i 100% agree with ur afterthoughts. that's honestly how i see it. they're so bad at communicating, both of them are terrible at it and they miss out on such important conversations that could progress their work relationship and work ethic. it's unfortunate. i also think they're lacking a lot of time or attention to their own self-healing, which is creating this vicious cycle and regression, they're almost scraping at each-others shut-down triggers in an indirect way. it would be nice if someone just...talks lol, but boy is this an age old issue with humans in general ...
