Oh I’ve been waiting! It’s R5 again! Bad motivator droid that Luke’s uncle tried to buy before R2 It’s Mickey from Scream 2! You have no idea how amazing it was to see Cobb Vanth on screen and finally get confirmation the mando armor he got was Boba’s. He was introduced in the Aftermath book trilogy, which started in 2015! 4 years before the show •In those same books, it’s revealed the sarlacc was injured and partially unearthed by the explosion of jabba’s barge, giving jawas the opportunity to cut into its stomach from a safe distance and scavenge stuff. Implying they might’ve pulled out Boba and stripped off his armor Leviathan krayt dragons can move through the sand like water because their roars vibrate the sand to the point that it’s like water Remember that skeleton 3PO walked by in the desert? That was the remains of a krayt dragon. •And the noise Obi-Wan made to scare away the Tuskens that attacked Luke was the sound of a krayt dragon. After seeing this episode, it’s understandable why they ran. Cobb Vanth’s speeder is using a podracer engine. Same type as one from Anakin’s pod. Possibly even an engine from the actual pod. They did sell the pod after Anakin won the race Right, you would’ve only briefly seen massiffs (tusken dogs) in EpII when Anakin goes to the tusken camp for his mother. And yes he slaughterd the whole camp Gotta respect this show for making the sand people actual people on screen for the first time. Mando hitting the jetpack to send Cobb flying is a callback to Return of the Jedi when Han accidentally did the same thing to Boba, which lead to him falling in the sarlacc Maybe the beskar from the acid but certainly the cloth and leather on the rest of him wouldn’t. I assume the dragon has a gland or something for the acid and Mando is basically just covered in phlegm That was a pearl. Krayt pearls are very valuable. For sand people, proof of having slain a krayt and a sign of bravery. In Legends they could actually be used as saber crystals, obiviouy they were smaller Wait so you realize who Temuera Morrison was playing at the end? There’s technically thousands of options 😉

That cyclops alien at the start was played by John Leguizamo. "They're Monsters!!!" that line is hilarious coming from an alien bartender that looks like the jeepers creepers monster. They knew what they were doing with that line of dialogue. If I had a dollar for every time Timothy Olyphant played a Marshal I'd have 4 dollars. Which isn't a lot but it's weird it keeps happening. Justified, Deadwood, this episode and Fargo season 4.
