Homura

Irisviel is a homunculus created by the Einzbern family, Kiritsugu was hired by the Einzberns to fight in the war so his father's magic doesn't have anything to do with Iris' creation and her Daughter. If I'm not mistaken he only uses his father's magecraft to fight, the "Time Alter - Double Accel" ability he uses.

Don't bother, I've been trying to clarify things for them in the comments for the past fifteen episodes. They don't read them.

Javi

I can’t wait until the finale

I have no idea how they’re going to get through the rest of the Fate series when they can’t understand even the most basic lore. Especially things that have already been explained yet they missed because they weren’t paying attention.

Em J.

You people can be so demanding lol. There's nothing wrong with Abi & Imon making their own theories, and they don't need to keep track of every little detail to enjoy the show.

I think "paying attention" is a reasonable basic expectation for anyone to have of a reactor, tbh.

They do pay attention whenever an attractive husbando is on screen. Just not for important plot and lore information.

It's Fate FFS. It took me 3 watches of Fate/Zero just to work everything out, and I wasn't watching 7 other shows concurrently. If they forget something then that's moreso on the fault of the show for not making it clear enough, which the Fate series is famous for

Paying attention to the show does not = understanding all the vague concepts introduced. The Homunculus have barely been brushed upon, so of course someone experiencing the show for the first time is gonna have more questions than answers about them.

I currently stopped watching fate cause it was too much to handle for my brain lol

This honestly. Fate is a multiple path game series turned into an anime. As such it's convoluted as fuck. If they were ever gonna get lost in a series it was gonna be this one

It's not that basic, I myself had to use the type moon wiki, but they'd never do that because they have a spoiler phobia (same reason they don't read any comments)

BetheSOUL

The thing is there's a simple solution, but they keep ignoring it because they're afraid of encountering a tiny, harmless spoiler
