Hey everyone!

It was really difficult not to sob when Simon was reading the letters I can't lie ;-;

Like I said in the video, I find it so impressive how Simon is with them every day for years. In other documentaries I never saw the executive producer or at least very very rarely. It's like they don't have any part in the development of the trainees. But Simon is different, he is there in any single moment. Honestly, respect to him. XG is just as important to him than XG to the girls. I really wonder how everyone felt when the scandal of Simon came out :/

Remember, this was Simon’s company and his first and only group. That’s why he was so involved. 😊

I was really shocked and disappointed in Simon after the drugs arrest. How could he be so dumb and reckless? And I wonder how much his drug use over the past few years was impacting his performance as XGs CEO. After so much effort and dedication he really destroyed his career. Most of all lets hope the future of XG does not suffer.

I’m glad to hear that your view and understanding of Simon have changed. I hope my explanation comment on episode X3 regarding him and K-pop in general played a part in that. And the further you watch, the more that attitude will shift, especially when the members will talk about him in one of the episodes. As for the scandal - having spent nearly two decades in the music industry and knowing all the ins and outs, the hidden mechanics, Simon’s past, XG’s ambitions, and everything said and done in the year leading up to the scandal, I have my own personal thoughts and conclusions. They aren't exactly popular opinions and might even sound a bit like conspiracy theories. That’s a whole other major discussion, but in short: I don’t think what happened to Simon was entirely his own fault; I believe the industry as a whole was involved and that a lot of it was artificially manufactured. 6:33 & 22:39 - The show hasn't even done anything yet, believe me)) You better be prepared for the second part of the documentary and keep some tissues handy. Everyone cries like babies, even serious adult men)) 32:17 No one was ever told that it wasn't enough. Quite the opposite - they were all worthy of being part of the group, but... sometimes you have to sacrifice a little to achieve something greater, and this is precisely the ideal combination we see now. You'll see later...
