Uncle Rukus is voiced by the talented comedian Gary Anthony Williams Fun Facts about the show and episode in general: There are multiple references and homages to Samurai Champloo (really great anime if you haven't seen it). The opening of the first season is remarkably similar to Samurai Champloo's opening. The dialogue in which Huey tells Granddad "You will be scared, you will be" is a word for word reference to a dialogue between Luke Skywalker and Master Yoda in "The Empire Strikes Back" The dialogue in the training scene with Huey and Granddad is similar to that of a training scene in "Enter the Dragon" in which Huey says "What was that an exhibition? You need emotional content" which is a mirror of Bruce Lee's words while he was training a pupil in the aforementioned film.

side note I would recommend not watching season 4. S1-S3 are legendary, and that season honestly isn't good, Aaron McGruder the show creator, wasn't really involved in that season and every episode from that season kind of feels like drinking flat soda. The decision is obviously yours, i just wanted warn you that the quality of the show does drop S4.
