Brago if Jotaro could time stop for a min that would be too broken. Araki considered Jotaro strongest stand user ever for a while. Him having whole min would be to broken because he’s already top tier even with 5 second time stop. Tho it would’ve been cool ngl Jotaro is my favorite jojo so I wouldn’t mind him be that broken with whole ass min time stop. But for the story 5 seconds is enough.

In this episode he said he could stop time for half second because it’s been 10 years sinds he used time stop. That should tell you how strong this dude is. Man didn’t need time stop for other stand users.
