gets me. 💜

Liz Torres

Hey guys this was epic, your reactions were to die for. I went through all the emotions with you both, so great. Wait until you hear the Cyphers, UGH and “Baepsae” which is another incredible masterpiece. You guys wil loose your minds against and again with these, I guarantee it. You commented wanting to here Jimin rap then you have to check this live “Toni Montana.” Older more seasoned armys can chime in and comment if this one messes up any order in particular. It’s not part of the BU that I know but I’m not familiar with the RoBT songs schedule. I’m watching those for the first time with both of you. I’ll leave the link down here for “Toni Montana.” They did however include this one in their anthology album, that I do know. https://youtu.be/ip6OEzTyS90 (Toni Montana Live performance) https://youtu.be/67SEnWFr2WA (Toni Montana Color coded lyrics)

LizP⁷⁷⁷⁷⁷⁷⁷

You have just opened up to the Rap Line Pandoras Box!!!! I loved that you guys have touched the surface....NOW can you plz plz plz plz lol plz plz plz listen to OUTRO TEAR and the Cyphers. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Just some side notes: Ddaeng is a fun song....David and Danny (Ddaeng explained) are just friends V is the Rap Line's honorary member..... All Cyphers diss haters and rightfully so.... Yoongi completely annihilates his verse in Cypher 2, you will be bias WRECKED WRECKED by his tongue Technology... There is water being thrown in the Cypher Medley from their final Wings Tour.... https://youtu.be/JQey7aY-_jE Outro Tear is a serious, beautiful, heart wrenching song that LITERALY will change everything you've ever thought about BTS and their vulnerability and duality as artists and I cannot hear that song without wanting to cry or cry. I'm glad you enjoyed the vocal line switching it up cuz it was so fun. They do it a few more times in future performances of Daechwita and Chicken Noodle Soup and they are so funny!! I hope you dedicate a week or so to the raplines songs cuz I know you will be like wtf!@#$%!!! 🤣🤣 Can't wait to see more reactions from you guys 💜💜

lou marquez

LOVED IT, its such a great song!! you should watch this bangtan bomb of them practicing and adding final touches to the song

Ashleyder

V has to be the rap line's biggest fan ... lol. He LOVES the rap songs.

Kianki

I’m so happy you guys reacted to this song, it’s juts amazing! I’ve been a fan since day one and i cant put to words how much I enjoy your content, “you’re nice, keep going” -Jimin. Also one song I know you would love is “Spine Breaker” it’s just crazy, goofy, it’s just a masterpiece in general and the lyrics are kind of deep too. It’s also from their “Skool Love Affair” album It has a “music video” created and produced by BTS themselves😂 also I would highly recommend watching the DKDKTV explanation because it has a lot of Korean culture references and watching the video would help a lot. The vireo of this song was created by Jin so you don’t know what to expect😂. Keep up the good work and may God bless both of you💜.

Salena G

At one point I'm sorry but Jordan you reminded me of this emoji 🤯 😂😂😂 you actually turned red you were so excited. Loved loved y'all reaction💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 💜💜

Lisa W
>>92286181

agreed, but you guys are not ready for Tear. patience... and cyphers first.

Lisa W

I do sometimes feel bad for you guys. There is SO MUCH for you to listen to, so many ways for your minds to be blown, so many expectations to explode. Well done here! And looking forward to seeing what's next. Thx

Bri

Best of me next!!!! Please

Bri

Great reaction

Jessica McGuire

I don't know if anyone has told you but JK is the only one in the vocal line who is really good at rapping. Jin really struggles with it and Jimin tends to turn it more into singing than rap. An example of that would be the Agust D song, "Tony Montana" where Jimin joins him onstage for a live performance. V absolutely adores rap line song but he's a vocalist and tends to sing R&B for his solos. The fast-paced speech of rap is difficult for him, but he tries and tries and tries. This is the first performance where he was able to actually rap so well. There's a bit of history with V and Ddaeng. There's a clip of the guys preparing for that Prom Party where V is rapping Ddaeng but when Suga's verse comes up, Suga steps in and takes over, just for that verse. I'm not sure why he did that, but he did. That makes it even more meaningful that in this performance, V is performing Suga's verse and Suga is right next to him, hyping him up. Also, in addition to the two songs you mentioned, Daechwita and Chicken Noodle Soup, the vocal line occasionally raps on Run! episodes. When the vocal line raps during a performance, it's at a muster since that's a concert specifically for their fans. Musters and Run! are the only places we've seen vocal line rap, I think. I hope you continue with Run! until you reach some of those episodes. There's one where Jin raps his favorite rap song and he did it well enough that it impressed the rest of them, including the rap line.

