The psychological toll of fame.

The anxiety of constantly being in the public eye.

The fear of losing oneself in the process.

The depth and power of this song could be felt within seconds of clicking play.

🎵The moment that I face myself at the lowest,

it happens to be that I’m high up in the blue, cloudless sky 🎵

Similar to our reaction to “Outro: EGO”...we held off on digging into the numerous explanation videos for “Interlude: SHADOW” so as to not totally confuse ourselves. We realize that a thorough examination of the intro, interlude and outro (as well as the many other tracks) on MOTS: 7 is necessary in order for us to fully grasp the meaning behind it all.

Thank you to all of you who provided us with commentary and links (AKA ROADMAPS) for this reaction 🙏🏽 we intend to highlight and utilize as many of your roadmaps as we can in future ARMY Gold reactions, so please continue sending them!! 😊

Let us know if you have any content suggestions for May’s ARMY GOLD poll!

Have fun in your first ever concert as ARMY! 💜

Fun fact: the director of the MV for Interlude: Shadow was also the director for Jimin's Set Me Free Pt. 2. You guys are probably leaving the concert right about now, and because you are the first live audience to see this song - tell us, what did people do?

Haha you haven't seen the Mots online concert during covid, those were incredible and heavily invested productions, they poured all their heart and soul into it. The sets were incredible, it was all live broadcasted, and they managed to change stages/theme sets for almost every song they performed. Because live performances with audiences weren't possible, they used the 'advantages' of online concerts to their best, they managed to do a lot of camera stunts and interesting stage directions. But do know, because its live broadcast, there were multiple pov angles to it (In which you can switch angles to watch the stage more thoroughly during broadcast). So some clips you find will be of a different angle, and it won't do the stage performance any justice (Because you can't see the whole stage). So finding the right link is very important for this concert, or it will be annoying. Do tell me when you decide to get on it, I can provide the best link, the one with the main stage view

I'm so late, just catching up. This is in my top 5 fav songs for Suga. This song it's so deep. Map of the soul 7 my fav album. The album that dragged me down the rabbit hole. Can't wait until you guys get to it, although you guys have a longgggg way to go.

For Army Gold, I suggest these as options since you would have missed them over the last few months: - Jin’s Traditional Alcohol Journey Marathon (because I miss him 🥹) Link to playlist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVKX6VRMzxs&list=PL5hrGMysD_GvsLuHP559C6DPH47YNcJna - RM ‘All Day’ Vlog Part 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xTx04wez0w&list=PL5hrGMysD_GvBku4B2N5SQRoPazQ6hADc&index=10 Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Y5k1kggyYs&list=PL5hrGMysD_GvBku4B2N5SQRoPazQ6hADc&index=5

You guys crushed that reaction and analysis! :)

Thanks, guys, for this. And I am glad you decided to wait. I think you should do Persona, Shadow, and Ego together when you do the explanation videos. It will make sense of MOTS:7. It's just clearly how they planned it. patience pays off sometimes.
