I'm just catching up and I feel just blown away. It's a beautiful episode, going along with watching you look at DBZ and YYH. Joyboy does just seem like THAT nigga, having Zunesha crying in the fetal position just off him being back. I also felt a deeper appreciation for Luffy and Iron Giant Pirate Robot, Emet or Emret? It feels like the end of the arc too.

In context to the Manga (which you're not picking up well enough from the anime), Vega punk had to pull this broadcast off with extreme haste. He had a very limited amount of time to record. Not enough time to build a new invention. As soon as lulusia happened, he knew his time was limited and he had to erase proof he knew that immediately.

But yeah, they were "rushed" my ass, they learned about it a week before the egghead incident as explained in chapter 1123, and then erased their memories so York didnt find out, but in that time while their memories werent erased they came up with the entire plan, recorded the entire message (including a ten minute portion where they just sat there and drank goddamn coffe bro) And I said "make a little robot" because I figure that is CHILDSPLAY for vegapunk, but if making a small robot is out of the question he has like.. a dozen other methods of spreading this information that I can think of off the top of my head. For one it literally takes less time to write a transcript of what you are going to say during that message, write a transcript, send it out all over the world when you die via fucking paper airplanes in a cannon for all I care. Send a shitload of little notes up on a sky island cloud and have it dump them off over populated islands, WG couldnt even chase down Vegapunk when he flew away on his Eggblimp, hell, just CALL BIG NEWS MORGANS, or have a prerecorded line on a denden mushi go through to him automatically when you die. This is just a theory, but what if Shanks' mother was real Joyboy's descendant or Joyboy's family members, as we found out that through family members, your haki is somehow passed down, and that this is a secret his dad may have possibly kept, and Shanks found out later, which is why he hasn't done anything yet