Selina T

SATURDAY OCTOBER 15th! I just wanted to remind y’all they’re putting on a free concert in South Korea, which will also be live streamed! Watch them in a full concert setting! All seven of them in concert with ARMY (roughly 120,000 army I might add), is magic, just a really great experience!

Amani ○°●•7

J&j MORE MORE MORE there is so much more ... DDAENG ... 🟪🟣🌌🖤💜 ty for the best reaction yet.

Skyblue00

Scary…. Jared and Jordan, there’s more! “UGH!!”… I know you’ll love this song just as much.

Ale

I have always thought that V has great potential to rap. I think he needs to find his own flow that works for him and he would sound amazing! Any rap you hear from V, typically he’s just mimicking what the original member sounds like in his own way. But if he actually did it the way he would in a song it would sound 100x better.

Salena G

Jordan you said Jared won't say he didn't expect something like this from BTS again. I dare say the phrase "this is the best... song, video, etc." will be something you two will stop using. With BTS just when you think you have reached a pinnacle or plateau BTS not only surpasses it they exceed it. Note that they are at a point where they break their own records because no one else is up there with them 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 💜💜

Tajbabydoll

Please react to the Cyphers next. You guys didn't think BTS had it in them because you've not reacted to the Cyphers and would have benefited from that set up. They started addressing the haters during their debut album, well before Ddaeng and were predecessors to Ddaeng. Ddaeng was a gift to ARMY for their anniversary. That's why it's only on SoundCloud. It wasn't random, but rather very calculated free song that was intentionally not added to Spotify so that no money could be made off of it. Glad you enjoyed it, I was holding suggesting this because Cyphers open the door. "UGH" came out in 2020 and after still even more development that is magical to see. V has always wanted to be on one of the Cyphers, it's actually one of the running jokes in ARMY because we all say that Cypher V, needs to include V. 💜💜

Kecia ⁷

I can't wait for the day they get to Tony Montana!

Laurie Brennan⁷

V is the biggest rapline fanboy. He killed this. He once said that his favourite song at one of their concerts was Cypher. Someone said "but you're not in Cypher" and he said..."that doesn't matter". Lol @ Jordan saying "V was being all V with it". You know you are ARMY when "being all V" becomes a verb...somewhat like "Namjooning" as a verb. "Ddaeng, must suck to be you" cracked me right up. The rapline are lyrical geniuses (in multiple songs, not just this one). Coming from someone who never listened to rap prior to discovering BTS, I have to say I find the stutter rap so pleasing to the ear. Great reaction, I'm happy you loved it...thank you. PS Danny and David Kim are not related...Kim is an incredibly common last name in S. Korea...there are 3 unrelated members of BTS with that last name alone. Jin, RM & V.

SingingSeaDragon 01

Honestly I just love how much of a rap line enthusiast V is. He truly has so much fun. Some people like to say RM is Jungkooks idol, and others point out how Suga must be V’s. I loved this. I love when you guys jam out because we jam out too while we watch. There truly is so much for you to find. Hundreds of hours of content awaits. I hope you guys will continue to somewhat follow chronologically. If that’s the case, DONT FORGET THE JAPANESE SONGS!!! They are some underrated but gorgeous songs! It shows how much they practiced and worked on their Japanese too! I hope to see a reaction to Rain, Tomorrow, or Outro Circle Room Cypher (the one they all rap as well 😉) thank you have a great rest of your weekend!

Alix Drifty

If you want to hear Jimin rap more, you can check out the live performance of Tony Montana at the 3rd Muster. Tony Montana is a track off of Suga's (AgustD's) first mixtape - in the original track, he had another rapper featuring. When he performed it at the 3rd muster, he instead wrote a verse for Jimin and had Jimin perform the song for him. Jimin is super shy and embarrassed about it, but army love it.

Alix Drifty

If you want more from your Ddaeng journey - you can also watch a behind the scenes of them making it and practicing for the performance: https://youtu.be/SEiT2mO97fA (link is to the Bangtan Subs yt channel - because the original video doesn't have cc)

Lele Serieux

I love the stuttering in this rap and second? Seeing how proud Suga looked while V was rapping.

