Today, we embark on an entirely new journey…BON VOYAGE!!

And ARMY, as you’ve been telling us for months…this is RIGHT UP OUR ALLEY. As college-trained sociologists, we have always been fascinated with how humans interact with the world, its many institutions, and people from other cultures. One of our all time favorite quotes comes from the one and only Mark Twain:

“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of (wo)men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.”

TRAVEL FEEDS OUR SPIRITS AND BRINGS US CLOSER TO TRULY RECOGNIZING OUR SHARED HUMANITY.

Seeing BTS travel to Bergen, Norway, was an absolute treat for us. We got to witness a few different things:

1. RM’s father-like instincts on full display (especially when Jimin forgot his carry-on suitcase on the bus!).

2. Each member utilizing their problem-solving skills and working together to ensure a safe arrival in Norway.

3. Jin’s cooking prowess.

4. And perhaps most enjoyable and heartwarming of all…the unconditional love that each member has for one another. NOTHING, and we mean NOTHING, gets in the way of their celebrating a member’s birthday.

ARMY, as always, we truly appreciate your love and support (WE’LL CONTINUE SAYING THIS UNTIL THE END OF TIME). Your subscription allows us to produce higher-quality reaction videos, and moves us closer to our goal of doing this full-time! Let us know if you have any questions, feedback, thoughts, etc. at any time! BORAHAE!! 💜💜

Haha! I love your reaction. And your identifying what tge members are to the group. I think I hear RM is Dad, Jim is Mom and Suga is Granpa 🤣 I think Suga is like the got It all together oldest sibling! Also I am From NY, I have traveled from NY to Cali, Hawaii and Canada. One day I would like to travel abroad ❤️ Interesting story is my brother had a nightmare about spiders in Hawaii and I woke up to him beating me up. I often tell this story when he thinks Im mean 🤣🤣

Cartoonosaurus

A bit late to the party because I discovered your reaction channel and patreon only 2 weeks ago (I LOVE it, by the way, your reactions are so genuine and priceless!!), but I'll still answer ;) I'm from France, and I've travelled to Norway (Bergen and some of the same places where the guys went to, but before I knew about them!), and I lived in Ireland for some time. No funny travel story to share, but the time I spent in Dublin was an awesome experience, and a great way to break all prejudice and pre-conceived ideas, as you said. In the flat I lived in, we were 4 flatmates, not only from 3 different countries, but from 3 different continents (2 Brazilian guys, 1 Korean guy, and little French me), so every conversation was sooo interesting and full of surprises! I'd love to visit Japan and Korea now, can't wait!!

Anna

Watched this Video a bit late because I'm a new patreon member and baby army. I'm from Germany and have traveled in Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, GB, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. I've also visited Russia, Morocco and lived in Jerusalem for a few months. I would like to travel more in the future but of right now I'm housebound because of my chronic illness so that's not possible.

amanda

omg i’m so excited for this!! 😭

Bwana

Thank you for this reaction. Funny thing is I'm thanking you before I watch it. I'm just always grateful on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays to be greeted with a Jared and Jordan reaction 🙌🏽💜.. Now I'm going to go watch🫶🏽

Yay

BON VOYAGE!!

Michelle

can't wait to get home and watch this 😍💜

Abbie

As someone who also hasn’t started Bon voyage yet I’m so so excited to watch this and I couldn’t think of better people to watch with. They have the most incredible bond. One of the many reasons why they are still going strong. They have a bond with each other that is unbreakable and will last forever. Just like they all have an unbreakable bond with Army. Together we are like one big family and nothing in the world will ever break or change that. It’s pure love that they show us which we reciprocate back and it’s something that cannot be fake. Can’t wait to see and hear your thoughts. So much love guys Borahae 💜💜

Beckyboo⁷

OMG! This is exciting 🙌🏾

Michelle

I haven't watched it yet either! Just some clips on tiktok lmao

Zoe Del Toro

AGH YAY I'm so happy y'all are starting this. Bon voyage is so chaotic yet relaxing at the same time if that makes sense? Watching them enjoy each others company outside of craziness of Run BTS. Like In the Soop is very relaxing and a comfort show. I feel like Bon Voyage is definitely in between. But the first season is definitely wild haha.

giulia

Yessssss, i'm so excited for this! Borahae 💜

Abbie

Same lol I’ve seen clips but not the full thing so I’m really excited

Abbie

Let’s goo 💜💜

Abbie

So true 💜

Irina BM

I'm so excited to see you guys start the BV series!! It's my favorite show from them, you'll get to see their chaotic, raw side, their funny and young side too, and their growth through the years! The first episode is hilarious, can't get them anywhere without losing something or someone lol. Thank you so much 💜💜💜

korgi

yaaaa i'm so excited y'all are finally watching bon voyage. it's so good and such a good way to feel more connected with the boys and getting to get to know their personalities more, they just goof around most of the time and have a good time. it's so funny and relaxing to watch. i know you guys will enjoy it and I will 100% enjoy rewatching it with you :)

Diety♡Ken

cant wait to watch this later😍💜

Kaz

I'm laughing every time you say to give RM to lead and hold on to important stuff. Oh he is NOTORIOUS for misplacing important stuff and forgetting certain things sometimes XDDD Hobi is the man to go to in these kind of settings

Keylee

You’re gonna see a different side of RM. Lol. This is before they got really famous internationally so they go pretty much unrecognized around the airport and stuff. You could Rock Paper Scissors react to their spotify songs. They’re not on any albums

Alishea

I'm so excited to watch Bon Voyage with you! To answer your question I'm from Canada but my background is Guyanese. I've been to Italy, France, NY and Hawaii. I really wish to travel to more countries especially the ones BTS has been to like Finland, Malta and New Zealand. For travel stories I have a lot, the Italy and France trip was a 2-week wine, olive oil and cheese tour so I mostly ate and drank a lot XD The people weren't so friendly to me in Rome (mostly because of my skin color) but that didn't stop me from enjoying myself. In Hawaii the people were VERY friendly and the food was delicious, it really felt like home to me and I could see myself living there. I can't wait for you to get into ep. 2 and finally see Taehyung reunite with the boys. Please watch the behind-the-scenes for each episode it's really fun! 💜

Kallie

You'll learn through bon voyage and in the soop that namjoon lets the others lead as they all have different roles. eg. jhope does the finance alot, suga and jin cooks and everyone else helps out when they need to. BTS will always be BTS no matter where they are. i cant wait for you to get to the later seasons. Rm likes to let them figure stuff out sometimes before he jumps in, and when they cant he gives them a working solution to their problems.

Aleetha

I just got covid and this has made my entire day!! Even though I’ve watched all seasons, I’m so excited to watch BV and every other content with you. Even though it’s a while away I’m excited to watch season 4 as they came to New Zealand (my country)!!

Lisa Carlsson

I cannot wait until the next one! I do have a better site for you to watch it on, I will link it below. it does not have ads that pops up in the middle of a video. the site has all seasons of Bon Voayage, in the soop, Run Bts and alot of full concerts. all with english subs, it's free. just thought that it might make things easier for you both for the future :3 thank you so much for this! Dramacool: https://www1.dramacool.cr/search?type=movies&keyword=bts

Lisa Carlsson

Just to add to your question :3 I live in Sweden, it is extremely cold in the winter, but a chaos of weather in the summer. think all four seasons in one day. I have traveled to Turkey with my mom for my 21st birthday, I really want to travel to other countries and see the world.

Glaseon_711

I feel so warm after this video... I always laugh with Bon Voyage! It's very funny and sincere. I'm from Ukraine🇺🇦. I has never been abroad, but traveled in my own country. True, it is huge and so far I have not studied it all. I don't know if my trips home can be called trips, but it's 7 hours on a fast train. If only I could share a photo! I would like to show you a solar, but frosty and snowy view from the window... Maybe I'll send you on Instagram) I would very much like to invite you on a tour of the capital of Ukraine after the end of the war... There are so many beautiful places that I want to show you)

A.N.D

i will say. it gets better.

Sabrina K

Even though RM is the leader, the other members especially Hobi, Suga, and Jin try to help him out as much as possible because they know it's too much for RM to handle everything. It would be very tiring and draining if RM had to be the leader for everything so it's nice to see each of them helping each other out and problem solving all together, why tasks are assigned. I have traveled to a few places- Afghanistan , UK, Turkey, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Canada, NY, LA, Florida, DC (I Live in VA-U.S)- I lovee going on vacation, seeing new cultures but man I hate the airport- biggest anxiety inducing environment for me as well. Being in the airplane is fine, it's just the process to getting in the plane LOL. Sister's bag has been lost before and it took a few weeks to get it back to her. Hope to travel more in the future, it's most fun with friends:) Also, I hope episodes of Bon Voyage are not too prolonged since its ongoing- we (especially I), can't wait for next episodes of it! lol

Sabrina K

Is the quality good though, I've seen alot where it is not the best and blurry

Amanda C. Fabeni

Yes! You are gonna a lot about their personalities and dynamics, BV (all seasons) is a great show, hope they will do a new season for us in the upcoming years 💜 And I totally agree with bringing only a carry on! On my first international trip they lost my luggage now I go wherever and no matter for how many days only with a carry on 😂

Lisa Carlsson

I think it depends on your internet connection, mine gets pretty good. They do have different servers that offers different quality^^

dyxqdthyfv

Please please react to dark and sold album it is sooooooo good

Salena G

With most celebrities you only get to see them scripted ie on stage, tv interviews ect. BTS gives ARMY so much unscripted content we get to know them on a more personal level. So when we say WE LOVE BTS we love Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Tae-Hyung and Jeon Jungkook the individuals not just their Personas 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 💜💜

FABBST-Dawn

In Norway, the farthest north I’ve been is The Lofoten Islands during summer months. Similar to @Lisa Carlson comments…more than 1 season could be experienced in a single day. Wool clothing didn’t keep me warm , mostly in evening and overnight, and sometimes only jeans and light tops were required. You will enjoy all seasons of the show. This season is a treat as they experienced many travel ‘firsts’.

TeeDub1013

I love that in those days they were able to just walk around so freely without being bombarded by people and cameras!

agbai hannah

i am from Nigeria, just recently moved to canada but before them, i have never moved from here or even entered a plane before, it was never racking but also exciting as i was moving from another continent to another, i almost missed my flight, i just made it narrowlly, nevertheless im here now. i love watching your journey, borahae

Jen

Yeah! I just had a realization there that Jared and Jordan is new to BTS. RM is a great leader but there are things you can’t trust him with as he might destroy them 😜✌️

Amelia K ⁷

First, the Coldplay song is called “Sparks” from their debut album way back in 2000. Gorgeous song (and album!). Second, I’m from and live in the US, but I’ve traveled to multiple countries in Europe. I studied abroad in London, so hopping on cheap flights at the weekend was easy peasy. Craziest travel story is definitely almost getting arrested by transit police in Poland because we couldn’t figure out how to purchase tickets, so we just hopped on a tram! Whoops! I can’t wait for you to see more of their various journeys. They’re so endearing. Thank you!

Beckyboo⁷

So glad you guys have started Bon Voyage it is my fave BTS content as the members are out of their comfort zone. They learn to be more independent while travelling and bond more as a team. I recommend these series to any new ARMY. I'm born and raised in England with Caribbean heritage. I am a travel agent so I have been lucky to visit several places. Many European cities/beach resorts as I'm near. But I have been to NYC, Boston, on a few cruises in the med and Caribbean. As you guessed I don't like cold places, I aim to get away from England-like weather 😅 No lost bags/passport so far (😖) I hope it stays that way.

Zoe Del Toro

Also In the Soop is where they paint!

