IMPORTANT. Season 2 does not carry over into season 3 and 4. There are significant changes from the manga that affect the plot in the upcoming seasons so i recommend reading the manga while watching season 2

Also wanted to let you girls know when your watching season two and all in the full-length reactions be sure to look at the ED song for every episode because the author of this series drew a bunch of art and its always new and maybe you can find something interesting :) But just wanted to put that out there.

That torture scene is probably one of the most unnerving and heartbreaking things I've ever seen in an anime, but it was completely worth it. The next seasons are pretty good, but this first one will always be a masterpiece to me!

Great reaction but curious what's the plan with ghoul going forward I think it'd be cool to react to the manga since there's a scene I'm not sure has been animated but if you do don't read the 1st page info on the final volume because it has possible spoilers

One little thing that the anime doesn't really portray well. The white hair isn't like another form or a powered up state; its Mary Antoinette syndrome. His hair went white due to the extreme stress and trauma of his torture.

Just here to say dont even watch season 3 its trash and confusing you are better off reading the manga after season 2

Watch season 2 / root A please! It won't disappoint yall. It is still a great anime for anime watchers only! I finished your entire season 1 reactions in one day after I subbed to patreon like I said I would after your explanation to me on what patreon is yesterday :) Having said that can I recommend the anime Parasyte The Maxim? It is quite similar to Tokyo Ghoul but I enjoyed and LOVED it waaayyy more than TG. It has 20+ episodes and each episode was very entertaining to me.

Let em watch season 3 if they want. What kind of advice is that? Imon reads manga so she can catch up, hence, she wont be confused while watching s3. If one ever watches a series it makes sense to watch it entirely, " trash " or not. Don't ruin it for the rest of us, i'm in here for their reaction not for the episodes, i've seen them already.
