So many critters to see these days!
First lizards of the year are basking in the sun, first dragonflies of the year are whirling around ponds... and more!
What a treat :)

I’m enjoying the green on the trees and the goslings in the ponds. But I’m too much of a city girl to get euphoria from insects or gastropods. 😅

AlterKitten

Aaahhh I've never seen a slug with those colors, what a beautiful pal!!! I love spring so much 💜💜

Pete White

What a change from big city life, eh? I recall when you were happy that the cat had a little patio to go out onto, see some green and sniff the air.

Otter Annason

Damselfly. Dragonfly wings stay at about 90 degrees to the body and their eyes touch at one point in front.

Yajoovya

That lizard's beautiful! :)

muki

longcat has a new adversary, behold longslug.

Lilly

They're so pretty! Unfortunately, I have a fobia of terrestrial gastropods, which means I'm really really really terrified of slugs and snails. I really wish I didn't have that, then I'd think more seriously about moving to the woods. Shame, that slug sure has pretty colors

oh no! Is it okay that I have posted these photos or should I avoid any snails and slugs in the future?