Maya001

BON VOYAGE! I love this series as I relate to it a lot cuz of my love of travelling. -You will definitely see a different side to the members 😂 Let me tell u this isn’t the only episode they lose things. Don’t wanna spoil anything important but let’s just say that most of the members lose a thing or two before the end of their trip. (And were given the nickname Lost Boys haha) Rm is an amazing leader with a genius brain and great English, but when it comes to documents, money, equipment ..etc it’s best to leave it to the others especially Suga or J-hope. Also for food Jin and Suga (and jk) are the chefs. Our leader is unfortunately a disaster in the kitchen. they gave him the nickname god of destruction lol. You’ll see as time goes, but there is also a compilation called ‘Rm god of destruction’ if u wanna check it out. -Jin once said “looking at Namjoon I realize god is fair”. He means since Joon was blessed with amazing brain power, he is also equal amounts clumsy. He tends to break everything he touches( which is y he’s the only member to not have a license) They often talk about how they have to take care of him too. I do love that their bond goes both ways. That he can rely on them as much as they do on him. Other members also showcase their leadership skills in this series. Especially the older ones (remember Rm is fourth oldest member) - V is gonna join soon! He brings a carefree dynamic it’s so cute. Rewatching with y’all is so fun it been a while. About my travel experience, I’ve had trips with my family alot but the first time I’ve travelled alone was when I was 17. Travelling alone is super stressful and scary but is also super satisfying to me. Knowing I was independent enough to do things on my own was a confidence boost. I learned alot since then. (I’m 22) I have also lost some bags over the years and missed flights. (I always got my bags back in the end but sometimes broken). Travelling with friends/family is definitely an amazing experience.I live in Canada. I’ve been many places, but I have so many more to go and I can’t wait. I’ve been to all of North America, 3 countries in Africa, 4 in Asia, 3 in Europe, 1 in South America, and Australia. I really enjoy going down the black hole with y’all! See u on Saturday. You really made my day today as I was having a tough one :) thank you💜💜💜 Borahae~

leat

i am glad you liked it:) it can be hard to tell time in this show. i was confused at first too since they already ate and went home to cook again. but they didn´t film it all so a lot more time has passed in-between. but you get used to it. they practically eat the hole show through hehe. my advice is that you eat something before watching

Erin

Excited for this! I am in Texas (usa) but have traveled to every European country - I studies abroad in Austria for a semester and then years later moved to France where I lived for 8 years! I definitely have some travel stories but I don’t get very stressed out traveling so things happen, stay calm and look around to figure it out 🤷🏻‍♀️ Two of my favorite travel stories was 1) when I was visiting Tuscany in Italy with a friend, we rented a bike and rode it down a mountain to a winery and then almost missed out bus/plane back because we didn’t think of biking back up the mountain. And we had bottles of wine strapped onto our bicycle. 🍷and 2) when I convinced a friend to hop a fence with me and walk to the cliffs of Mohr in Ireland instead of taking the bus (=boring). We got chased by a bull in this random field and had to jump over a ravine to get away from it. We live to tell the tale but she reminds me about how I almost got us killed at least once a year. I love traveling!

Suvi

I’m from Finland and have traveled around most of Europe and to Argentina. Finland has four seasons so in winter it can be below -30’C degrees or even more in the north but in the summer up to +30’C degrees. Also because we’re so up north and close to Arctic Circle, the mid summer is very light and mid winter very dark. I love real winter with much snow so this is the place to be. South Finland has less snow and colder days (below -20’C). Basically Finland is a long country and the weather can be much different from Helsinki to north Lapland. BTS has visited Finland together at least twice (2016 and 2019).

Pacific Pacific

Bon Voyage is absolutely my favorite series. I love to travel alone (now with my son), I love road trips. I am originally from India and as a child moved a lot all over India because my father was in the military. As an adult, I have traveled alone to the US, Thailand, Japan, UK, France, Germany. Now I am settled in the US. I have lived in 3 continents so BTS travelling gives me a lot of joy. There are sooooooo many moments in the series that touch my heart. I love that you both love to travel too. Please share with us some of your memories too Jared, Jordan 💜💜💜

Pacific Pacific

Me too 🤭🤭 I can't wait to see their reaction to all the unexpected qualities/traits they discover of the members 😂😂😂

dulseokbangtan

Can i suggest that if the Run episodes are gonna have long breaks in between that we vote on your next watch instead of going in chronological order, with 155+ eps and more dropping it'll take years to catch up. So if we vote you watch that ep + any extra parts as some episodes carry over 2-3 different eps

Suvi

I want to visit New Zealand at some point. It’s so far away from Finland though. But I’m still hopefull. ☺️

Butterful

Ikr! It's so cool watching them being able to walk freely wherever they go... I remeber back in 2018 when Jimin tried to buy an Ipad at an apple store in chicago and people went nuts

Amani ○°●•7

Evening J&j 1. Bon Voyage is soooo satisfying and wholesome.. MY FAV - i love that you love 2. Jordan at the beginning of reacting... mimicking Jared. Most def the 8 minute younger bro. 😏 Im gonna call you V Jr. 😅😅 3. Id recommend twice a month‼ 4. A bit of personal I'm a granola bar of USA. Born in Northern Cali .. raised in the Ozarks .. university and career in Philadelphia.. .. I've traveled to London, Paris, Tokyo, thruout Spain, thruout Italy. I want to go to Thailand, South Korea and iceland I love culture I love food I love nature Traveling is bliss ✨ Thank you J&j 🌌🟣🟪🖤💫

Butterful

It does with the budget and stuff but honestly I love these old episodes so much

dyxqdthyfv

I think you need to react to rise of bangtan first before this You are gonna understand better

Maka Mars

I’m from NYC and I went to Hawaii for 7 days alone. I’m afraid of planes but I’m trying to build the courage to travel out of the states. BTS was actually the reason I decided to start traveling and my trip to Hawaii was inspired by their trip there! Anyway I truly enjoy your videos and get so excited when you drop!!!

Flashes_of_Cold

I'm from Belgium. I've been to a few other European countries, mostly the neighbouring ones like The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourgh. But I've also been to England and Croatia once. Most of those were for school. My greatest travel experience was two months in China though! I will never ever forget that. I don't really have any interesting travel stories. But when I was in China (that's 13 - 14 years ago now), it seemed as if a lot of people there were surprised to see Europeans like us. Random people on the streets asked if they could take a photograph with my younger brother. Maybe because he's blonde and has blue eyes, I don't know. I never knew the reason why they asked for only him. But honestly, I was glad they never asked me XD I had and still have social anxiety. I hope that one day I can go to South Korea and Japan. Those are the two countries I definitely would want to see in my life.

Suga(r)kookie

just prepare yourself for BTS losing stuff in season 1 Jimin: i almost lost my bag J-hope: i almost lost our cable car tickets RM: i almost lost my bag Taehyung: i almost lost my bag RM: i almost lost my ticket Suga: i almost lost my ipad Taehyung: i got lost.... RM: i lost my passport

Eli St John (Ellie) 🖤

YES to BEHIND CAM every after episode. They always go together and it’s usually super short. 💜💜💜

Ann Dominique

Yay! I love this series. It’s so heartwarming seeing them take care of each other esp the Hyung line (Jin, Suga, RM and Hobi) caring for the Maknaes (Jimin, V and JK). You will see a lot of those in Bon Voyage and In the Soop. RM does look well put-together but he does lose a lot of his stuff hahaha. I can’t wait to watch this series again with you. I’m from the Philippines and I’ve worked in Singapore for almost 10 years, but I’m back home now. I’ve traveled to most of Asia (my fave is Japan and Korea), Australia and US. At the risk of jinxing it, I’m one of the lucky ones so far who have not lost their luggage yet. I’m planning to go to the UK next month so hopefully my lucky streak continues. I think the best part of travel for me is the food. I love looking for the best places to eat everywhere I go as I’m not picky when it comes to trying different cuisines. Anyway, I’m always looking forward to watching your videos. Can’t wait for next episode when they finally reunite with Tae.

Pommosaurus

👋 I'm so glad you started Bon Voyage. It's such a heart warming series to learn more about each member and see how they navigate the world together. It's truly special because you'll get to see the immense amount of love they have for each other and how they each play a role in each other's and the whole group dynamic. To answer your questions: 1. I am living in Canada but originally from Vietnam. I've moved to Canada for 16 years now. 2. I've traveled to lots of countries, almost the entire continent of Europe. My favourite place has got to be Italy - the culture, history, the food, and people. Hard to beat. 3. I have lots of travel stories (never missing a bag or losing passport - knock on wood) but stressful stories regardless. In one of my trips to Europe, we were supposed to stay in Vienna for 2 nights. We booked a room in one of the places in the city center, to find out that the place didn't exist when we got there. We called and knocked on the door so many times and were told by locals that the business closed down years ago!! Frantic at the fact that we wouldn't have a place to sleep, we called so many places and searched for hotels to stay, but because of a summer festival going on, all places around there were fully booked. We had to cut the visit short, so we ended up booking a last minute train ticket to Bratislava from Vienna and stayed for couple of nights. Got to Bratislava around midnight and walked around to find the hotel and got lost so many times. By the time we got to the hotel, it was past 2am. Needless to say, it was the best sleep we had that night, and the detour was one of the most memorable.

Theresa Tucker

Love this series and the 'staycation' version In the Soop during the pandemic! To date my travels have stayed fairly close to home but hope to change that soon. I live in Washington state and have vacationed in Mexico and Canada. My favorite vacations have been several cruises to Alaska. I'm more into scenery and wildlife than I am sunbathing lol. I will say my most interesting travel experience was on a flight to Houston TX a few years back where I shared a row of three seats with a big burly US Marshall and the handcuffed prisoner he was transporting back! Looking forward to rewatching Bonvoyage with you both. 😊💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Skyblue00

Thanks for the reaction! This show really showcases their personalities, how they engage with one another, and how genuine they are with each other. I’m from Minnesota, US. I’ve visited different states across the US, and have been to Hawaii. I recently visited South Korea, which was my first international trip.

Jasperspixiedust

Oh heck when I got the notice that the guys had uploaded a new video, and packed up my desk and grabbed my bag and left work a few minutes early 🤣🤣. BV is my favorite of all their series. I love season 2 and 4 the best!! As for the Rock Paper Scissors react I think it should be something of Suga’s since you have already done RM and Hobi, just finish off the rap line before going to the vocal line.

Melanie Budge

I love your reactions so much! I'm excited to watch you get to know the guys better through Bon Voyage. They never disappoint! I live in Utah and have been very blessed with opportunities to travel. My first international trip was to Israel with a choir I was in to film a concert with the Jerusalem Symphony. I have also participated in two European choir tours that included singing for mass at St. Peter's Basilica and the Duomo in Milan. My next big trip is to South Korea next month. Can't wait!!

CJ

I'm from the Philippines. I've only gone to the US and in Qatar ( but only as connecting flight). When I went to Florida from New York, they lost my check-in bag. Good thing they found it but it took a few hours and I had to go back to the airport again to claim it. 😁

Dani Ellison

I live in Delaware. I have traveled many places alone while staying in hostels. Paris Venice, Rome, Naples, Florence London, Scotland, Vienna, Budapest, and Madrid. With another person Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Prague, Iceland, Germany and too many states to name. Of course my best experience in the states was all 4 Vegas BTS concerts then being on the field at the Seahawks game holding the flag for military appreciation game. As for Europe the coliseum blew my mind and yes I had to ask loudly Are You Not Entertained while getting looks from those who have no see Gladiator. I am military so have been a few other places like Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait. I am really enjoying watching your videos and can't wait for the next one.

