Posted a fanart on my social media of Marceline and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time (because it just became canoooon), and wanted to share the basic process with you beautiful Patrons! 

Nowadays I almost always ink/pencil traditionally, but I like going back to the good ol' digital ink once in a while<3

You mean the color difference between second last, and last picture? That's the power of textures, my friend! I didn't shade anything and took the easy route: add a layer of texture (usually in "overlay" or something similar) and a last tweak at colors through color balances and photo filters and such.
