Hellfire Factory is out on Steam, and if you've downloaded it via my patreon, I'll send you a steam key. Let me know in the DMs if you want one.

Chapter 3 of Orc Bastion is complete, and up next is the final chapter of the game. The game is about 60% done now.

A new gameplay feature is local fast-travel. Some areas can be quite big, and now you can discover waypoints while exploring. These are places like landmarks and area entrances/exits. You can fast-travel to them via the menu:

Magic skills come in four elements: Fire, ice, light and dark. Basic versions of these skills are learned throughout the story, but more powerful spells may need some additional exploring to discover.

Some spells can have effects that last a few turns -- increased defense or power, healing and higher speed (=getting a turn quicker).

Here's a quick look at the six playable characters:

Reyn

Rok's devoted soulbound. He takes care of the whole party's wellbeing and needs.

Rok

Big, loud, green and overall quite rough around the edges. He can't hide his dominant streak.

Karas

A big troll trying to learn magic. That technically goes against his nature, but he doesn't care.

Benno

An old friend of Rok, equally as rough as the orc. He doesn't like to talk about his past.

Mattis

An easygoing treasure hunter looking for ancient secrets in all sorts of places.

Slith

A demon from the depths who lost his soul domination powers. He wants them back, no matter what.

After playing the demo/proof of concept, as well as experiencing your other two games, I can confidently say that I am a massive fan of your work, and I'm very eager to be able to play through the finished game 😊

Thanks, that's nice to hear! I'm making decent progress with the game, and it shouldn't take me very long to finish it.

Thanks, and no problem! I'll always make free versions of my games available.