Veronica M⁷

I loved watching this with you guys. Can't wait to watch the rest of the episodes. 😊💜💜

yoonie henson

It was fun to watch Bon Voyage with your guys! I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, living in the US. I’ve traveled to Japan, Hong kong and Macao. Can’t wait to go back to S. Korea again🙂

Kecia ⁷

I think Bon Voyage is my favorite show because I love to travel. i'm from the US and I have traveled to: Austria, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, England, India, Italy, Mexico, Panama, Poland, Scotland, South Africa, Swaziland, and Wales. I have a lot of crazy travel stories - like breaking my leg in Mexico, going on a blind date TO Poland, being charged by a lion in South Africa, being detained in Swaziland because a person I was with was rude to the border guards, almost causing a riot in India...that's why travel is so magical imho, I never would have had those experiences at home. I was looking forward to this video all day - it did not disappoint. Looking forward to episode 2!

Johana

1. Great reaction! I actually haven’t gotten to watch Bin Voyage, so I’ll wait and watch along with you guys :) 2. I live in the Chicago área but unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to travel much outside of the country except for Mexico. I really would love to travel, though so hopefully I can do that in the near future.

Didi

Working together and caring for each other seems to be in their DNA. Jin and Yoongi cook, hobi handles the money and cleans up with Joonie and Mimi after they eat, kookie loves doing the laundry and tae does the dishes. 💜 Besides the Philippines and the US, I haven’t been to many places, but I’m hoping to change that soon. In the meantime, it’s a good thing I live in NYC which allows me to meet people from all over the world and hear many different languages just by walking down the street. My second trip outside of the US will most likely be the UK to visit friends and family. Thank you for the reaction - sending love to you both. 💜

wjeong

Woohoo! So stoked about you guys starting Bon Voyage! It had been a while since I watched Season 1 so it was fun to watch it again with you guys! So excited for you guys to go thru all the seasons : )

lou marquez

wow I'm from Argentina, so cool you visited my country! it's not very common among Latin American destinations, most tourists go to Central America. Did you enjoy your stay?

Kaz

I like that idea too, some of the more iconic eps can give more insight to the members and their personalities. But idk how to tell them which eps to put on the voting polls in the first place 😅

Leena

Hi guys :) I hope you are well! I thought I should recommend a better website to watch Bon Voyage and other BTS shows too! I saw other people commenting as well but I checked, and the website I am linking seems to have the highest quality and I highly recommend it! https://deokdeokgoose.com/contentlist

Suvi

Thanks for your message Lou. Yes, it was a special trip to Ushuaia for a week. I’m a ski instructor and they organized this internation ski instructors congress there in 2015. It was a 14 hour flight from AMSTERDAM ☺️ to Buenos Aires, my longest so far. The mountain and seaside scenery in Ushuaia was unforgettable. I wish I had more time to explore.

So glad you are watching this to get to see BTS outside their comfort zone and relying on each other... I'm from Texas and my husband and I decided early in our marriage we'd rather have experiences than material things, so we've always saved our money for travel instead of bigger house or expensive cars.... We've gotten fined multiple times on European railways for not reserving seats properly; I've walked straight into a lightpost because I couldn't take my eyes off the Coliseum in Rome; I've stepped in dog poop on the sidewalks of Paris; my kids have fallen asleep on the floor of the Church of the Holy Sepulchur in Jerusalem after a dawn Mass over Jesus's tomb; I was bigger than the mini-cars in Germany because I was eight months pregnant on our trip; I got food poisoning on a hike to Macchu Picchu in Peru....so many other silly stories of travel mishaps but I wouldn't trade a minute of any of it!!!

I’m from Scotland and live in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and the only place I have been to as of right now is Spain - Tenerife and Ibiza but there is so many places I dream to travel to. I loved this so much, I love travelling so this is just so much fun. They really are just the most caring and kind hearted people and they haven’t changed one single bit which is one of the many reasons why they are so special. I really enjoyed this and cannot wait for more. We Fellow Army love you both 💜💜💜

Oh this was great guys. This is my first time watching "Bon Voyage." I'm excited to see the rest with you guys. Unfortunately, I haven't traveled much. I was born in NJ, left to PR for a year when I was like 7 and then we moved to Florida. Now I live in GA. Aside from that I haven't been anywhere else. It's been a good 20 years since I've been on a plane or a bus. Sad, I know. Maybe in the future I will have a chance to do so. Love you guys 💜💜

Juliana Krampf

Hi guys!! Another great reaction! I'm from U.S! I was born and still live New Jersey! I've been to Germany and Canada but I haven't out of the country much (I'm hoping to change that soon)! My crazy travel story is when I was in Germany my dad was driving and couldn't read the german signs and made a wrong turn. This lead to us almost driving off a cliff. My family always has something crazy happen when we travel together. Haha!!! Can't wait for the next video! Borahae!!!!

Mia Ferguson

Love your reactions you guys 💜💜👌as always… I’m from Indonesia 🇮🇩 and now living in New Jersey.. I thk I saw some comments from NJ as well 🤗🤗 I’ve traveled to few places, country wise.. I’ve been to Germany, Australia, Japan, Belgium, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, France (my fave is same as you! Amsterdam! What a great city!!!), Singapore hmm… I think that’s it unless I’m forgetting some countries. I’ve travelled to several cities in US as well. Where else have you travelled? Would love a travel blog from you 😆😆

I recently went to Hawaii during the summer to visit some family. i checked in my bag because I had to haul stuff from the mainland for family. My flight from SLC -> SEA was delayed because the rest rooms weren't working on the airplane. We literally sat on the airplane without AC or ventilation for 45 minutes. Right when the pilot announced that we would take off shortly, a guy near me got up to use the restroom. On his way out, he literally collapsed right next to me. (it was crazy, the pilot got on the intercom and was like IS THERE A DOCTOR ON BOARD) We were then delayed another 45 minutes waiting for the medical team to get there to escort him off the plane. My connecting flight to HI took off as my plane to SEA landed. I was so upset. If they would have just held the plane for 10 minutes we would have made it! I was comped for food and a hotel but it seriously sucked that I didn't have any of my stuff. I also lost a day of vacation time ;-; So from now on, I will only carry on my items! I'm not going to take that risk again.

just came back from my Finland business trip!! I went last March also, it was still snowing then!! I love it, beautiful country, the weather is perfect. :)

🙋🏻‍♀️Hi from Texas… i haven’t seen the Bon Voyages…see I’ve been Army since 2019 and still finding stuff about the guys it’s a never ending journey! I am excited about this..The In The Soop series is like this in the way that you learn more and more and feel even more connected to BTS in a different setting…..I have not traveled much I’ve spent most of my life being afraid of things…I married in 1990 …I have a severe fear of TWO things flying and bad weather and was forced to confront both on the honeymoon which was a prelude to the marriage not surviving…I now see🥹.Most people would jump at the chance to go to the Bahamas for their honeymoon but for me it was sheer fear…we were taking a cruise and had to catch a flight out of San Antonio after the wedding ,drove 4 hours to catch a 5 am flight to Florida where our cruise ship was ,barely made it to the ship….slept right thru the mandatory life saving drill that everyone MUST attend…and then on the flight home our plane had to fly extra high because we were above a Tornado…i made a deal with God that if he got me back on solid ground I would never leave it again….I’ve held my end of it pretty 😊

Hi, Guys. Old lady here. Watching "Bon Voyage" with you made me remember the only 2 times I ever traveled outside the U.S. The first was "EXPO '67" (think "World's Fair") in Montreal, Canada, in 1967, and a 1997 trip of a lifetime to Israel as part of an international Choral Festival. It was Christmastime,so to be in the Holy Land at that time of year was overwhelming. I never forgot sitting on the steps of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, among the ruins that still remain from centuries ago when the Romans sacked the city. The weight of history can leave a lasting impression, Glad you two have started watching "Bon Voyage". Each season gets better and better!

Jenna B.

so excited to re-watch Bon Voyage with you two!!! 💜💜💜

The only overseas travel opportunity I had was to Australia. It was soooo nice, I couldn't even describe how good the people were towards me. It sounds like you both had been to many beautiful places already! It must've been great being a sociologist. But it might not be a good fit for me, coz I fear a lot of things. I need someone with me to be able to do several new adventures as I'm not very good at it! 🤧 I am from the Philippines and I hope you can visit here some time in the future too - let me know when you do and I'll be really glad to say hi in person to my only FAVE brothers in this lifetime (Lol! 😅) even just for the quickest time!! We have here so many beautiful islands, you can even swim with a whale shark, or just surf - there are lots to do! We have a beautiful culture that we'll be able to share. You can take a peek at some of Nas Daily's vlogs - "It's more fun in the Philippines" to see some highlights 💜 And yes - Jin is a great cook!! You remember he said one of his dreams was to cook with his wife and share a meal with her after a long tiring work day. Him and Suga are the cooks in their group. But Jungkook learned a lot from Jin too as he always helps him in the kitchen. Lastly, I suggest you guys finish the regular episodes first then we can go to the behind the scenes after. I just thought it'll be more organized that way. Thank you again for this great vid!! Always, always and always love watching my fave idols with you - my fave brothers!!! See you in the next. Borahae 💜💜💜

Hi guys! Im from NYC. I am an avid traveler with my husband. We try to go to three countries every year. We've been to United Kingdom (wales and scotland), France (all over the country), Spain, Dominican Republic, Canada, South Korea and Philippines. Just neec to travel to less than 10 states to complete the US. We have Portugal and Morocco schedule for next year. We love traveling and educating ourselves with other cultures. Living in NYC I've always been around other cultures and i embrace that until today. Still waiting to travel to Japan and New Zealand hopefully I will be able to go there soon. Im so happy you guys have started Bon Voyage i gotta say Season 4 is my favorite but my all time Favorite is In the soop! I love watching them be themselves and love each other. It gives me hope in this world.

Hi from California. I was born in Cambodia and came to the USA when I was 6 years old. I went back to visit my homeland and Thailand when u was 28 to visit my relatives. It was the scariest thing I did but had the best time ever. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Braided Bread Loaf

Although I've been Army for about two years now, for some reason I've never gotten around to watching Bon Voyage before. I'm excited to watch them for the first time with you guys. I'd for sure love to see you react to the Behind Cam as well! Watching this first episode brought back many memories for me traveling abroad. I live in the northwest US and did one semester of studying in Austria. It was a very enriching experience and I remember even the mishaps fondly. I didn't lose my bag like Jimin did, but I did get separated from my group while exploring Salzburg for the first time. I ended up finding them after wandering around very lost and suffering a headache from heat and dehydration. It was very stressful at the time, but now it only makes me smile. I'd love to go back one day to revisit some of my favorite spots.

hi from southern louisiana!!! i’m from a pretty small town there and unfortunately bc of money restraints and covid i haven’t traveled much. i did get to go on a trip to nicaragua with a team to help with medical and building houses. so many stories from that but the worst was on the way back in to america, i left my passport on the plane. i didn’t realize until we got almost all the way through international check in. we had to run across the airport back to the plane to get it back before they left. we almost missed it. they had just shut the doors to move gates when we got there. i’ve never see my mamma run so fast in her life. anyways, so excited for this new series!! you’re really gonna get to know the boys from this. i forget everyday knowledge about bts isn’t common for baby army sometimes. like the fact that jin can cook. that’s why i love following along like this bc it takes me back to when i first discovered them 6 years ago. it was so exciting to experience for the 1st time. i’d give anything to do it all over again but since i can’t, this will be a close second.

