I'm sure people have mentioned, or you were probably already aware, but if you were planning to watch the Bardock special at any point, I'd say after all this Ginyu business is taken care of and before the inevitable fight with Freeza, would be the best time in the story to watch it. If you weren't planning on it, then my bad Brago.

Wait till gokus about to fight freeza because it’s a canon special and is directly referenced in that fight multiple times including the second he meets freeza. Like the second he’s out the pod. It lines up perfectly with the story and builds up the emotion of the fight adding the final context of the two characters history

Like freeza should be final form before we watch that, you wanna capture the emotional points of that special when they’re about to be most relevant. Think about when oda would drop an important flash back before a boss fight. The next episode after the flash back, the episode should reference what we just learned in said flashback.

Also I gotta say to the vegeta is stronger than goku after his last boost, how did Jace not land a single hit on goku who wasn’t powered up, but vegeta had to work for the W….. it’s cause that boost your referencing ain’t happen yet. It’s in data books, but you don’t need them you have eyes and the context of these fights.

I don’t think it was ever explained why Vegeta was acting that way. My take is that mingling with them was genuinely making him sick 😂

Don’t speak of context when somehow Vegeta deliberately stating that he was toying with Jeice flew right over your head. Also don’t cite sources that Toriyama had little to no involvement with to make a point. Vegeta actually acknowledges this zenkai boost as abnormal in the manga.
