Hello everybody!

With Cyberpunk settings, it feels almost mandatory to have at least one techno-named drug, so I went ahead and adapted my old list of drugs and narcotic substances so they could fit within End City! A lot of these are essentially cheaper consummable magic items but always have some kind of downside, alongside some higher downsides if you don't pass your saving throw! But, if a player really wants to be able to see into the ethereal plane or move reallyreally fasts, there are options to do so that can really make the criminal background feel much more criminal with their criminal contact!