Laurie Brennan⁷

Wow Agbai...that's a big and brave step. I am Canadian and hope your experience has been good here. Borahae

I squealed so much seeing that you posted your Bon Voyage reaction! In case you didn't know, you can avoid all the advertising popups by respectfully paying for the full Bon Voyage series for a total of $9 on Weverse. It should be totally worth it since they're for your paid Patreon members!

hi guys! I'm from Argentina! I've just been to neighbor countries, I want on a trip to Uruguay when I was little, and then to Brazil, which is the one I remember the most. Then I've been to a couple of beautiful places in my country like Bariloche, the Iguazu Falls and Cordoba. I've never been to other continent, but I'd love to! Actually I'm planning to go on an exchange English programe to Malta next year!! And then visiting some Italian cities I have one tragic story from when I went to Cordoba! I caught a virus another guest at the hotel had, because we both went to the pool that day, he "left" the virus in the water. I was so sick of my stomach! Also was feeling very dizzy because of height. It was so bad that my mom and I had to re-book tickets and return to our city a week before!! hahah we just wanted to get the hell out of there

meenoi

Yes finally my fav show of bts, bon voyage! I really love this show cause it shows the boys personalities more. You'll get to see their brotherhood relationship like how the hyungs (Jin, Suga, Hobi, RM) take care of their maknaes (Jimin, V, JK). Also, love to see them travel and explore places (feels like we're with them) As always thank you for your reactions Jared and Jordan. Borahae 💜💜

Fernanda

Ahhh bon voyage!! I love how wholesome all the episodes are they’re so reminiscent of my own family trips so seeing the boys go through similar things and how they have their brotherly bond is always so cool to see! I’m from California and I’ve travelled to Mexico City and Texas but that’s about it! Would love to travel more in the future!! Loved the video hope y’all have an amazing rest of your week :)

Raevan21

I currently live in California. I grew up in Kansas, and we rarely got to travel as a kid since we didn't have much money. I got to travel to Germany as a chaperone for a high school group the year after I graduated. I had issues with getting my passport, so I actually had to travel solo, first to Chicago to get the passport sorted, then to Germany to meet up with the group. I had such a great time, despite the fact that we were in the Alps, and I was a few weeks pregnant but did not know it yet, so I was sick most of the time, lol. Most of my trips after that were nearby where we live, except for work. I always get to go to conferences for work (they pay) so I have been able to visit many US cities. I sometimes go with my hubby or kid, but usually I go solo, and I explore! This year though, I traveled to France and Spain with my daughter, and then chaperoned my scout troop to NYC, where we ended up in a penthouse suite thanks to a broken AC! I am headed to New Orleans this year for a conference, and next year I am skipping the conference because I will be going to South Korea with a group of armies! I usually don't rent cars, and prefer to take public transportation when possible for both the cost and the experience of really seeing a place. I also always try to do some sort of haunted tour because you get some really fun history and those are usually smaller groups and not crowded like the tourist spots. I keep saying I want to retire to an RV but hubby does not have the travel bug as much as I do. Plus, I'd make him drive all the time, and then I would fall asleep. It's my M.O., lol

I am from Scranton PA USA. Married to a retired Army solider so we moved around a lot, North Carolina, Boston, Georgia, Tampa FL, South Carolina, Cleveland OH and Atlanta before I moved back home to Scranton a couple of years ago. I have been fortunate to travel pretty extensively. Been to England 6x, Paris, Nice and Canne France, Rome and Florence Italy, Spain x3, Mexico, the Bahamas, St. Martin, the Cayman Islands, Iceland and China. Most of my travel was pretty smooth except my 1st trip to Spain I was all alone as a foreign exchange student in Valencia and got lost so many times and got very ill while there which was nerve wracking as an 18 yr old alone in a foreign country. My trip to China though really changed me and my whole perspective on the world and really opened my eyes to how I viewed the world through an American lens. Upon return from that trip I really examined my thought process and had the realization that I held a lot of ignorant ideas and prejudice. When your only reference point is what is fed to you through the media it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that way. Since then, I made a purposeful effort to open myself up to new ideas and cultures and to put aside this ingrained belief that the American way is the only way of doing things. When you are open to new cultures you discover wonderful treasures from other parts of the world such as BTS. Little did I know that when I clicked on that 1st video that BTS would gift me with so many wonderful things such as self confidence, ambition, acceptance and make me a kinder gentler human being.

Man, when Jordan mentioned losing a passport experience I snickered because of what’s to come 😈😭 I’m from Texas! Born and raised here. I’ve been to Vermont, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mexico, Belize, and Chicago. A travel story… well recently I went to Chicago for Lollapalooza for J-hope’s stage as well as TXT’s. It was really beautiful and cool, but the traffic was a nightmare. I actually had a bit of a hard time at first due to a bit of a fall out with my friend. I was very torn from leaving early because of it. I ended up staying and had a great time in the end however. But yeah no traffic and walking was not my favorite lol. Super pretty and exciting though! And me and my friend are ok now 👍🏻 Thank you again for another amazing upload! Coming up is gonna be the actual activities and everything, seeing the members have fun is the best. And you always have to go in full because they eat A LOT. anyways, take care and thank you for more great content!

I live in California and I had just started traveling before the pandemic hit. I have gone to Hawaii, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and England. I am heading to Ireland with a pit stop in Amsterdam and maybe an Alaskan cruise next year. And I am hoping for a trip to S. Korea within the next 2 years as well. I haven't had any trouble traveling but I tend to travel with people who do it on the regular. And I do a lot of research. I don't fly well though. I always have to take a chill pill to get by though lol!

Silvia R

IMO contrary to what you believe RM is not the “Dad” of the group, he is Bangtang’s leader but in every days activities o situations outside the band it’s Jin and Yoongi who take that parental role (and sometimes Hobi too) like Yoongi says in an interview: Namjoon has a genius brain but he needs to be taken care of for the simplest things in life, so yeah, Joon leads the band in the world of music but his hyungs lead him and the others in the domestic side of life.

Hi Jared and Jordan, and everyone! I'm from sunny Singapore. One of the things that I love to do is to travel. I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to some places with my family. I've been to: 1. England (Liverpool, Manchester, London) 2. Switzerland (Zurich, Interlaken, Geneva) 3. Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Johor) 4. Indonesia (Jakarta, Bali, Bandung) 5. Netherlands (Amsterdam) 6. Belgium (Brussels) 7. France (Paris) 8. Australia (Sydney, Gold Coast, Perth) 9. Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) 10. Korea (Seoul) From these trips, I treasure my trip to Liverpool a lot as my father and I are huge LFC fans and it was dream for me to bring my father to visit Anfield Stadium. To me, Switzerland is one of the most beautiful I've been to. Amsterdam is a beautiful place to walk around and explore too. We got lost in Zurich cos we took the wrong train but we didn't care cos the surroundings were just breathtaking. Switzerland was the first place we've been where we got to experience snow for the first time. Truly remarkable! We almost got our bag stolen on a train platform in Paris. A guy pulled one of our bags away while we busy uploading the rest into the train but we managed to notice in time and grabbed it back! Indonesia, Japan and Korea (Seoul) are just rich in culture and the range of food there is superb! BTS was the reason why I wanted to go to Seoul so much and I wasn't disappointed. I call Seoul a place where "culture meets modernity". So glad that travel restrictions are relaxed now and we get to travel again. Will be going to Seoul again this year and will take a short trip to Busan, the birthplace of JK and Jimin. :) Have you guys been to Singapore?

Silvia R

Also to answer your question I am from Mexico and I’ve traveled to a lot of beautiful places within my country and also I’ve been to London 2 times, Brussels, Florence, Rome and Amsterdam and a few cities within the US like LA, Las Vegas and Phoenix. Hopefully South Korea will be added to the list soon.

Angela

try watching here at qdeoks' link, she has most if not all the BTS contents. I binge watch all contents here when I started 2017, deokdeokgoose.com (this is her twt btw, https://twitter.com/rubberdeokies)

Hi Karla! Yes it’s still real winter in March. I’ve been skiing in May still in the Lapland. Hopefully more and more visitors come to Finland.

Just wait until RM Lost his passport cuz of that he has to left early it was so sad by the way only Jin and Suga can cook can't wait to see more

Hi Jared & Jordan, I am from Singapore and absolutely love to travel! I have travelled to many countries and cities (and some I have travelled there multiple times). Most of the time I have travelled with my friends and a few with my family. I have been to the following places: - 5x South Korea (Seoul, Busan and some other outskirts of the city) **My favourite country to go to as I love the culture and the food. And bonus is that I can read and speak a little Korean** - Hong Kong (Lost count) - Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya) : (Lost count) - 2x Indonesia (Bali) - Vietnam (Hanoi) - Australia (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney) - Malaysia (Johor, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, Langkawi) - United States (Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, Houston, Dallas) - Japan (Tokyo) - China (Shenzhen and I used to work in Shandong,Laiwu for 1 year in 2010] I have many interesting stories on some of my trips. The first one which I thoroughly enjoyed was being in 4 countries but 7 different cities in 5 days. I was in South Korea in 2013 with 2 other friends back then for 2 weeks. On the 2nd week, I had to be in Thailand (Pattaya) right after my trip to Korea. During that week, on Monday I was in Busan, Tuesday I was in Gyeongju, Wednesday I was in Seoul, Thursday morning I left Seoul to fly back to Singapore but I had to layover in HongKong for about 8 hours. So when I arrived in HongKong, I went out to the city to meet a friend of mine for lunch. Then I left HongKong that same night and arrived in Singapore on Friday morning but I did not go home. My mom had to come to the airport to exchange my Korea luggage to pass me my Thailand (Pattaya) luggage. Right after, I had to wait for my next flight out to Thailand (Bangkok) the same morning. And when I arrived in Bangkok, I had to take a 2-hours car ride to Pattaya. I actually arrived in Pattaya on Friday evening. :D Another one of the memorable trips was to New York back in 2016 when my girl-friend and I were caught in a snow storm. We were supposed to take a domestic flight back to Houston, to catch our flight back to Singapore. Due to the snow storm, all the airports in New York were closed. Hence, we were stuck in New York for 2 more nights and had to make a last minute booking with the AIRBNB that we stayed in. We also had to make phone calls to Singapore to check on our insurance, at the same time, we had to book a new flight to fly back to Singapore from New York directly. But it was a blessing in disguise for my friend, as it was her first time to see snow fall. Another memorable trip I had was in Langkawi with 2 other friends of mine, 3 of us girls. We had our rental car break down and had to change our rental cars twice. The first night, the hotel that we booked did not receive our booking. In the middle of the night at the last minute, the car rental guy helped us by driving us to a random house that was almost 1 and a half hours away from the main city area - but we woke up in the morning to a house with a beautiful farm view and mountains around us. I am currently planning my next trips for next year. Planning South Korea again and will most likely include Jeju Island this time. And am looking forward to explore Europe (London, Switzerland) and as well as New Zealand. These are my upcoming places I am looking forward to go soon in the next 1-2 years. Have you guys been to Singapore? If you haven't and would like to make a trip down our sunny island, please don't hesitate to look for me and I will tour you guys around. :) -Joanne

I am from South Africa. I have lived in the States , Virginia, for a year visiting 9 different states. UAE, Abu Dhabi for 4 years and currently in Vietnam. I have traveled to Swaziland, Lesotho, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Greece, Germany (And made a turn in Switzerland by accident), Austria, Czech Republic, England, Scotland, Oman and most recently Turkey and Singapore. My bucket list is to see 50 countries before I am 50. One of the things that I truly value about traveling is that it expanded my own thinking, breaking down a wall placed around me, by cultural norms. I have so many things to learn still, and I am so excited. It is not always easy, but it is worth it. But I have to say, that my heart is rooted at home, even if the spirit is a wanderer :-)

Hi! My daughter and I live in Yucatan Mexico, and just now we are having the trip of our lives in Corea for all October. 💜🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽💜✈️🧳🏨

Bon Voyage, the birth of "important business", "do you know BTS?" and "Pornesian Parapio" My favorite is when they go to Malta. Although RM is the leader, he is the LAST person to be in charge of the money because....you'll see why 🤣🤣 Jin and Suga are the ones who cook the most. Never is the equivalent to Google. And I believe that's all I have for right now until I remember something then I'll just edit this comment 🤣🤣💜💜

Jaeyi

My favourite series is In the Soop! And my favourite Bon Voyage season is the one in New zealand! Haha but its pretty crazy, cause I'm a 2015 ARMY and I actually witnessed the first season coming out, and I still remember waiting for the episodes weekly. They've come so far

Mamo_b_6

Hi Jared and Jordan💜 I really like your reaction videos and look forward to every time you share new videos 🥰 I live in the south of Norway and I'm 55 years old. Been BTSARMY since 2017. Love each and every one of the boys💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

And

Thank you for another video! 💜 I'm from Finland and I don't travel that often so I ddon't have any special travel stories haha, but I have traveled to: Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Turkey, Bulgaria and Czech Republic. + (about the behind the scenes of each episode) I definitely recommend checking those out, they are pretty short (about 10-15 minutes in length) so maybe watching those after watching the main episode would be a good idea!

