Hello everybody!

This week I bring to you part five of End City Denziens and Dangers, this time featuring two stat blocks that utilize Weavetech! We've seen what normal soldiers look like, but I also wanted there to be a specific niche for Weavetech enemies that utilize lasers! You'll note that their DPR is a little higher than normal, but this is to compensate for their Overheat mechanic that can actually be further abused if you have the specific spell to help Overheat their weapons! Furthermore, in creating the basic Sol Mercenary, I also wanted to create a more dangerous variant, annnnd I ended up basically making a tracer-inspired Sol Pulserunner that is all about making tons and tons of Dragonfire Weavepistol shots!