Mariana Núñez

Well, to be fair I think they all rap but Jin, hahaha. He is soooooo cute rapping. I love him. Check out the muster when they did Chicken Noodle soup! RM and Jimin rapping in Spanish and Jin rapping as cute as he can be: poppin, poppin, poppin, poppin, hahahah that´s all he said.

Jane Rogers

DKDK TV David Kim (narrator) and Danny Kim are college friends who started their channel way after they finished school. Kim is the most common last name in Korea (not necessarily related due to families in different regions). RM, Jin and V are also Kim but they’re not related.

Vida Queenie

Great reaction, thanks for your surprise video and I'm happy that you both found DDAENG is your favorite song. However, I think many armies have said that you are just in the beginning, there are so so so many mind-blowing times you will be through. I can't wait till that day you listen to the outro: tear and see the live performance when they are in Dior outfit. The outro: tear is still my favorite rap line song of all time.

layla pop

Man I’m so addicted to this channel. So thankful that I found y’all. So I feel like a doolset dive is needed for ddaeng. I took a peek and it’s laid out nicely and simply. 💜

Roxy Foxy

Great reaction as always! I'm not active in the comment section because of my not so good English but i want you to know that i absolutely love your reactions!💜 I can't wait your reactions to Taechwita and Chicken Noodle Soop! Especially vocal line versions😂 I purple you💜💜

Anaïs

If you loved Ddaeng explanation, then you'll love 'Ugh' another rapline track from the Map Of the Soul 7 Album. It's a social commentary on the emotion 'anger'. Also it might be interesting to see this time a vocaline song, like 'The Truth Untold' and get to know the little backstory that inspired this track. Good reaction as always, can't wait for the next one, take care guys. 💜

Eternity 7

If you liked Ddaeng, please please reactto Ugh! It's my fav Rapline track. Also it's live performance on MOTS:ONE concert. I love UGH! So much.

Grace

Lovely reaction as always! Could I recommend you react to First Love by Suga? It’s a bit random and to me it’s like a hidden gem (for reactors at least, not many tend to get to that song at all) but every time I listen to it it brings me to tears. And I know the song touches a lot of armys. A lot of armys feel comfort in his music.. but this song is more personal to him and I’d love to see you guys listen to it 🥺 Whenever suga raps you can FEEL it. He conveys his emotions so well in his voice. The song is about his deep love for playing the piano and just love for music in general. Even if he strays away from it he ends up there again. It would mean a lot to see you guys listen to it. Love you guyssss 💜 https://youtu.be/T8V9a6wl1oI and here is him performing it live as well. https://youtu.be/KMr_cZFhECY

Rache B

I love how excited you are for a Hiphop/Rap Song with nice vocals. I can’t wait till you get to their most recent song (2022; or even a detour to it) - “Run BTS”! The way the high vocals compliment the rap is so mindblowing. I’ll look forward to that in your journey. Also, don’t worry..we respect everybody’s journey into discovering BTS so although approaching it chronologically sounds logical and you get a lot of suggestions - just do you! That will always be the best way to go!

J-Lee
>>92283533

Jin is the pinnacle of rapping! It's just that rapping itself won't accept Jin Lol 🤣 But he's dead serious about rapping, he just said that one really has to be born with the skills for it - and he's not 😅 My poor baby 🥹😂

Rae Avilez

No the sound effects LMAO!

Joanne Magdalene⁷

Wait till you all hear Jimin rap in Tony Montana with Suga! 😄😉

Lizzie J

After Ddaeng, Cyphers, pls listen to UGH! Too!!

Cara

Thanks for this extended reaction! So glad you enjoyed this track. And so excited for you guys to react to UGH too!! That has a great explanation vid by DKDKTV too - so many levels. And yes as others have said, many many more wonderful mind-blowing moments ahead of you! Enjoy the ride!

Fernanda

You’re so right about that! Every bts song (I feel) does stand on its own two legs bc they’re all so different and unique but they’re all equally as good it’s honestly all subjective but the quality is always there!! Side note for the cyphers (there’s only 4) army thinks bts would lose a genius opportunity to feature V in a possible 5th cypher so it could read literally like Cypher Pt. V lol he’s the rap lines biggest fan and i love it lol so happy y’all loved this recommendation!!