Rachel Mint ⁷

Loved this! The song they listened to at the hostel was Whatever by Oasis, one of my all time favourite songs! I was so surprised when they played it

I’m in S. Cali. I love traveling. I’ve been to a couple states in the US (New York, Florida, Arizona, Utah, Hawaii (Big Isl, Kauai & Oahu) Las Vegas, New Mexico, Colorado). Internationally I’ve been to France (Paris, Versailles), Italy (Rome & Naples), UK (London), Philippines (Manila), Indonesia (Bali), Thailand, (Phuket, Phi Phi, Bangkok), Japan (Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto), Jamaica (Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios), Iceland (Reykjavik), Virgin Islands (St Thomas, Tortola). Currently planning a S. Korea trip for 2023.

Hey guys, loved the video. Here are some suggestions for your rock paper scissor game, some b-sides, fan gifts and mixtape tracks that are really worth checking out. Strange- Agust D ft. RM (from sugas latest mixtape) Daechwita- Agust D (please check out the mv and explained version) Tomorrow-BTS We On-BTS / hip hop phile- BTS( probably more your type of music) Coffee-BTS Still with you- jungkook Uhgood- RM Louder than bombs-BTS (one of ARMYs favorites) Paradise- BTS (also one of ARMYs favorites ) Your eyes tell- BTS (an OST for a Japanese movie, I suggest the live performance since it’s vocal heavy) There are a lot of other songs as well but I didn’t want to spoil or take too much away from your chronological order regarding your BTS journey :)💜 have fun!!

Christina

When they ask if Jimin is a spy for leaving his bug on the bus, it's because when they play games like in Run BTS sometimes the producers will give someone the role of 'spy' which means they have another secret motive, usually to do something to take away other members points in the game :D

Eli St John (Ellie) 🖤

LOL ! Right. I was like “NO, YOU DON’T GIVE RM STUFF!!!” 😭😭🙏🏼🤣 But, I don’t agree with trusting stuff to Hobi instead… lol I’ll just throw some keywords like cable car tickets, shopping bags and some keys. 😂

Kiki

Good choices! I‘m gonna add Sea to the list 💜

Hi Jared and Jordan ! Nice to see you begin the "bon Voyage" journey, it is a fun one for sure !! You'll discover so much about the boys , their closeness, personalities and their weaknesses. To answer your question about travels, I'm living in France, and because I'm living in the South West of it, I am close to Spain (just 1h30 drive away from me) so travelling to Spain is more of a day trip rather than a real travel, I won't count it. I've been to England, Switzerland, Belgium...all of these being close by. But the most memorable time was when a friend of mine (part of the same fanbase, before knowing BTS) invited me to the US fo 4 days in 2018!!! My first long flight and first time there ! She lives in PA and I landed at JFK Airport, i was so excited that i couldn't stop smiling all the way from France to New-York. I even made the cops at the airport smile when they asked me why I was visiting the US, great memories ! 4 days of discoveries and society study, because I am very curious of the differences between countries and societies. And I have no special event to tell except for the very good time there. Still glad though I'm speaking English fluently enough not to get worried if I had gotten lost. Thank you so much for your reactions, I genuinely enjoy them ! Much love from France <3

Hi Guys, I am from Singapore. Its very common for people living in Singapore to go for a weekend getaway to nearby countries, like Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. I have been to Hongkong and Brunei and am currently planning a trip to Japan in 2023. I love that living in Singapore, i can just board a ferry to nearby islands in Malaysia or Indonesia and just have a nice & relaxing beach getaway. That is the one thing that i missed, when borders closed during the pandemic.

Kiki

Season 1 is definitely the most chaotic season. Just wait for it, the chaos won‘t stop. It‘s sometimes even stressful to watch 😅 To answer your questions! 1. I live in Germany. 2. I‘m 29 and I visited quite a lot of places: - In Europe you get to visit quite a lot of european countries cause it‘s very near: Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Tscheche Republic, Austria, Switzerland and many more - Overseas I visited a lot of the U.S.: Hawaii, East Coast (all the way from NY to Florida), West Coast (L.A., LV, San Francisco etc.), then Dubai and Abu Dhabi and New Zealand (North Island). 3. Travel Story: I never had flight anxiety until I traveled to New Zealand to visit my bf on his semester abroad. It was my first journey all by myself (Frankfurt —> Abu Dhabi (7h) —> Sydney (14h) —> Auckland (3h)) The way to Auckland was exhausting but fine. The journey back to Germany was awful. I had to wait 6hours at the airport in Sydney for my reconnecting flight to Abu Dhabi, then we had 14hours of unstopping turbulences. They were so bad that the flight attendants needed to put on their seatbelts for about 70% of the flight. So almost no food the whole time and very short time windows to go to the toilet. And let’s not even speak of sleep. After that the reconnecting flight to Frankfurt got cancelled because the airplane had technical problems. So I had to stay overnight at the airport alone (thankfully a couple kinda adopted me for the night😅). After that we finally got to the flight to Germany, but our airplane took passengers with them, who had an emergency landing in Abu Dhabi. So, many passengers were very scared and anxious. One of them was seated next to me. Again no sleep for 7 more hours because I needed to comfort the other passenger the whole time. Finally back home my luggage was lost, another 2 hours later I could finally go home WITHOUT my luggage. It was 11a.m. when I arrived at my apartment and it was 6a.m. in Auckland when I left 2 days earlier. I got zero sleep the whole trip. Not even in Sydney or in Abu Dhabi overnight cause my body was so stressed and tensed that I just wouldn‘t fall asleep. When I tell you, I slept until 8a.m. the next morning without even hearing my alarm or anything. My body just shut down for almost 24hours after. My luggage was brought 2 days after. Since then I’ve been struggling with flight anxiety. 2 weeks later I still went on a flight to Dubai and until now I try to travel a lot. I refuse to let that stop me from seeing the world. 💜🛫🌍

Hi guys, I'm from Brazil but I live in Ireland for the last 17 years. I am 51 years old and discovered BTS last year. And is my first time watching BTS Bon Voyage. I love your reactions, so that's why i decided to watch it for the first time with you, Jordan & Jared. I apologise for my english, and I am always excited about your reactions. Responding to your question about travelling, i just went to a few places in Brazil, Paris in France, and Ireland. To finish my comment i just want to say that, i am loving this journey discovering new things about BTS, especially with you guys.

Ella loves Seokjinnie

just wanted to say that the song they played before Coldplay's Trouble is Whatever by Oasis :)

Ella loves Seokjinnie

Also, as you go along you will realize that RM cannot be trusted with things he can lose :) You'll see that unfold more with the other seasons haha.

Hello there! I’m in California- San Francisco/ Bay Area. Had the pleasure of enjoying Iceland, Italy, France,Irelend, Scotland, England, China/HK, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Japan. Mexico, Dominican Republic and Honduras. I can’t wait to travel again and I will never get tired of watching BV. There’s always something new to discover and it gets better and better each season. So glad you’re bringing this into the mix sooner than later! 💜. Oh and I forgot to mention I had 3 incidents that were crazy 1) on a flight to London this guy next to me kept talking about his love for guns 😳. Tried my very best to sleep to avoid the convo 2) I took the train from Paris to London, had a great convo with this gentleman and before we got to London he asked me if I would go with him to an officer's ball that night. He was in the French military. hahaha- I respectfully declined- I thought- nice, but too sudden (and I don'travel with a ball gown with me 🤣) 3) on the last day in Venice, electricity went out and Venice was pitch dark. Took the vaporetto in darkness from the hotel go to the train station to go to Paris. Train was delayed because of the blackout and no one had info when the train was coming. When it did many hours later, it was a bit chaotic because anyone who missed their train got to the train we were in. It actually was one of the most stressful travels I've done.

I’m from McCreary Co, Kentucky (one of the poorest places in the states). Besides where I’ve traveled in the US in high school I traveled to several places in Mexico with a Girl Scout group made from girls all over the state. When we got back to the Covington Airport from Houston our whole group waited for over an hour for our luggage, it never came. When my dad checked with the airport we found out ALL our luggage went to Chicago instead of Covington. I went 5 days in a blizzard (thank goodness school was canceled) without jeans cause I took all those with me on my trip. When I got my luggage all my more fragile things were broke also. Other than that experience I had the time of my life. We even got to J walk in Mexico right to two police officers on the other side who told us we should try the tequila there (culture shocked us cause there’s only 2 adults in our group).

LMAOO moral of the story, don't trust anyone?? 😂

Hi, Jared and Jordan. I’m from the Philippines. If RM is the dad, suga is the mom! Notice how he is always the one handling the money? And dictating the budget, just like when they did the grocery. By the way, in Asia, I’ve been to Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. In the USA, I’ve been to Texas, Washington DC, Virginia, NYC, south and North Carolina, Georgia, alabama, New Jersey, buffalo, Chicago, Philadelphia, Nevada, LA, and San Francisco. In Europe, I’ve been to UK (London), Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. Thank you for your reaction to bon voyage! You’ll love the rest of the episodes! For sure!

For the rock paper scissors song recommendation, would you like to react to a list of comfort/meaningful songs with great lyricism? I feel like both of you have not touched that side of BTS yet, so it would be a great choice. Here are some treasurable b-sides that I would recommend: 1. Zero O Clock 2. Rain 3. Paradise 4. Moving On 5. Whalien 52 (Gotta search up the background story) 6. Strange (Agust D 2nd mixtape ‘D2’ , you can choose to react now or later when you react to his mixtape) 7. Reflection (RM solo song in album) 8. Tomorrow 9. So Far Away ft Jungkook & Jin (Agust D 1st mixtape, good to react to now) 10. Voice (RM 1st mixtape ‘Rap Monster’. Please, please react to this. Its an incredibly underrated song because its from his 1st mixtape, but it made me cry every time I listened to it) 11. Tonight (Jin’s gift to ARMYs, its a song about Jin being afraid of the idea of losing his pets. Incredibly sad) 12. HYYH The most beautiful moment in life lyrics (This is one of my all time favorites, its an intensely emotional intro to the album) Lastly, I would recommend the channel ‘DIAL 6137’ for lyric videos, her translations are very on point and her videos are aesthetically pleasing / easy to read

Hi Jared and Jordan! I’m from Jakarta, Indonesia and have lived here my whole life. Had traveled to some places in Indonesia (Road trip around Java Island, Bali, and some cities in Sumatra), Australia, China, Bangkok, frequently to Singapore and HK. One of my unforgettable travel stories is when my friend and I flew back home from Sydney, our plane had to do an emergency landing due to some mechanical problems, and in the end, the airlines gave us 1 night free hotel and dinner at Darwin. On the same trip, we almost missed our flight to Melbourne because the airlines canceled our flight without any notice and moved us to an earlier flight, but lucky us to arrive airport much earlier and we never ran that fast in our life. And oh, on that same trip too, I lost one of my luggage at the end of the journey. But thumbs up to the airlines, they found it in no time and delivered it to my home the next day.

