if you ever watch one piece then the 'doping' is similar to luffy's gear 2 (speeding up the blood flow in all or selected body parts, in order to provide them with more oxygen and nutrients to make him faster and stronger)

why did they say "get inumake out"? bc with his ability, the more demanding the command he speaks and the stronger the opponent, the more of a toll it pays on his body. i think they briefly explained it a few episodes ago but hard to connect to this moment
