Here is the reaction to SKZ's MAMA performances!

For some reason I couldnt find the 2020 one so i had to watch a low quality one, where it was so pixelated i almost couldnt recognize their faces LMFAO that was a big tragic i cant lie but it is what it is!

Hyunjin has insane stage presence. Thats what I got from the performance.

The sweat... the moves... the singing... the stage effects...

im pretty sure the triangular fight at the end was the announcement/teaser for the competition show Kingdom Legendary War that Stray Kids, The Boyz, Ateez, SF9, iKON, and BTOB in 2021 all those groups competed against each other.

(this is speculation, but the timing is uncanny) also MAMA/MNET deleted a lot of stuff from JYPE groups because i think JYP had a lawsuit? or said something bad about MNET? im not 100% sure but a lot of videos got deleted 2020-22 era which is one the performance was probably hard to find

MAMA stands for the Mnet Asian Music Awards. I still think the MAMA2020 version of victory song is the most epic one. I love the "300" concept. Btw. If you need recommendation for live performances, I really loved the "Sherlock " cover they did.

Hyunjins stage presence is SOOOOO insane I swear when I saw them live he kept stealing my attention And the thing at the end was like a little teaser for “Kingdom” which was a little show where different groups compete against each other with these cool looking performances 🤩

Who’s gonna tell her that during their MAMA 2021 stage Hyunjin literally danced with flaming swords? Not me though, hehe . The Stray Kids have insane stage performances.🔥 Also, if I remember correctly, in 2021 Hyunjin opened MAMA along with 4 (?) other idols, each doing their own solo stage. Then in 2022, 3RACHA (Bangchan, Changbin, Han) performed together with Tiger JK, opinions were divided, but personally I loved it, it felt like they were telling a poem through the song. One of my other favorite stages has to be their Thunderous performance at the 2021 KBS Song Festival. Overall, I honestly believe that since you already like Stray Kids, you’ll naturally end up discovering all their stages .Wherever they go, their performances are always top-tier, always showing how much they love what they do. ❤️

MAMA 2022 is hands down my favorite performance! SKZ hasn’t been invited back since that show 🤣 They were supposed to sing a couple songs and not do a whole dang production! And the dancers performing with SKZ were not their backup dancers! The backup dancers were stuck in Korea and so they had to train all new dancers in a day! In the video, Hyunjin is Dr. Frankenstein and he is awakening The Monster, Felix, hence the Maniac performance. Also, at the end of the 2022 performance, I.N passes out and Bang Chan catches him (you can search it on YouTube or TikTok). Poor dude didn’t eat all day and hit the ground at the end. The triangular dance off is them introducing the teams who will be competing against each other in Kingdom: Legendary War. The Boyz had won Road to Kingdom which was prequel to K:LW. The other guy dancing was from Ateez. K:LW is EPIC!!

Omg, Victory Song unlocked so many memories 😭. Back in 2020, they released God’s Menu, which completely shifted their career, but Mnet totally snubbed them, literally zero MAMA nominations. At that time, they were about to join the survival show Kingdom, so Mnet only invited them to perform in order to promote the show. And they gave them almost no time to prepare like just one or two weeks. Everyone was so mad, and I still remember Chan going live right after their performance to throw shade at Mnet. As for why Victory Song isn’t on Mnet’s channel, it’s probably because they just hate us. They keep deleting every Stray Kids video that gets high views. There were also a bunch of Kingdom performances with like 20M views, and they deleted them all 😃.

Hyunjin’s stage presence, his expressions and insane dancing always leave me speechless. I can never take my eyes off of him. Such a performer honestly.

MNET claim their videos got hacked, funny how it was just certain performances. Because this video of SKZ's Victory Song performance was re-uploaded by someone else, it's one of the few live performances that can be reacted to on YouTube. SKZ has an OST they did called Neverending Story. It also has a live performance that can be texted to on YouTube. It's one of their older songs but and is a real hidden gem. So is the music video for Victory Song, the stage performance was amazing, but the song was changed a bit for the MAMA show and you may like the original better. Last year at Lollapalooza Chicago they perform Victory Song live again after all these years and it was amazing in front of a live audience.

Every time I see this Maniac mama performance I also feel sad. They don't zoom in on them at the end cuz I.N collaped and Bang Chan caught him due to exhaustion. Make me think of the Lee Know doing a cover of Tiger (amazing by the way def give it a check out) where both him and Moonbin(rip) were on the ground afterwards catching their breath. If I remember correctly Lee Know had alot of other schedules that day with SKZ.