Sunny

The long awaited ddaeng!! Your reactions are exactly what I was expecting and more!! 😂 Let me just first start off by saying I thought this was gonna be a basketball video lol. thanks for making these videos for us. There’s a lot of times where I wish I could experience listening to a BTS song for the first time again and your guys reaction and wholesomeness to every song is the closest I’ll get to that! “probably never listen to something like this again” LOL I can’t wait for the day you listen to daechwita!! It’s another oriental trap song from Suga’s mixtape. This is my official day 1 of requesting a reaction to this song. All the members actually perform it together at their 2021 muster and I would definitely recommend you watch it after your initial reaction. Also your reactions to the cyphers and tear are gonna be a riot. 😂 Cannot wait for those either. To end my long comment, of course we’d love to see more of your reactions/song explanations/etc you don’t even have to ask!

Sunny

Also V is such a big fanboy of the rap line! If you want some genuine wholesomeness and fun you guys should watch the bangtan bomb where “V’s dreams come true” and he gets to rap. I would recommend this after you react to the cyphers though since he raps cypher 3 I think.

Catia🇵🇹⁷

Thank you so much for this guys. I count the hours for your next reaction. Oh boys you just got in....there is sooooo much moore to amaze you in bts😉 i think you are ready for rise of bangtan chaper 4 . That series is a master piece in bts bible.Borahae💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Sofie K.

The rap line is just superior😍 Can’t wait to watch your reaction - both on YouTube and here. I won’t have time until tomorrow, but I know it’ll be good

MelBe

All of them are amazing multi talented 😎

Abbie

I just love how much your mind is blown at this stage and you haven’t even scratched the surface yet. You think Ddaeng is amazing you ain’t seen nothing yet! I can’t wait to see and hear your thoughts on outro tear, ugh and the cyphers. Cypher Pt 4 is my favourite just saying.. prepare yourselves because you are in for one heck of a journey. Can’t wait!! Borahae 💜💜💜

Olga Gomez

Dios, porque no hay subtítulos como en el vídeo de Youtube? Vine adrede para ver éste video y no lo puedo entender, pondréis los subtítulos más adelante? Que gran disgusto.. 😭

Ann W.

Hello Jared and Jordan, DDAENG is, if not one of the best, rap song that BTS is delivering gratitude to us ARMY for being their support since the very beginning. Now DDAENG is also for their haters - BTS telling their haters "look at you now and look at us NOW" and also letting theirs haters know that this is not the life they envisioned themselves to be in and BTS is now universally accalimed superstar has their own BU. Compounded in DDAENG is how BTS rosed up and their journey all through out being BTS.

SilvrArmy

Love watching your faces during these reactions! The rap line will never disappoint. Yes - Cyphers, Outro Tear and Ugh are probably the trifecta but all their songs are simply amazing. The list running through my head is just endless! Please please please plan on a full Cypher week.💜💜💜

Olga Gomez

Mis disculpas, con la pantalla completa se podía poner la traducción, lo he visto sin problema, que susto, jejeje..

imtachki

V destrooooooys this !! something really fun to check out is BTS's circle cypher, it's completely unserious and silly but the vocal line join the rappers for a 'cypher' where they all freestyle over a beat, nothing mind blowing but does really show V and Jungkook's potential to properly rap.

HaeRang

Check out the lyrics of "doolset" too DKDK's interpretation focuses on the meaning of DDAENG Suga's great satire! RM's stuttering rap!

fox

I am so late to this, but it's the first thing im doing this morning :) besides making coffee lol let's goooo 🔥🔥 Jin is the best rapper in the industry I don't know what y'all are saying ~~ 😋 In all seriousness you'll see vocal line rapping a few more times but it is a rare gem that we treasure 💜

Amani ○°●•7

Proud Suga & Hobie while ad libing for V. He did Sugas lines such justice... 🟪🟣🌌🖤. The fun and energy is incredible. 💫💫💫💫💫 MORE

Yes, yes and yes!! What they said! 💜💜🔥🔥🔥

Kiki

These two videos of DDAENG might be my fav reaction of you until this day. I couldn‘t stop grinning, laughing, vibing with you! Thank you for reacting to this masterpiece. It brings me back to my first time with Ddaeng and I can‘t wait for so many first times ahead of you. Buckle up for an emotional 🎢 After the Rap Journey with the Cyphers, Outro: Tear, Daechwita etc. there will be the Dope, Fire and Mic Drop Dance Power Song Journey🔥 YOU ARE NOT READYYYYY See you on the other side 💜

