Hey guys!

Here is my reaction to the MAMA performance of Babymonster including the Golden Cover of Ahyeon, Pharita and Rora!

I loved EVERYTHING, I think they did a fantastic job and I couldn't take my eyes off Chiquita, Ruka and Asa especially. Their stage presence is so insane T_T

I hope Ahyeon is doing okay, with all the hate she has received recently :( I talked about this at the end of this video as well if you wanna check it out (sorry I was just yapping nonstop LMFAO)

The Golden song is very difficult to perform and I think they did a good job regardless <3

I really liked Rora in these performances. I also noticed the difference in audio between this video and the fancams. In a message, Ahyeon also said that it was difficult for them to prepare these performances in just two weeks because they were in the middle of their concerts in Japan. Speaking of relationship problems, a rumor about BTS' Jung Kook and Aespa's Winter was enough to create panic, with trucks with slogans in front of agencies.

Thanks for the reaction. Babymonster sang Golden in its original key which almost no one can do. Ahyeon hit her notes well, as did the other girls. I think a lot of the haters just don't like Ahyeon. Even pre-debut, haters often came for her. She does have a powerful voice and her vocal tone is very piercing because she sings with such a forward placement, and I guess people sometimes don't appreciate it. However, her skill cannot be denied. It is easy to be toxic to strangers on the internet, but I wish people would also learn it is just as easy to be kind and has better results for the world

I’m sad they didn’t show Ahn Hyo-Seop’s introduction to Golden, it was so cool 😍 I don’t know much about Babymonster except from your videos but they sound great, so sad they’re getting hate at such a young age when they’re so talented and still growing.

I felt like even if Ejae herself said Ahyeon did really good, people would still hate on it. And I think they completely killed it (including the Baemon performance from all 6). They were supposed to perform Sheesh and also had to change lyrics for We go up because of the fire. And they're still so young, its crazy.

With the amount of reactions and views Baemon are bringing - I think both their performances are still most viewed from the MAMAs - I wouldnt be suprised if more Award shows want them. But no, they weren't at the AAAs and wont be at the MMAs too sadly. They only have SBS Gayo on the 25th left this year i think - and thats good, they need a break. Especially since its basically confirmed the next album is likely very far into production already.
