Kid died because Garou was leaking cosmic radiation and it is implied to have killed everyone who was at the original combat sight (including S class heroes) Child Emperor was coughing up blood and losing hair from radiation sickness as soon as Cosmic Garou showed up

With OPM, before the Viz comes out, the manga goes through multiple re-drawings, story changes etc. I've been reading OPM for years and always get confused because something I thought had happened has been changed.

I think one punch man doesn’t get the love it deserved bc it’s often written off as a “gag” manga so not meant to be taken seriously even though it absolutely should. That and all the hate saitama gets from fans saying “Saitama beats X character” in a fight and tbh they aren’t wrong most of the time 🤣
