Darina in the Sand (Patreon)

Vor zwei Wochen hatte ich die Gelegenheit, Darina in Budapest zu fotografieren. Bei der Auswahl der Settings waren wir an diesem Tag etwas eingeschränkt, aber ich fand einen Raum im Studio ziemlich spannend. Er erinnerte mich ein wenig an Kolmanskop, die Geisterstadt in Namibia, in der die Wüste langsam die Häuser zurückerobert und der Wind immer mehr Sand hineinträgt.

Two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to work with Darina again - this time in Budapest. We were a bit limited in our choice of locations that day, but I found one room in the studio particularly interesting. It felt a bit like it was inspired by Kolmanskop, the ghost town in Namibia where the desert is gradually taking over the buildings and the wind fills them with sand.
