The installer (a 7z self-extractor) will ask you for a directory to put the game files into. After that's done, navigate to that folder and start Demon's Soulbound.exe to play the game.

You'll need Windows 10 or higher with DirectX 10 or higher with at least 4 GB of Ram. If the game stutters, there are render scaling settings and FPS/vSync options. The game can be played at 30 FPS, 60 FPS and higher.

Alternatively, you can run the game on your Steam Deck. Here's how:

Go to your Deck's Desktop Mode

Download the .exe self-exctractor

Rename the file from DemonsSoulboundv100-fullres.exe to DemonsSoulboundv100-fullres.7z

Open the file and extract the game

Start Steam in Desktop Mode and add the .exe file of the extracted game to your library

Set it to one of the Proton versions in the Compatibility Settings of the game (pick the most recent Proton version)

Go back to Gaming Mode and start the game from your library

If mouse input doesn't work, you may need to set it to one of Steam's mouse templates in the Controller settings

A Steam version is planned, but I'm not sure if I can get it through yet. Releasing adult/nsfw games has become quite a bit harder recently.
