This AND Agents S4 on the same day! And my work is closing early, this is awesome!

Chris Catone

The first episode picks up from the end of the book, "Dark Disciple." That's a novelization of 2 Clone Wars arcs that were left undone when Disney cancelled the show. I listened to the audiobook and really liked it. Idk if you'd seen Tales of the Empire yet but it's another one in this anthology series. They all have 2 characters reacting to the same issue in different ways. I really like the Bariss one and the Morgan half would be an interesting prelude to the Mandalorian/Ahsoka.

Anti-hero stories are always very interesting. I was unaware Quinlan Vos and Ventress had a relationship. I'm guessing that's in a book or comic or something. It makes sense though, Quinlan Vos was was not a rule follower and neither was Ventress. Maybe the price of her coming back to life was that she couldn't ever see Quinlan again? Honestly I had no idea this series existed until when you mentioned it 2 weeks ago.

Yeah, so Ventress died. From your lack of surprise I assume you at least learned that in whatever you read. Force lightning from Dooku. You can actually see scar patterns on her skin in both this and Bad Batch A big hint that the present day stuff takes place after Ventress appeared in Bad Batch: there’s stormtroopers. Palpatine announced them and we saw non clone TK troops with a kind of intermediate armor, but never full stormtroopers The Path was in the Obi Wan show. Obi Wan even saw that Quinlan had carved his name at one of their bases You met Quinlan Vos a while ago in one episode of Clone Wars S3. He teamed up with Obi Wan to find Ziro the Hutt, and they fought Cad Bane. He’s basically the second main character in Dark Disciple Latts Razzi and Highsinger! Your memory serves you well. Clone Wars S4 Well that betrayal complicates my Ventrazzi ship 😅 Interesting that the title of the last Ventress episode is a quote from Maul The grandfather is a new character. We didn’t meet many human separatists All the “Tales of” episodes are roughly 10 minutes shorter than a standard episode These definitely feel like a backdoor pilot for a Ventress show. Maybe a limited series
