I think Hans feels bad from how he ducked his head like that into Ryland’s shoulder. I still say pick your own time before someone else does. I also think, as someone else mentioned, that Hans’ parents not being around is complicating the situation. He probably wants to tell them first, but is just kind of on his own right now. :( and no, I didn’t forget about Uncle Clay.
