Your orc master Rok is taking you on an adventure! The demon who bound you to the orc's soul is laying waste to the human realm, and your monstrous allies and you intend to stop him.

Orc Bastion is an adult 3d adult gay bara JRPG with turn-based battles about serving men and monsters alike. Explore, fight and find new allies and masters who'll need some of your special attention.

Find new Masters to join you in Rok's Fort and let serving them make you stronger

Learn new battle skills, find and buy new equipment and level up your characters

A turn-based battle mode with up to 3 party members where character placement and terrain matters

Optional side quests for your party members

Over 40 adult scenes with dominant men, orcs, trolls, kobolds and other monstrous buff fantasy dudes

Around 14 hours of gameplay and three difficulty modes

Optional bosses and hidden locations

Play with the original pixel-like look or optional higher-resolution graphics

A quest radar to see where to go next to progress side quests and the main story

The game can be played with Arrow Keys + X/C/V, WASD + SPACE/E/Q, WASD + Mouse or with pretty much any gamepad. It also works fine on a Steam Deck. You can save the game almost anywhere, unless enemies are nearby or you're in midair. The game has manual saves only at the moment.

Extract the .zip file and run Orc Bastion.exe to play. Thanks for the support! Let me know if you need help or if something doesn't work. I've tested the game quite a bit, but I sometimes still manage to miss obvious stuff. They call it developer blindness.

IT'S HAPPENING EVERYONE, FUCK YES! But now I gotta go to work and after that I told some friends to hang out. FUCK. Anyways, I'm temporaly ditching my divinity 2 playthrough for this, can't wait to play it when I have some time!

The divinity games are good! Been playing D:OS 1 &2 a while ago. I hope you'll like Orc Bastion~

It's going great so far, although I'm encountering some strange glitches with the fight against the three skulls. Basically, it's soft locking when it gets to the skull with the hat's turn, and much of the battle interface isn't rendering.

Buntis Sladavanyos

Strangely, I just tried starting the fight without Benno in my party and it's no longer glitching out?

Ragtor's Games & Art

I can't get the fight to glitch. Which characters did you use? Anything else you can remember that might've triggered it?

Ragtor's Games & Art

I got it -- it happens with very specific party member line-ups. Thanks for the bug report, will upload a fix in a bit :3

Really enjoying the game so far (and I got past the bugs mentioned previously) - can you give me a tip on the "the shimmering light brings healing and life" puzzle? Stumped on this.

Ragtor's Games & Art

Sure! When you enter the underground area of the lake, there's a sign. Look for light in the water in that area and follow it to an island to the north-west. I'd recommend doing this for a very useful skill.

I finished the game! And I didn’t need a guide this time! Got all the masters and did the party quests, having slith finally do that to you at the end of his quest was SO rewarding, and the ending sequence for this game might be my favourite one As expected I loved slith, but I unexpectedly got really attached to Karas, our sweaty armpitted troll mage, I want him to do things to me, and he was also my mvp for most of the game I clocked in at 13:40 hours, exactly the playtime you said the game was, I can’t believe such an amazing experience exists, with all of my kinks and more, seeing you make these games is honestly really inspiring, I love them so much Now to replay demons soulbound to catch any references

Good to hear you liked the game! It was more complex to work on than my point'n click adventures, but still very fun to make -- especially the adult scenes. I think I hit my coding/dev workload ceiling with it, though. My next projects will be of a similar scope.
