And it isnt just marley thats the enemy, they literally formed a worldwide army to kill everyone on the island before eren attacked liberio. Like I said the only thing difference between the two sides is the number of people. Just like eren wants to kill everyone outside the island the world wants to kill everyone on the island. Both sides are trying to commit genocide.
