The concept of this episode is based on the movie fear and loathing in Las Vegas. We haven't had "fun" episodes since season 1. It has been pretty serious and stressful so im glad this season took the time to have fun again. Simmons did something really selfish to get her to Fitz so she could not be rewarded for it so karma took Fitz from her. A fun thing to know is Fitz has a monkey reference in every season so this was just a fun version of this reference. Your theories are interesting and you are thinking just like all of us were. Fun fact the wife of jed whedon and co showrunner will be in next episode

This is one of my favorite episodes. I forgot it was this early in the season. Jemma and Daisy were both so great with tripping but trying to stay on task...and not succeeding. But, it could've gone MUCH worse. Their conversations under the bar never fails to make me giggle. When Jemma, holding Daisy's face says she loves her while crying and Daisy says "I love you too" and Jemma says, "Your skin is so soft!" Daisy says, "I know!" Still crying.🤣