Hi! I’m from Hampton, VA but I just moved to Maryland recently. I haven’t don’t much traveling but my mom and I took a trip to Texas a few years ago. We never lost our bags or anything but our connecting flight was in this tiny plane and we could feel every turn and drop the entire ride! It made my stomach feel queezy. I love your reactions!

Hi Jared and Jordan 🙋‍♀️ First of all I'm from Estonia 🇪🇪 country near Norway, Sweden and Finland ☺️ I have traveled to 19 countries- UK, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Malta, Cyprus, Albania, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, South Korea, Egypt. All my travels have been with no LOST baggage or a passport fortunately but I have a story of when I spent 38 hours awake so I could get back home to Estonia from Rome, Italy. I was stuck in the airport with my friends because we missed our flight due to an accident that happend on the freeway leading to the airport. I had to work the next day and we were kind of panicky because there were no available flights back home on the same day or the morning after. We spent awake the whole night looking for flights that could get us near our country and finally found one that flew to Turkey and had a connecting flight to Estonia but DUN DUN dun... I didn't have my passport with me, I didn't think I would need it so I left it at home because if you are a EU citizen you don't need a passport to travel in Europe, you only need your ID card. So to fly to Turkey and have a connecting flight from there I needed a passport which I didn't have 🥺 So in the morning I said good bye to my friends and wished them safe flight and started to search the web for available flight tickets again... I finally came across a flight to Germany and then connecting flight to Finland. So 35 hours and many nerve wrecking moments later I arrived by plane to Finland and from there took a 2,5h cruise boat ride to home. Lesson nr.1- NEVER ever go somewhere without your passport and lesson nr.2- Don't plan your return trip one day earlier before you have to go to work 😅 Sending love from this part of the world!!! 🙆🏼‍♀️💜💛

Hi Jared and Jordan! I am from Croatia, a small but beautiful european country. I have traveled all across Europe and have many beutiful memories and stories to share. It's not hard for us europeans to visit other european countries being that they are very close to one another (and for the countries that are in the EU, you dont even have to have a passport) But my most memorable and life changing trip was a few years ago when i visited China for two weeks with my friends. It was an eye opening experience and one i will never forget. The one thing among many that i took from that trip was this; I lived my whole life consuming western culture (movies, tv shows, music, food etc.) Not entirely my fault, being that i am from small town in Croatia where you don't have asian restaurants, music and tv stations don't broadcast movies and music from eastern countires and so on. Now my world is so much bigger because i took that trip. I learned how to cook beacause i love asian food so much so i am making it at home often, there are so many great movies and tv shows i would never watch before but now they are some of my favourite ones. And of course BTS 💜💜💜 I can't say this with a 100% certainty but i don't know if i would ever stumble upon them and would be willing to give them a first listen 3 years ago. It's because i left China more curious about the asian culture than ever before it opened my world to new experiences. BTS and ARMY are now a big part of my life and i will be forever grateful for that! Borahae 💜💜💜

Hope it helps, its all good quality as well. I know daily motion is a bit annoying sometimes.

Hey you two. I am from beautiful north of Germany, where we have beautiful landscapes, woods and the sea. I don't travel much via plane because I am scared to death to enter such a machine from hell. So my travels were around germany. I went ti denmark, poland, netherlands and I am sure I forgot something. But One Time I had to fly for my honeymoon to Italien 10 years ago.. I was so scared my husband had to calm me down. He had everything prepared music, books Snacks everything. And it worked somehow. But since then I prefer travelling by car or train. 😅 And one more Word.. you two are doing a great Job. I enjoy your reactions So much. Thanks for that! Borahae 💜

1. I'm Australian and have lived there my whole life but 3 months ago I moved to South Korea to live for a year (at least). Currently residing in Seoul but I am moving to Busan next week for a month.

2. I've been really lucky to travel to lots of places and experience many things. My first trip was to Japan when I was 15 as part of my school. When I graduated high school I did an epic 8 week long road trip around Australia which is still one of my favourite places on this Earth. In my uni years I went to Singapore and East Coast USA (Washington D.C and NYC) as a self planned trip. Then I volunteered in South Africa with cheetahs (amazing experience but I did break my coccyx) and then travelled to Botswana and Zambia. I also volunteered doing teaching and female empowerment in Nepal (only 2 weeks before the earthquake in 2015). I did a Christmas market tour of Europe so got to see France, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Czech Republic and Germany. I went back to Japan in 2019 for my first time seeing snow. And now here I am in South Korea. Travel is my favourite thing to do and to talk about and I would love to help people achieve their travel dreams in the future. I feel most alive and in aligned with my values when I am travelling.

3. I have so many travel stories. There's breaking my coccyx while cliff diving in a rural part of South Africa. The time I had a witch doctor come via motorbike to treat my chest infection in Nepal. I lost my passport when I was 15 in Hiroshima, Japan. I was nearly scammed from my money in Paris but I was quick thinking and stole most of it back. I swam on the edge of Victoria Falls in Zambia. I got to attend a random wedding in a Nepalese village. I've ridden an African elephant (I would not recommend this now but I wasn't as aware of animal rights back then and it was a memorable experience). I have watched so many beautiful sunsets and met incredible people. My list goes on and on and on. But thankfully I have not (yet) lost my luggage or missed a flight.

jaredandjordanBTS

Hahaha you all are hilarious. We will take note of this for future episodes. And actually… thinking about it now… we should’ve known by the way RM was walking so freely with no care in the world for whether or not his phone fell out of his back pocket 🤣🤣

jaredandjordanBTS

Oh wow thanks for this info! And that’s a great idea to do it for their Spotify songs!

Abbie

I’m sorry to hear that you got Covid :( I’ve had it twice, lucky me haha. I hope you haven’t got it too bad and that you get well soon 💜

jaredandjordanBTS

Thanks so much for sharing this with us Alishea! That is exciting that you have had the chance to travel quite a bit, but we are sorry to hear about your experience in Rome! Hi guys! I'm from the Philippines. I've travelled to a couple of countries, but my most unforgettable one has got to be when I travelled to Japan a couple of years ago. The reason why this trip was memorable for me was that I got lost. Coming to Japan, I knew that the English language wasn't widely spoken. The trip became a lot easier knowing that I had my godmother touring us around since she lived and spoke fluent Japanese. With this in mind, I made sure to keep close to her and my family. However, there was one part of the trip where we went to see Mt. Fuji, and we boarded this tour bus. Halfway through the trip, there was a stopover so the passengers could buy snacks and have a quick bathroom break. I needed to use the bathroom, so I left the bus without my family. When I came out, there were around 20-25 buses that looked exactly the same, which made it difficult for me to find the bus we were on, and I almost boarded the wrong bus. I had no internet, no money and no way of contacting anybody. I only had about 5 minutes before all the buses left, and if I didn't board by then, I would've been left behind. I quickly ran to the information counter, where I quickly figured out that nobody could understand me and both parties were trying their best to communicate. I spent about 10-15 minutes there, and I was worried that I had already been left behind. Thankfully, the tour guide came in and found me and told me that my godmother had told him that I hadn't boarded the bus yet and figured that I had gotten lost. It was a mix of anxiety, relief and pure joy when I confirmed that I was the one they were looking for -- getting lost in a country I was unfamiliar with, with no way of getting back to the hotel was scary for me. Although I'm not a stranger to travelling, what made it scary for me was that I had no money with me to help me get anywhere. I would've been at least confident enough to figure out my next move if I had some cash on me, because at least, I can get back to the city, and just wait until my family got back from the tour. It was nuts.

jaredandjordanBTS

Those are definitely considered trips. Can’t wait for our tour 💜🙏🏽

Yay! BV and In the soop are just such precious shows with even more precious moments and memories. Remember that this is in 2016 so although the boys were definitely starting to rise and you’ll even see them get recognized in this season they definitely were not the huge global sensation they are now.. you’ll see that superstar-ness more in seasons 3 and 4. These shows really give you an insight into the dynamics of the group, how they function and care for each other unconditionally (they truly are the definition of found family) and just the members on an individual level too. So you’ll learn why, no, you don’t want RM to be the one in charge of the money 🤣

Welcome to ARMY's therapy :) There truly is nothing more healing and soothing than BTS, especially when they are together; happy, healthy and laughing. Before I found BTS, I felt half alive. I had one foot in life and one foot in nothingness and I just didn't have the will to try anymore. All of a sudden, seriously I do mean it was out of the blue, I was watching Run BTS and Bon Voyage. I don't remember how I found out about it or how it happened, but it started the slow but steady healing of my very brittle soul. I believe that I saved myself but I was able to do it with the tools and love that BTS and ARMY provided for me. I live in Miami, FL and I'm originally from California. I spent 10 years in the military and was able to live and travel in/to some really amazing places. The most memorable is sailing on a 378-foot High Endurance Cutter through the Panama Canal and meeting the cast of Deadliest Catch at a bar in Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

Hey guys, I'm from Germany and I did some trips. The longest one was to Australia for nearly 4 weeks. It was a long travel (nearly 22 hours) till we landed finally in Cairns in the north of Australia next to the Great Barrier Reef. And then the best time of my life startet there. It was just amazing and I loved every second of it. The Landscapes are wonderful and we only met supernice people there. It was a great experience. Some years later I was in the US too for 3 weeks, some days in NY and then a roundtrip from LA to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and at the end San Francisco, from where we flew back home. This was an amazing trip too. I hope, I can do it again some day. I never experienced lost luggage or something similar :)

Kate

BV and ITS bring peace and comfort. Watching their bonds and the fun they have is so calming that there are people out their that care about each other like that. I live is US (Oregon) and around traveling I have traveled all over US for work prior to pandemic. People have told me I should write a book about all the things I have encountered along the way because my anecdotes on social media crack people up. When you fly over 100K miles a year you get a lot of funny stories. I have great tips to lessen chance of losing luggage in US as well and have never had a bag not returned eventually. I don’t travel internationally so can’t speak to that though. #1 make sure you don’t book connections less than an hour from touchdown to boarding in order to make sure luggage has time for any delay making trip to new flight. Changing airlines between connections adds to that problem. #2 always have your name and phone number inside your packed bag because if the tags get lost from the airline they will go through bag trying to find way to return to you. #3 If airline loses you luggage make sure you request compensation. Most airlines offer daily stipend because you have to end up replacing items. While traveling I also recommend when you go to new city/area always ask locals for the more unknown sights and places to eat. If I’m around awhile I start keeping track of restaurants that are always full of people that don’t look fancy. Some of the best food I’ve ever had are in buildings without curb appeal. If your food is good people don’t care about the building.

I live in California USA, I have traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Hawaii, Philippines, and Iceland. Plans for the future; China, Korea and Germany. This is my fifth time watching this Bon Voyage. I am enjoying watching it again with you guys. I haven't checked the other post but I recommend the behind the camera.

