Yea the tone shift of this episode really does shock you. So much comedy in the first half then despair in the last half. Each member of the team were forced to do the job of another team member this episode to show how much each member is so vital then they hit you hard by shooting one of them. We are halfway through the season and the tone of the series will continue to get more serious and dark as we proceed so brace yourself.

This is such a fun episode with some interesting pairings and the way they tell the story from everyones perspective. And then Skye goes and ruins it all by getting shot!! The episode also carries on some season arcs like Simmons being a terrible liar and telling Coulson that he's far too young to be her dad, after telling him in FZZT that he was looking good for a man of his age! Little touches but great that the writers dont forget what has gone on before.
