I adore this episode. What a beautiful and magical backstory that was! Ymir <3 The love she and historia have for each other is life goals tbh

Please please please just continue to avoid comments so you don't get spoiled. Especially with the second half of season 3 airing in April. People are posting spoilers left and right. Even stuff they think is just "help". It's all spoilers and nobody needs to hold your hand through finding shit out.

You guys would get more answers to your a lot questions if you paid more attention to the details. You remember the 60 years details but not other details about things said around the same time. Maybe you need to re-watch Season 2?

ur guys confusion is absolutely entertaining

Imon and Abi are grasping far more than most reactors to AoT do (the beloved but frustrating BlindWave comes to mind). I'm proud of them for avoiding any more insidious spoilers from people eager to 'educate' them on everything they're missing. An organic reaction is all we need, and I love it. They'll catch whatever they've missed in time. Can't wait for them to reach the finale and enter season 3 proper!

And just like that, Ymir was literally "reborn that night"! One of my top favorite animated moments of AoT!! Everything from the animation to the music to Ymir's expression of utter joy and awe at her second chance was just beautifully done. I also love how much we understand Ymir as a character now. It makes so much sense now why she was so hard on people like Sasha and Historia. I mean, who knew better than Ymir about being fake and living a lie? She literally lived it and was punished severely for it. With that said, I found it so messed up that Ymir thought she was being punished just because she felt needed when that was the most human feeling to have. Overall, this was a fantastic episode and one of my favorites of S2! And again, Ymir is my freckle goddess <3

Which episode was Marcels name first mentioned?