Hi guys, I'm from Germany and as I love travelling, I've already been to a lot of places like the US (San Francisco, L.A., Sacramento, Hollywood, Boston, Shalotte/North Carolina. St.Louis/Missouri), Canada (Ontario roundtrip by car), China (Beijing, Shanghai & Xi'An), Laos (Vientiane), Thailand, France (Paris, Montpellier, Strasbourg, Annecy,Troyes) Belgium (Brussel, Antwerpen), the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Italy (Rome), Spain (Mallorca, Barcelona), Sweden (Gothenborg, Jonkoping), Austria ( Vienna, Innsbruck, Salzburg), Turkey (Marmaris, Istanbul), Greece (Kos). I think that it's important that my son (10 years old) gets to see the world with all its different but not really different 😊 people, cultures and living conditions/environments so I'll always take him with me so he (hopefully) recognizes that we are all just human. Luckily he really enjoys our travels. And at my son's wish our next destination will be Iceland. My travel to Canada was so positive as I was treated like a local and not like a tourist as I was not asked where I was from (usually people always asked this question even in my home country as my parents fled to Germany 42 years ago). By the way, I love your reactions you nice keep going 😉💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

mettemirella

Sorry I'm here little late this time but here to give you some information. Like Suvi said earlier in Finland it depends on were about you live in the country and what is the season. Winter is always very cold and snowy almost everywhere in the country -20 to -30 degrees. In Helsinki you might not see that much snow. Summers on the other hand can be very warm and sunny. We have four season that are completely different from one another so it's not always cold😂 When I was younger I had the opportunity to see the world. I have visited many countries in Europe like Germany, Estonia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and I have visited twice in the USA in Florida and Hawaii. My aunt lives corrently in Switzerland and like I told you before I have lived 10 moths in the UK. So I have had lots of changes to see the world even though I'm young person and I would definately like to see more. This was fun to watch the first episode again with you. When you watch more you will see even more beautiful interactions with the members and see how many things they can almost lost during first season. Just wait and you will see more beautiful sceneries. 💜

Nathalie Nord

Hi there! Glad to see you've started your BV jorney! I'm living in the Netherlands and mostly travel within the region. So far I've been in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Malta, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Cyprus, Monaco, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, UAE. I've never had a missed luggage - once the crew took my hand luggage due to limted cabin space and returned with a cracked suitcase - but I got a compensation as soon as I returned back. I have some funny stories though. This year I travelled to Strausburg (a French city) by a train, and the trainline first goes to Grmany and then cross the border with France. It appreared there was a national strike in France, so the train stopped in the latest German city with the rest of the route cancelled. The good thing is in Europe the distance is usually no so long between cities, so upon Googing for alternative I found out that my hotel is just 3.5 km from the German station where the train stopped. And of course it was super easy just to walk there. There is the only case in my life when I crossed the border just walking and carrying my luggage :D

I'm soooo glad that you've started to watch Bon Voyage! This is definitely one of the pillars of BTS' contents....this is where ARMY falls in love with the boys even more because you'll get to see them in their natural selves, not as idols, not as celebrities, just as 7 boys going on a trip together. None of their interactions are scripted aside from the itineraries that the crew prepares for them. Of course, you'll see them play games but not like in RUN BTS. You'll see them get into unexpected and funny situations, oh and you'll eventually be introduced to one of the most iconic BTS line ever! (ehem Jhope). This 1st season is a bit more unorganized in a sense since this is not only BTS' first time but also for the Big Hit crew as well but it's very heart-warming and memorable specially at the end. As you go through all seasons, you'll notice the growth and difference between seasons. Just a note, always remember that they still have the film crew with them but the whole point of this is that they do everything by themselves, the crew is just there to film them. So even if they get lost, the crew is not supposed to help them or give them extra money. I really do believe that this is one technique by their company to keep them humble and grounded and to be closer to each other, rather than just have them go on a trip with all access to everything without them lifting a finger, it teaches them to remain humane and not let fame go into their heads. Big Hit really knows how to take care of them ♥♥♥

Rheyia Pomar

P.S. Please do react/watch the behind the scenes of each episode as well, there's a lot of iconic scenes there that you shouldn't miss :)

Rheyia Pomar

And for your question to ARMY (sorry if i'm commenting multiple times). I'm from Philippines but now i'm working here in the United Arab Emirates for 8 years and 6 months and i've travelled to Indonesia for vacation few years back, It is definitely a very rewarding experience to travel and immerse one's self into new culture and environment. I remember when I first came here (Dubai which is one of the emirates/city) I researched and found out that it's a Muslim country with a lot of restrictions and rules, so while I was out and about looking for a job, I was fully covered from head to toe under the scorching heat, then I saw people (mostly tourists) actually walking around in their bikinis and summer outfits. I was so confused, but then I learned later on that Dubai is actually the most open and liberated "emirates" in the UAE so the rules don't apply here. So yeah, as the saying goes....we learn from our experiences, and by now I'm so well adjusted already that I don't feel like i'm in a different country anymore,

Thank you so much for the kind words 🥺 if you have a chance definitely visit Hawaii, there's so much to do from hiking to scuba diving I just know it's perfect for both of you! Yes behind-the-scenes is the best our buys are too funny 😂💜

I‘m from Germany and I never left Europe. I travelled to London a few times, I also travelled to Poland (Baltic Sea), Slovakia (High Tatras), Czech Republic (Prague), Bulgaria (Black Sea), Austria (Vienna), Italy (South Tirol), Denmark (Fanô), Netherland (Groningen, many places at the North Sea). Travelling is fun on one side, but I can‘t do it alone. I need someone to take the lead, I have so many fears and insecurities and trouble speaking to strangers and it gets worse the older I get. At first it seems like a good idea and the more I think about it, the more problems pop up in my head. I really want to go to Australia, Japan and Thailand and I want to do a tour around Iceland to see the unique nature there. Maybe someday…

As soon as Jordan said he'd had a passport "situation," i started laughing and thing ... Ooooh just wait!!!! Lmao 🙏💪💜

Hi there! I’m from Colombia but live in NC. Traveled back to Colombia where much of my family lives. Otherwise have been to Hawaii and up and down east coast US. Love BV and the journey the guys go through from first episode to becoming travel experts lol I’ve had 1 scare in Colombia where I misplaced my ID at the airport, luckily found it but that was not fun 😅

DanielleM

Oh yay! I'm so excited for you guys to get to knew the BTS members better by watching their shows like Bon Voyage. You just get to see so much of who their are in BV, BTS In The Soop and Run BTS, no one could fake how genuine they are. Loved this reaction Jared and Jordan, thank you both!💜 Also, not sure if you'll see my comment, but if you'd like I could message you guys my username and password so you could watch this on my Weverse account. I own all the Bon Voyage seasons(It comes with the behind the scenes for each episode as well), both seasons of In The Soop, plus some concerts and Docu series/movies.

Ashleyder

If you don't want to deal with the Dailymotion advertisements (which are constant and can get really annoying), you can purchase the first season of Bon Voyage to watch on Weverse media. It is not listed by itself, but if you purchase the "BTS 3rd Anniversary Present", all the Bon Voyage season 1 episodes and behind the scenes clips are included. I'm pretty sure it's only $14.

MelBe

I've seen season 1 and 2 and looking forward to watch all other seasons with you for the first time together 😄 I´m from Germany and have traveled to the following Countries or Islands : Austria, Turkey, Tunesia, Lanzarote, Dominican Republic, Tenerife, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Mallorca. At the End our holidays in Turkey, the Transfer Bus forgot to pick us up. In order not to miss the plane, we quickly called a taxi that took us to the Airport. 😏 I have celebrated my 18. Birthday in the Dominican Republic ( in Germany you are officially considered an adult at the age of 18). It was an very important Day for me. In the evening, the Animation Team of the Hotel called me on stage and congratulated me. The waiters brought me cocktails for free 😍 This was so cool.

BTW, nobody wanted to room with RM because he snores *really* loudly, lol. Although apparently these days Jungkook is at least as bad if not more so.

I truly, truly love Bon Voyage, it feels like travelling with the boys, and as you can already tell from the first episode, they're just so normal. Just people like you and me. I seriously love seeing them just living their best life. The behing the scenes videos are also amazing, you'll get a bit more insight into what they're up to and it's really wholesome. To answer your questions: I live in Germany, currently in Wuppertal which is about an hour away from the city I grew up in. I've been living there for 9 years now and it's kind of more home than where I'm originally from, because a lot changed since I moved away. I don't get to travel much, but I think my favorite destination was Vienna in Austria. I was there with my music class in 2012 for 8 days and the city is absolutely beautiful. We went to a lot of music-related places (like the opera to watch two operas and a ballet) and museums, but we also had enough time to explore the city on our own. For a rock paper scissors video you could add collaborations, OSTs and soundcloud releases like Sexy Nukim or Bycicle (Joon), Rush Hour or chicken noodle soup (Hobi) or Suga's Interlude or Eight (Yoongi) as well as Songs like Yours or tonight (Jin), Christmas Tree or Sweet night (Tae), Promise or With You (Jimin) and Still with you or Stay Alive (JK). From BTS's discography some Bsides that I love that can be listened to out of order as well are Love Maze, Paradise, Anpanman, Best of Me, So What, Hip Hop Phile, Dis-ease or 134340

I love how you both have so much faith in RM 🤭 he easily loses things just as easily. I love bon voyage because you get to see how bts adapt to other places but I love in the SOOP because you get to see domestic bts. You learn how they coexist in a house together and the small things about them in their comfortable state. Both shows are such good views of their personalities and how they handle different situations. Yoongi and jhope are also very very responsible when they need to be. In season 2 jhope flexes his English skills and he takes initiative while traveling.

PamTan

If you do one per month you will never end lol I would recommend watch it at least twice a month for you not forget the previous episode, originally was aired once per week. The seasons gets better and better but my favourite is In The Soop that you should watch after BV4 (Bon Voyage 4)

PamTan

Yes please! I get so distracted by the ads lol

PamTan

Totally agree. The video quality is much better too

I was in the Netherlands at that time also taking the plane to Norway. To even think that there could have been a possibility for me to have seen them at the airport gives me goosebumps. However, I didn't know them at that time, so I would not remember if I ever saw them. WHAT IF I DID BUT I JUST DON'T REMEMBER!!!!! Ugh this gives me a headache lmao...

im a norwegian born in the u.s. and even though i haven’t visited my “homeland” yet, my grandma says it can get very cold but in summers is the perfect temperature for hiking and exploring which is what norway is perfect for. It is known for it’s incredible landscapes and natural landmarks. and it's folklore of course! i really hope i can soon but in the meantime it was so fun to watch bts enjoy it. i hope you guys are liking the series so far!

