Juniper And Sage

Love this episode. And yeah, it actually was the Halloween episode, so it had an even spookier sort of feeling when it first aired. Hope that little discussion at the end of the reaction means you'll be watching Korra eventually. I don't think it's quite as great as this show is, but it's still pretty good.

Purple Hearts

Creepy episode but great Katara's growth. I like how they spoke about all the different applications she's seen of water bending on her journey before Hamma showed its ultimate form. Bending water in vines and your own sweat does come off as hints to where she was leading Katara down to blood bending, in hindsight. So happy to hear you'll be watching LOK! Its my personal favorite of the two shows and i think you both will appreciate how it continues and evolves the world created in ATLA.

you're gonna hear a lot of mixed things about Korra from people I say it's fine has its ups and downs you decide

Personally I think Korra is amazing for how much the creators had to deal with bs from Nickelodeon during its production (taking away their budget on the fly, not telling them if the show was renewed or not beforehand so they couldn't make overarching storylines, making it a web series outta nowhere, etc). Korra being subpar is something that became more prevalent with people that watched after it originally aired because they were unaware of all the roadblocks it had during production

exactly I know all that but I still think the show is fine I didn't enjoy as much as ATLA not saying it's bad just personal preference

Korra was actually greenlit for 4 seasons before the first season even aired. But Nickelodeon didn't want an overarching story for whatever reason.

Anyone know where episode 7 is? I can’t find it anywhere
