Hey guys!

Finally I get to watch aespa and their live performances!! I've been always waiting since I didn't wanna spoil myself with all the songs and now we got to do it after finding some time! And THEY ARE AMAZING LIKE HELLO??

Their facial expressions, charisma etc?? The way they speak to the camera, flirt with the camera... and i find it so impressive they always find the correct camera to look at LMFAO

MMA 2024 is my favourite for sure because it was banger after banger. Did any of the songs win an award? i can imagine that all of them did

Aespa actually *did* do Coachella in 2022 and they faced a lot of criticism for their performance there. To be fair, they didn't have a whole lot of experience performing in front of crowds at that point (because of Covid), but I have no doubt if they were ever to go back they would kill it now that they're better rounded as a group and as performers. I love these performances, they always go all out for awards stages. I'm a little sad that the cameras didn't really catch Winter's move at the end of Armageddon (where she smears paint across her cheek/neck) because it's a cool moment, but it is great even without that.

MMA 2023 is most likely my favourite aespa performance ever, it was just perfection. Also did you hear the crowd sing along to Supernova the whole way through? Kinda crazy how clear you can hear them, especially during Karina's "body bang" part. It truly was the SOTY 2024. For dance performances I'd recommend their song Illusion above anything else, it's a bside but it went crazy viral specifically because of the choreo. There usually is a red light that pops up at whichever camera is on so the idols know where to look & of course they do rehearsals etc. But yeah it's still impressive how they all manage to do that (aespa & idols in general). Drama was the era where they regained their momentum/popularity that they already had with Next Level & Savage. People didnt really vibe with Girls & Spicy for whatever reason, but Next Level won song of the year just like Supernova and was probably even more viral. It was the first 4th gen song that dominated so massively both in Korea and international.

MMA 2024 is definitely one of my favorite performances of theirs at award shows, and yes, they did win several awards! in fact, they won the most awards that night with 7 in total (setting a record for the most wins by a girl group in a single ceremony), three of which were daesangs; Song of the Year (Supernova), Artist of the Year, and Album of the Year (Armageddon). glad you enjoy their performance and do check out their Bsides ^_^ some of my fav Bsides are from Savage, Armageddon & Whiplash but honestly, all are amazing

yes and dont they even dim out the fanchants, like they make it softer or sth? the fact you can even hear it through that is super impressive hahaha
