What an episode, we don't understand it yet but it felt like alot of what was said here will be so relevant in the future.

The scale of this show just seems to get bigger and bigger. We have a 400 year old hero, who is probably related to the dragon god orsted. Rudy is connected to the Man-god who they probably have beef with. Rudy has been called LaPlace, who is the hero’s enemy, multiple times in the series. Perugius’ familiar was boxing with Ghislaine in season 1 to a standstill. Rudy better pick a side soon because I think shit is about to hit the fan. And his allies are mid compared to these guys

I have a theory. I was looking at the mural and when perugius called it “sickening” it showed a dead woman in one of the winged persons arms, which I’m assuming is the king. but in the final shot it showed that same king being handed a baby. Is perugius that king and he wants to name Rudeus’ son because of some type of prophecy. Maybe he wants to train him for some type of war or something to avenge the dragon clan. Because the mural showed a whole civilization and this fortress seems like an empty whole damn-near island. So they were probably wiped out by something
