HELP! I'm Dying From Indecision! (Patreon)

So the winner of this month's poll was Varesa, the cute cowgirl!

But now i'm having an internal conflict and i can't decide what to do for her, please help! The ideas are:1) Varesa has a table full of food in front of her, and in the middle of feasting she accidentally eats somebody and end up burying the person under a lot of food making her body bulge at the front of Varesa's enormous gut.

2) I draw the 4 losers from the poll all lined up completely naked, some horny, blushing, or frustrated, and Varesa proceeds to eat each one and end up in the floor with a huge bulging tummy full of curled up human shaped bulges.
