I really do think Severance making the eldest daughter/future CEO of a morally bankrupt company's two major subconscious instincts be how repulsive she finds her own company's work and the desire to end her own life is one of the best character setups of all time. Britt Lower has been acting for decade but I’m glad she's getting her flowers (no pun intended it's her ig bio lol) also you now know why helly can’t leave she’s literally trapped inside and out of lumon 😢

Remember the Overtime Contingency Protocol in season 1's episode 6 when Milchik uses it to ask Dylan where he hid a card he stole from the O&D department. As shown in the episode, Milchik implements the protocol to activate Dylan's innie in the outside world that's why helly is shocked to learn that she's an eagan remember two distinct personas of a single person created by the Severance Procedure at Lumon Industries. The "innie" is the work self, confined to Lumon's offices and possessing no memories or knowledge of the outside world. The "outie" is the personal self, living outside Lumon and having no recollection of their work life. The procedure separates these memories, essentially splitting the individual into two separate consciousnesses with no awareness of each other's experiences.

"She's alive!" I bet that last line gets misconstrued as "the baby's alive!" I doubt his sister would realize what he was really saying, and Outie Mark is not going to remember, but Innie Mark should remember the picture right? Harmony's car is a WV rabbit, and it's white, so a white rabbit. That's got to be an Alice in Wonderland reference. Lastly, that guy at the party who shout's "I found her, it was me who found her", what an insufferable jerk. I remember him coming off as annoying in the first episode too at the dinner party that had no dinner.