Karelle Leclerc

Hi everybody! 💜 I live near Montréal in Canada and i travelled three times before: twice in Spain with school and once in New York this summer with my friends. I don’t have any special stories to tell about my trips but it made me realize how big and beautiful this world is and it opened my eyes on so many things, i can’t wait to travel more in the future! By the way, i really love your videos guys thanks a lot! 💜

Precious

Hey! I’ve watched this whole series and it only gets better from here. Wait until you see V travel alone!!!! Hello, I am from New York City. I have traveled to China, Italy, and Four provinces in Canada. I have also traveled to fourth-seven U.S states. My biggest traveling tip is that I once thought that traveling abroad is special because you get to see some beautiful sights, which is true, but America also has many sites that are also breathtaking that I never knew existed. I would love to see the behind the scenes of this episode. It is a joy watching this series with you!

joaniewwh3502

both for bon voyage and run bts, the episodes get better. also yes, jin is a good cook. he even co-owns a japanese restaurant with his brother because of his love for food and cooking in general. bon voyage is a comfort pill for many armys. can't wait for the next episodes from you. 💜 just a lil trivia -- koreans are quite keen on face size. generally, the smaller your face, the prettier you are in their eyes. that's a beauty standard to them. so you'd often hear them mention "puffy face" and seemingly dislike it. personally, i love it -- i think it's adorable. lol initially, i was also wondering why they'd comment on their faces being puffy and i learned it's a thing in korea. ☺️ as for places i travelled to, i've been to japan, singapore, malaysia, vietnam, taiwan, china, indonesia, thailand, and US (california, new york). i've yet to set foot in europe. i was going to but covid happened... so i'm excited for europe and south korea (for bts). i live in the philippines btw. my fave would have to be going to LA though cos that's where i was able to watch a bts concert.💜💜💜

Loved this! For the rock, paper scissors thing you could try doing member's solo songs on soundcloud or OST's (original soundtracks). There's a few of them and they're all really good! You could also include some of their covers as well or collabs :) Here's a few suggestions. Solo songs: Namjoon: Bicycle Jin: Abyss Yoongi: 28 Hobi: Blue Side full version Jimin: Promise Tae: Winter Bear JK: Still With You (there's many more, I just included my favorite from each of them!) OST's Yours (Jirisan) - Jin It's definitely you (Hwarang) - Jin x Tae With You (Our Blues) - Jimin x Ha Sungwoon Sweet Night (Itaewon Class) - V Christmas Tree (Our Beloved Summer) - V Stay Alive (7 Fates Chakho prod. SUGA) - JK BTS World (it's a whole album, I highly recommend Heartbeat) Collabs & fts (I missed a few but there's already so many here lol - did not include My Universe since you already reacted to it): Mic Drop - ft Steve Aoki The Truth Untold - ft Steve Aoki Waste it on me - Steve Aoki ft bts Boy with Luv - ft Halsey Idol - ft Nicki Minaj Butter - ft Megan Thee Stallion Make it Right - ft Lauv Dream Glow - ft Charli XCX A Brand New Day - ft Zara Larsson Who - Lauv ft bts So Far Away - SUGA ft Jin and JK Strange - SUGA ft RM Blueberry eyes - MAX ft SUGA Burn it - SUGA ft MAX Suga's interlude - Halsey ft SUGA Old Town Road - Lil Nas X ft RM All Night - ft Juice WRLD Girl of my dreams - Juice WRLD ft SUGA That That - PSY ft SUGA Change - RM ft Wale Champion - Fall Out Boy ft RM Don't - eAeon ft RM Left & Right - Charlie Puth ft JK Bad Decisions - Benny Blanco ft BTS & Snoop Dogg Sexy Nukim - Balming Tiger ft RM Rush Hour - Crush ft jhope Eight - IU prod & ft SUGA Song Request - Lee Sora ft SUGA Regarding your other question - I'm from Puerto Rico, but I moved to WA State almost a year ago. I've only traveled domestically (been to 6 states) and around the Caribbean islands. I had my first trip on my own on November 2021 to see bts in LA and since then I've had 3 more trips on my own (one of those was to see them in Vegas and the other to see Hobi in Lollapalooza). My best memories from those trips are being able to travel with one of my best friends for the first time and the other is having met amazing people and made new friends! I've literally traveled on my own to stay with armys who I've only met through social media (obviously taking precautions and being wary!) and I've had the best time ever with them! My favorite part about those trips were the fact that I felt quite at home and at ease with all of them even though we hadn't met before in person. It was like reuniting with long lost friends! That's one of the things I love the most about our community <3 there's this unmatched sense of family and belonging that's just hard to describe unless you experience it!

Marsha

I'm from the Netherlands but living in Norway. I've been around Europe but not outside of Europe yet. Fortunately i haven't lost anything important while travelling. I've seen all the episodes before but it's fun watching it again with you 😊. I was living in Norway at the time they were here but didn't know about them yet.. if only I could go back in time 😉

katarmy

im from south africa and ive never been outside my country but i wish that one day i could travel to a lot of countries 💜💜

Laura_

Loving that you have started this series. I've lost count how many times I have watched it and I'm still looking forward to watching along with you. I'm from England, but I've travelled to Scotland, Spain, Majorca, Greece, France, Turkey, Fuerteventura and, In October 2023, will finally be going to South Korea. I've postponed it so many times over the pandemic but finally me, my sister and my two children will be going and I can't wait. Also I'm lucky to not have had any mishaps when travelling.... yet

LYLY

Hey guys i would recommend doing the rock paper scissors react with random solo songs instead of mixtapes and albums. Especially not mono since joon has said it’s like a playlist (which of course you aren’t forced to listen to it in the order) but i feel it would be more convenient. They put a lot of thought into their albums and the tracklist order also so i would instead recommend you guys to do that with solo single stuff, like for exemple promise from jimin, bicycle by rm, still with you by jungkook and so on. Thanks as always for your reactions !!

LYLY

Guys i don’t know why you believe soooo much on rm, he is a great leader but we’ve been telling you he’s the clumsiest guy ever 😂. If you want to get rid of something (by losing it or breaking it), just gift it to namjoon. Like he is my bias but i would not give him my trip money 😭 You’ll see why a bit further in this season (and in next ones too, he just never stops), but trust me.

Question 1) Born/live I was born and raised in Korea, came to US/San Francisco Bay Area, California at age 10 and continue to live in Northern California Question 2) International travel a: I’ve travelled back to Korea 3 times: 1st time to meet/see my father for the first time in over 20 years; 2nd time to meet my half-siblings for the first time (I knew of them but we had never met (in their 20’s) cause it’s a Korean/some Asian stigma where if you were divorced and had kids, you hide that fact; I could write an essay about this stigma in the 60’s & 70’s); 3rd time in 2016 took my then 6 & 11 year old boys for a month and my 6 yo spent the whole day at a Korean-English Kindergarten school (his teacher was from San Jose, CA😂) and my 11 year old spent the whole day with 5th graders **he was star student that day**😂 (I have friends in Busan who’s a VP at Korean-English academy and a metal smith and their daughter whom we’ve known since she was 1 is same age as my oldest); b: All over China, including 3 nights 4 day (?) cruise on the Yangtze River with my parents and youngest sister who celebrated her 21st birthday on the cruise; c: Japan Question 3) Memorable experience Too many to list but the most recent one was from July 2021 at the airport. My husband passed away in May 2021 from ALS/MND so I decided to take my boys (at the time 11 & 16) to Hawaii. We got to SFO (San Francisco Airport), everything is checked in and we had to get in line to get approved by the State of HI, Covid vaccine/negative report. I made sure I put our 3 vax cards in my travel purse so they don’t get lost…waited in line for about 15 minutes, finally our turn…can’t find the cards! We had to hustle to the international terminal where they have Rapid Covid test-site and it’s a long line, about 30 minutes. Finally our turn, I give them my credit card to charge me (it was around $800 total, I think) and guess what I found in my travel purse tucked in a hidden pocket? Yep, my vax cards!! So we run back to United, get in line for HI approval and after an hour and a half of running, panicking and sweating, we got approved🎉. Needless to say, my boys were pissed but sh*t happens🤣

Hello, Jared and Jordan. I was born and live in New Taipei city of Taiwan(R.O.C). I am not sure if you have heard of Taiwan. It is a little island in East Asia, separated from China by a strait. My most memorable experience was a trip to London and Paris several years ago. The buildings and architectural designs are fascinating and are totally different from the Asia style. On this trip, I spent 2 weeks there with my ex-husband. We also visited the Warner Bro. Studio Tour (Harry Porter) in London and had so much fun. There was a funny incident when we just arrived in London. I almost lost him at the tube. The door was closed too fast and he didn't have time to get on after putting the luggage in. I was shocked and waved to him across the window. 😅 I can only wait for him at the place we needed to get off and hope he knew how to do it. (No Wi-Fi or phone service in the UK underground.) Fortunately, he remembered the station name we were about to get off, and in the end, we laughed so hard when we met again. The wait was less than 15 mins but it felt very long and tense. 😆 Anyways, I hope I can plan to go there again with my friends soon. I also want to travel to NY and Orlando (Disney World) one day.

Christina Phan

Thank you both for starting the reaction Bon Voyage, it's going to be such a adventure seeing them out and about, with little/minimal staff to help them and kinda get to see them do normal-ish things. I truly do get an enormous amount of joy of watching you both go on this journey and basically get to witness you all "fall in love" and appreciate the boys like how a lot of other Armys did. So for your questions: 1. I was born in the Philippines, but left as a baby and immigrated to the States (DMV area). However, even though I am technically Filipino American on paper, I am ethically Vietnamese, it gets confusing explaining that to people sometimes lol. 2. I didn't get to travel up until the couple of year before the Pandemic hit. During that time I was able to visit England, France, Romania, Belgium and Vietnam. Hopefully within the next year I'll see to go back to Vietnam, since the last I went, I was only 6 or 7 years old. 3. During my first time traveling internationally, I travel with my best friend to France and Belgium. Generally the fastest and easiest way to travel between the two countries is using the train, but somewhere during the last night I was in Belgium to the moment I arrived in Paris to my AirBnb, I realized that my wallet was gone. The wallet had my ID, cash, and credit cards. Luckily, for some reason that night prior I decided to put my passport into my luggage instead of my purse and thank goodness I did because that was my only form of ID for the rest of my 1.5 week trip until heading back to the States, but even then, we weren't going straight home yet, we still had to make a stop to NYC for a few days before heading home. I am grateful to have a friend that was able to spot me until we got back home. Yeah that was a trip I won't forget.

Just moved from Florida to Las Vegas NV. I've been to Aruba & other ilands & also Hawaii (location of BTS's 2nd season Bon Voyage)

i can't wait for you to watch all of bon voyage, they were so young here and one of my favourite things is watching how their relationship grew organically and how they become closer through all of these shared experiences!!

silja

I'm from Iceland, and Norwegian is very similar to Icelandic, I had a hard time watching JK try to translate the washing machine instructions, made me want to see if I could understand what was written there. in iceland there is a lot of food packaging in some of the nordic languages and we can read our way through them tho we dont speak the language. But I have traveled a lot - Sweden, Switzerland, England, NY, Mexico, Denmark, Latvia, France, Germany, Holland, Austria, Italy, Crete, Croatia, Belgium and more. and have been to several countries often and lived abroad as well, on the other hand, countries like South Korea, China and Thailand are on my bucet list. I don't think I've ever had any trouble while traveling, but when covid happened, I was studying in the UK and had 2 very heavy suitcases and had to go down to the underground system in London, which is notorious for being very crowded, but it was one of the strangest experiences because everything was empty. there I had to climb up and down the stairs with 2 overweight bags, I was just so glad no one was there. oh yes, if you consider a flight delay due to weather, I can 100% say that I have experienced it, especially if you are going to or from Iceland in winter, the weather is sometimes bad. but can't wait to watch the next episode with you guys, I haven't watched bon voyage before because there are so many other things I'm trying to watch, nice to be able to watch it with someone because I don't know anyone who has interested in k pop here. looking forward to the next borahae

I love this reaction, thank you for do it. ☺️

I am a bit late to the conversation but .. Question 1. I am from Australia Question 2. I have been very fortunate to travel to the U.S. for work (Syracuse, NY with a short trip to Alabama) then trips to France (Rennes - visiting Paris and London on the weekends) and India (Bangalore). For our honeymoon we spent a couple of months traveling all around the U.S. (Hawaii first :-P) and then in more recent years two trips to New Zealand (South island first then North island). I hope to make it to South Korea before too long :-) Question 3: I had a lot of trouble booking accommodation in Washington and when we arrived we discovered why - our trip had coincided perfectly with the blooming of the cherry blossoms. It was really beautiful and stands out in my memory. This was many years ago now (2005) and we also completely fluked being there to witness the super bloom of wild flowers in Death Valley. I am new here so I am still catching up on your content but I'm really enjoying it! Loved your reactions to YTC in Busan <3

Cath 🇦🇺💜

Oh and one last memory from the same trip. We went to Jazz fest in New Orleans and my husband queued up for the longest time to get a Po-boy (a sandwich). Right when he got to the front of the line a news crew came over and they were going to interview Chris Isaak. The Po-boy that was destined to be his was snatched from his grasp and delivered to Chris Isaak. To this day Chris is known to us as the man who stole the Po-Boy 😆
