Lord El Melloi(dude with long black hair) is Waver From fate zero riders master. Yes masters are given three conned spells that they can use to make their servants obey them once you use a command spell you lose it. As you know servants are usually pulled from stories from the real world whether their fictional ones are real stories. Enkidu(green hair) comes from the same story as Gilgamesh which is why they know each other Enkidu is actually the only person who Gilgamesh considers a friend. The dude with multiple hearts will have an episode explaining what he is so I’ll hold of from giving you more info about him until you watch the episode same for the girl who was talking to the police chief The old man at the end credits who was sitting on the chair is not a servant he is a very ancient and powerful mage. You won’t have to worry about him since he more of a background character all you need to know is that he has the ability to flip through parallel world and manipulate them. Fates a huge huge ip and this show will reference some characters form other fate series that aren’t zero or stay night but you shouldn’t worry much as it’s treated more like Easter eggs rather than massive plot point.