Juliana Krampf

I'm so glad you guys finally reacted to DDAENG! It never hurts to check out "doolset" because there's a lot to uncover in this song so I would love to see you guys dig deeper into the lyrics. I also think you guys would love the Bangtan Bomb of the rapline preparing DDAENG! You see them in the studio and you see them rehearse it too. Here's the link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEiT2mO97fA

Sunny

They all did so good during this performance 💜 Tae is raplines biggest fan, you should look into it more for fun lol He loves the rap line songs so much 😄

Kath Choo⁷

Jimin's birthday is real soon. I know there's plenty of suggestions for his solo Lie (2016) Serendipity (2017), and Filter (2018). Could we do a poll on Patreon for Jimin's birthday reaction video please?

Irina BM

I'm glad you guys are starting to see this side of BTS, y'all aren't ready. Once you guys are done with all the cyphers, please react to the 2017 Cypher medley live performance. Don't look at the version on Youtube since it's blocked it's mixed with fancams, I suggest you to PLEASE watch the one on dailymotion and turn the volume up : https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7ulo8l The cyphers are iconic and this live performance will mind blow you. Thank you 💜

Alva S

I'm SO glad y'all watch DDAENG!! V and JK stole the show for me too for sure :D I also really appreciate y'all watching- well experiencing BTS- in mostly chronological order cuz its like.... (just my opinion) other reactors I've seen jump right into the most popular tracks-which is totally ok..(I enjoy those too) but this way.. y'all get to see BTS as they were and understand how much they have grown to become what they are today... so when I see your videos it makes me personally fell like.. y'all were there along side me (lol if that makes sence).. its just such a good time watching y'alls reactions💜ThankYou for sharing your journey!! Oh and when y'all get to The Most Beautiful Moment In Life Pt2 - SilverSpoon (Baepsae) definitely consider checking out the explanation video by DKDKTV too! It is SO relatable! have an awesome day!💜

Eli Min

Btw BAEPSAE + explanation by DKDKTV would be mind blowing, too!!!

Tuppe

Love this ! I was devastated when Ddaeng wasn't on their Proof Anthology.

Casper Mewsic

When you guys do (ugh) I recommend doing the live prefomace and DKDKTV's explanation

clau

if you maybe want to check out this other performance ddaeng by vocal line, even if you do it on your own time, i'll leave a link. i personally prefer it to the one from the 5th muster, even if the sound is a bit worse, because the camera focuses better on who's rapping and you get a better feel of how vocal line performs

PamTan

There are videos with better audio for the live performances you watched, Ddaeng by the rap line https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h29nnuObx2Y Ddaeng by the vocal line https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQRrc3PEITc There's also a BangTan Bomb of the rap line mixing the track and practicing for the performance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEiT2mO97fA Please please can you check the Armypedia live performance, they performed 3 songs, No more dream (Live band version), Just one day and Like!! You gonna love all three performances as is proper live. https://youtu.be/BFqF-3qTzRg

Suzy4th

Jin does an impeccable rap to a whole song in Korean but it’s not a BTS song. He does it on karaoke on 1, maybe 2 Run BTS episodes.

Suzy4th

DKDKTV- Danny & David Kim are not brothers. It is a very common Korean surname. 21.5% of the population has it. You may have noticed 3 of the 7 BTS members have the family name Kim. The “Kim line”- Kim Soekjin, (Jin), Kim Namjoon (RM), Kim Taehyung (V).

you've witnessed jk and tae rappers... but you haven't seen jimin aka tony montana featured. and jin. jin is more of a freestyle rapper though! hahahaha gosh i'm sorry i'm choking on my own laughter! on a serious note, jin is my rockstar balladeer so i'm patiently waiting for you to touch a little on him. ;) man's voice got so much heart. but don't they all so i'm enjoying every content you drop, whether it's the entire 7, solos, sub-units (when not all 7 are in the song but it's part of the bts albums), and collabs (with other artists independently). thank you so much for making such pleasant bts reactions. 💜

hey there!! new patron here i was wondering if you could react to my absolute favorite bts song “pied piper“. the song is absolutely AMAZING and its even hard to find any words that can describe that song. everything about the song is just perfect and the lyrics is something you will rarely see in another song from another artist. in pied piper, they basically talk about how armys should not be so attached to bts and how we should also focus on ourselves and school/work. id really love a reaction to the song! here are some links: pied piper color coded lyrics: https://youtu.be/mz8cX-Ai0lE pied piper live performance + eng sub: https://youtu.be/jBELVvg51Og pied piper explained: https://youtu.be/A0cKyA5U4jY

