prompt idea: what if gen found echo (or hayden) before she joined the raiders? it'd be interesting to see gen be a source of comfort for hayden after having had to kill her family, assuming hayden won't exactly be hayden anymore after going through something that traumatic (perhaps she'll show similar qualities she developed as echo?). it'd also be fun to see them fall for each other post-outbreak without having dated, like in cdad au, and without hayden being responsible for gen's dad's death, like in the original cdad story. :)
