One of the best episodes of this season dialog on top of the fights was just insane, anyways in the Alcaides vs Jack the Ripper fight the anime kinda has Alcaides aura farming and fighting jack fairly well when in the source material it was very apparent that he was getting whooped by jack which is why he had to pull out his trump card reincarnation pandora, which is one of his noble phantasms that allows him to steal other noble phantasms (not sure if you were aware of this but just in case you weren't. It's fairly standard for servants to have multiple noble phantasms(NP). I see a lot of anime only under the impression that every servant only has one). The noble phantasm he stole was called from hell which allowed jack to turn into a demon and turned the surrounding area into a hell scape like place, the strength of the demon he turns into scales with the population density of the area he’s in and since he was in a city he was pretty strong. Now that Alcaides took that NP Jack is left with his other one which is called natural born killers, that's what allowed him to create clones of himself. Side note if you remember back to Alcaides and Gilgamesh first encounter in one of the previous episodes Alcaides tries to goad Gilgamesh into using EA(his strongest NP) so that he could steal it.

Moving on to the Gilgamesh Vs Saber fight we see that Gilgamesh picks up that Saber is used to fighting someone who launches multiple weapons; this is because Enkidu does the same thing. Gilgamesh has the Gate of Babylon which allows him to summon weapons from his treasury whereas Enkidu has the Age of Babylon which creates weapons from the ground using mud. This is why Saber said “although heaven and earth were reversed’ since Gilgamesh shoots from the heaven/sky and Enkidu shoots from the earth/ground. We actually see this happen in episode 0 when Gil and Enkidu have their little skirmish. Fun fact Gilgamesh's fighting style is something he copied from Enkidu, before they met he didn't even use the Gate of Babylon for combat.