When I first listened to DDAENG I was obsessed with it and I would say still am! Me and my sisters would jam to it in the car every time. Still definitely one of my favorites even though I have listened to every possible song by them and they all had that blow my mind effect lol It was sad that I couldn't find it on Spotify because it's where I created my playlists. I was able to find an episode of it if you guys want to add it on your Spotify playlist. https://open.spotify.com/episode/6HRO9wiYQKxwSvCkW4G4w7?si=_Rcd0scKQjKJWgiW73JqmA

Oh yes there is so much to come. BTS music is so versatile so you can find so many different style when you continue on. On every era they have very different style. There are so many good b-side songs waiting for you guys like UGH, Outro Tear and Tomorrow. Borahae. 💜

On the youtube video, when RM came in on the lyric video, Jordans reaction was the best. seeing that was like one of those "yea, now you know what we were talking about" thoughts that popped up. just love it.

lou marquez

omg also you should react to tony montana, the cyphers, ugh! and daechwita! hahaha lots of amazing songs

YOU FINALLY GOT TO DDAENG!!! This was everything I expected, Ddaeng really is THAT SONG. I have lots of random things to say so bear with me LOL - In case you haven't seen it yet, vocal line performed it twice! Here's the performance for the other Muster day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQRrc3PEITc -BTS PROM PARTY: UNIT STAGE BEHIND (rap line rehearsing for the first ddaeng performance you saw): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEiT2mO97fA&t=240s - Rapper Taehyung: is universally known that Tae's the rap line #1 enthusiast and that they need to release a cypher pt5 featuring him. Here's a video of Tae rehearsing cypher pt3 and having the best time of his life: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQ0XGbHjKRE - Rapper Jin: BTS' best rapper no contest, you'll see why but there's this one particular song he raps on one run bts episode and after that it's HIS go-to rap song. Or if you don't want to wait to get to that ep just search Rapper Jin and prepare to be amazed. - If you wish to see the roles reversed (rappers singing and some more of the vocal line rapping) you should watch the video below (think of it as a funny karaoke booth, trust me you'll laugh!) This video was part of the 2020 Festa celebration and there's also a behind the scenes if you wish to search it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBVQ1s_REzI&t=1133s -I've seen people telling you this already too, but you should watch the OT7 Chicken Noodle Soup performance. Rapper Jin, that's all I have to say. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHUsPiXfcfM -I know this is the millionth comment about Outro Tear but I KNOW YOU 2 WILL LOVE IT!! Here are 2 Outro Tear performances I really love: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDuaJGYe8EQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuutCTsm53s -I know you will but watch the UGH! performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4Xm7SIqEQ4 -Also, as I told you, Taehyung's the biggest rap line enthusiast and you can see him cheering for his brothers while the practiced they performance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5A-BjF13gfI - They also perform UGH! very briefly (and very low key) during the BTS ROOM LIVE (which you should watch once you're a bit more familiar with their repertoire. During 10 minutes they sing snippets of a song from each (or most) of their albums. The video was a gift for army during the 2021 Festa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRhjdYsNwAk -LASTLY I know you're taking your time with each member, but when you dive into Agust D and get to listen to Daechwita make sure to watch these videos: MV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qGjAWJ2zWWI Explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JayEtmyXVpo&t=32s MV Shoot sketch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWRJ8CUBsXI&t=188s Daechwita sword dance practice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NJsyBz8bGI Daechwita OT7 performance (Muster 2021) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-9dbQ2smjI

I'm sure someone else commented this but Taehyung (V) actually audition to be a rapper. If you want rapping V check out V's Cypher 3 from 2016 muster. And for more Jimin rapping watch Tony Montana AgustD feat. Jimin from 2017 muster. As for OT7 rapping, Daechwita from Muster Soowoozoo.

I'm so late, slowly catching up. This is a song that I love and UGH as well. I honestly can't wait until you guys react to "Tony Montana" Suga & Jimin (to really see Jimin rap). So many more amazing songs to come. Ahh when you guys make it to "Daechwita" Also just a note in this same concert the boys sing two of my fav songs "Pied Pipe" and "Dimples" yes def a thirst trap for sure but such a great live performance. Can't wait to see you guys reach to does as well.
