WOW ...ok this page is AMAZING, it's the most dynamic "character receives momentous text" moment i've ever seen, (i love the texture of Pia's hair), the visual metaphor is beautiful, it's a whole little ride where you go like "oh shit that's gonna hurt?! — phew all good they just landed on their bed haha — ooooh SHIT <i>THAT's</i> gonna hurt" WOW

also love the brand of the phone keeps changing lol and the little extra gutpunch detail when you realize this is the second text in a row that An has sent Pia without an answer and i dunno but i would guess Pia has been ignoring An's texts and An is forcing them to come clean about running away or something AAAH ok, i will admit it now, i wasn't truly invested in this story until RIGHT NOW aaaaa

oh yeah i know, it's just that when you look at the phone screen in the last panel there's the outline of the bottom of the previous message just above and aligned with the one Pia just received, on the left-hand "received" side (meaning there wasn't a reply from Pia to An's last message) maybe i'm reading too much into this lol ^^ eh, i'm doing that thing where you're so hyyyped for where the story is gonna take you next that you try to predict stuff based on what little clues you have. but i'm of course aware that i'm most probably guessing wrong, which is part of the fun ~u^
